Abstract

Винахід належить до області нафтопереробки. Спосіб включає нагрівання вихідної сировини, коксування в трубчастій печі 1, подачу її у випарник 2 для змішування з рециркулятом, нагрівання вторинної сировини в трубчастій печі 4 і подачу його в камери коксування 5, потім у ректифікаційну колону для фракціонування 3 з одержанням газу, бензину, легкого та важкого газойлів коксування й кубового залишку, подачу важкого газойлю на масообмінні пристрої в нижній частині ректифікаційної колони 3, при цьому на масообмінні пристрої верхньої частини ректифікаційної колони 3 подають охолоджений легкий газойль. Кількість охолоджених легкого та важкого газойлів, які подають, змінюють залежно від необхідних кількості і якості одержуваних газойлів і кубового залишку. Як рециркулят використовують важкий газойль коксування. Винахід забезпечує одночасне одержання на установці двох видів важких газойлів, а також дозволяє регулювати вихід і якість отриманих газойлевих фракцій для їхньої подальшої гідрокаталітичної переробки та збільшити міжремонтний пробіг установки.The invention relates to the field of oil refining. The method involves heating the feedstock, coking in a tubular furnace 1, feeding it into an evaporator 2 for mixing with the recycle, heating the secondary raw material in a tubular furnace 4 and feeding it into the coking chambers 5, then into the distillation column for fractionation 3, obtaining light and heavy gas oil coking and vat residue, the supply of heavy oil to the mass exchange devices in the lower part of the distillation column 3, while the mass exchange devices of the upper part of the distillation column 3 serves chilled light second gas oil. The amount of cooled light and heavy gas oil that feeds varies depending on the required quantity and quality of the gas oil and the vat residue obtained. Heavy gas oil coking is used as a recycle. The invention provides simultaneous production of two types of heavy gas oil on the installation, and also allows to regulate the output and quality of the obtained gas oil fractions for their further hydrocatalytic processing and to increase the installation overhaul.
