Abstract

Винахід належить до рекуперації тепла у хімічному процесі та відповідній установці. Заявлено спосіб рекуперації скидного тепла у процесі синтезу хімічного продукту, зокрема, аміаку, в якому продукт використовують як робоче текуче середовище у термодинамічному циклі, причому скидне тепло використовують для збільшення тепломісткості рідкого потоку високого тиску згаданого продукту, виробленого у секції синтезу, з одержанням у такий спосіб продуктового потоку у паровому або надкритичному стані, причому здійснюють рекуперацію енергії розширенням цього потоку у паровому або надкритичному стані щонайменше в одному відповідному детандері, а також спосіб, зокрема, придатний для рекуперації тепломісткості потоку синтез-газу, що виходить з установки низькотемпературної конверсії.
