Abstract

Описаны способ и установка для восстановления материала в форме частиц, который содержит оксид железа, при котором материал с содержанием оксида железа по крайней мере частично восстанавливают в восстанавливаемой зоне при помощи восстанавливающего газа, а образованный во время восстановления отработанный газ отводят и подвергают удалению СОв устройстве (1) для сепарации СО, в котором удаляют остаточный газ с содержанием СО. Остаточный газ подвергают сжиганию и последующему обезвоживанию в обезвоживающем устройстве (5), а образованный газ-заменитель используют вместо инертного газа.
