Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к хирургическим инструментам, системам и способам абляции злокачественных опухолей. Биполярный радиочастотный электрохирургический абляционный инструмент содержит рукоятку, два электродных узла и два абляционные активные электроды, расположенные на расстоянии 2,2-3, 2 мм, параллельно на смещенном расстоянии от оси рукоятки от 10 до 30 мм, под углом около 45°. Электрохирургическая система включает инструмент с источником питания для выработки уровня радиочастотной мощности от 10 Вт до 20 Вт, при рабочей частоте от 800 МГц до 6,0 ГГц. Способ чрескожной абляции одного из узелков злокачественной опухоли под ультразвуковым контролем на протяжении 30 секунд сводит к минимуму периферические повреждения окружающих здоровых тканей.
