Abstract

Disclosed is a device for bottling beer and other carbonated beverages, which comprises a flange (2), which can be connected to a neck, intended for filling the bottles (P) and a tube (3) for supplying liquid that may be connected with a receiving tank for storing this liquid interconnected by a housing (1). The device comprises first means (11, 12) made in the form of a lever, and a group (G) of other means made in the form of a valve mechanism functionally connected with a housing (1) and located upstream of the flange (2), wherein the movement of said first means (11, 12 ) causes:- Movement in the axial direction along the housing (1) (G) followed by placing its stock-shaped element (7) in a position, in which it enters the bottle (C).- Opening connecting channel inside the housing (1), which passes through the inner cavity of the tube (3) to the bottle (C) through a gap formed between inner surfaces of a bushing (4) and stock-shaped element (7) (G), and- Opening the discharge channel for compressed gas, which is released by liquid intended for bottling ,wherein a gap between the surfaces of the sleeve ( 4) and stock-shaped element (7) has the shape of an inverted funnel, whose outer side is located close to the inner wall of the bottle (C) intended for filling.

In Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 shows that in order to fill the bottle C, it is only necessary to install the neck of the bottle in the corresponding slot of the filling device, more precisely, on the lower flange 2, when the drive U-shaped lever 11 is in a vertical position (Fig. 8).

By clamping the handle 12 and tilting it in the direction of the inserted bottle C (Fig. 9), the U-shaped lever 11 is turned around the axes 13 with simultaneous translational downward movement of the upper piston 6 inside the housing 1, and the piston 6 is connected to the U-shaped lever 11 by two pins 14, which work like two cams, acting with their outer surface on two grooves 60 and causing linear translational movement of the piston.

As shown in Fig. 9, the lowering of the piston b causes a simultaneous translational downward movement of the rod-like element 7 screwed into the piston b, as well as a translational downward movement of the lower piston or sleeve 4 under the action of the spring 5 until the sealing gasket 41 is pressed against the neck of the bottle C located below. Lowering of the lower piston 4 then continues until its side hole 42 coincides in the axial direction with the tube 3 for supplying liquid. Lowering beyond this position cannot continue, despite the pressure of the spring 5, due to the resistance of the gasket 41, which is already firmly pressed against the neck of the bottle.

For this reason, the continuation of the lowering of the U-shaped lever 11 causes (Fig. 10) the compression of the spring 5 between the two pistons b and 4 and the extension of the rod-like element 7 from the bottom of the sleeve 4 with the formation, after turning the U-shaped lever by 90", a gap between the outer surface part 70, which has the shape of a truncated cone, rod-like element 7 and the corresponding seat 40, which has the shape of a truncated cone, made on the lower end of the sleeve 4.

The liquid entering tube C and exiting the bottling device through this gap forms a sort of "umbrella" shaped like a truncated cone before reaching the inside surface of the bottle, over which the liquid spreads, replicating a situation similar to the pouring of beer when the glass is tilted to the direction of the flow to avoid the formation of swirls with the subsequent formation of foam.

Thanks to such an "umbrella", which has the shape of a truncated cone formed by the flow of liquid entering the bottle, a simultaneous necessary air outlet is obtained along the central channel, which passes through the entire rod-like element 7 and is connected to the fitting 8 located above.

The output speed of this air can be adjusted using the adjusting screw 9, which is screwed into the upper part of the piston 6 and crosses the flow of air from the rod-like element 7 to the fitting 8.

An embodiment of the pouring device shown in Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and generally indicated by the position B, differs from the device A for pouring, described above, by several elements designed to prevent the simultaneous unwanted release of carbon dioxide in the set position of the upper screw 9, which regulates the rate of air release from the bottle. Such elements also make it possible to prevent the situation when, at the moment of lifting the U-shaped lever 11 to remove the filled bottle, the air remaining inside this bottle under pressure together with carbon dioxide can cause unwanted splashing of the liquid.

In Fig. 11, Fig. 12 and Fig. 13 shows that the upper piston 16, into which the fitting 8 for air outlet and the upper end of the rod-like element 7 are screwed, has a rod 18 in the upper part, which is screwed into a cap nut 17 installed on top of the piston 16. The rod 18 is located near the entrance of the fitting 8, is included actually inside the central channel of the rod-like element 7, causing the air to slow down during the filling of bottle C and holding

CO: inside for a longer time, which prevents the formation of foam.

Both the piston 16 and the cap nut 17 have on their outer surfaces a pair of horizontal grooves located diametrically opposite and parallel to each other, which are designed to hold both the piston 16 and the cap nut 17 suspended on the shelves 11 of the drive

U-shaped lever due to the fact that a pair of pins 14 for the piston 16 and a pair of pins 15 for the cap nut 17 protrude from the shelves 11 of the U-shaped lever into these grooves.

Thus, acting on the handle 12 and tilting it in the direction of the inserted bottle, the U-shaped lever 11 is turned around the axes 13, causing the translational downward movement of both the piston 16, which is moved by the two pins 14, and the cap nut 17, which is moved by the two pins 15 The lowering of the piston 16 causes a simultaneous translational downward movement of the rod-like element 7 screwed into it, as well as a translational downward movement of the sleeve 4 under the action of the spring 5, until the sealing gasket 41 is pressed against the neck of the bottle C, located below. The lowering of the bushing 4 is then continued until its opening 42 coincides with the tube C for the supply of liquid, while the continued rotation of the U-shaped lever 11 causes the compression of the spring 5 between the piston 6 and the bushing 4 and the extension of the rod-like element 7 from the bottom of the bushing 4 , allowing the liquid to flow into the bottle C. The rotation of the U-shaped lever 11 stops when it brings the cap nut 17 and the pin 18 to a position in which only a narrow channel remains free, which ensures a slow release of air, thus limiting the dispersion of carbon dioxide.

When the U-shaped lever 11 is raised to release the filled bottle, the first element that makes a linear upward movement is the cap nut 17, which lifts the rod 18 as much as is necessary to allow the escape of the compressed air that remains inside the bottle, so thus avoiding unwanted splashing of liquid.

It is obvious that, without impairing the general characteristics shown and described, the device for pouring according to the invention allows for additional improvements and modifications that do not go beyond the scope of the invention defined by the claims, which, among other things, provide for the lower end 70 of the rod-like element 7 and the seat 40 of the sleeve 4, which have the shape of a part of a sphere or the shape of a spherical segment, and in any case such a shape as to provide a transition from a state in which these two elements are connected to each other during closing, to a state in which they are set back to a certain distance, sufficient to allow the passage of liquid through the channel, which expands in the downward direction.
