Abstract

Описано устройство выявления разрыва или нарушения в нейтральной обратной линии электрической силовой распределительной сети, которая имеет нейтральную обратную линию, активную линию и обратную землю. Устройство включает средства измерения изменения напряжения, связанного с плановым созданием известного импеданса в электрической сети, где изменение напряжения является следствием разрыва или нарушения импеданса в нейтральной обратной линии, и средства реализации алгоритма идентификации разрыва или нарушения импеданса в условиях допустимого изменения номинального напряжения питания в электрической сети, включая изменения напряжения, вызванные функциями сети, которые похожи на или скрывают разрыв или нарушение импеданса в нейтральной обратной линии. Устройство также имеет средства сравнения результата измерения с эталонными данными для получения индикации разрыва или нарушения импеданса. Описан также способ выявления разрыва или нарушения в нейтральной обратной линии электрической силовой распределительной сети.
