Abstract
本創作係有關於一種緩衝油壓腳墊,裝設於一支撐平台,包括有一腳墊本體、一活動單元以及一固定連接件。腳墊本體具有一腳墊容置空間,包括一上蓋及一下蓋。活動單元容置於腳墊容置空間內,包括一活塞、一膜片組、一橡膠皮碗及一活動部件,橡膠皮碗之外周緣夾設於上蓋與下蓋之間,使其間隔出一用以容置阻尼油之阻尼容置空間,活動部件及橡膠皮碗依序壓入於活塞上,活塞開設有一阻尼流道並以一回升彈簧連接下蓋,膜片組設置於活塞下方,與活塞形成一單向閥結構,回升彈簧穿設於膜片組。固定連接件固設於活動部件。藉此,本創作利用回升彈簧的支撐力與阻尼容置空間內的阻尼油以提供緩衝油壓,且無需人工調節平衡,而能在有效範圍內自動調節支撐平台的平衡,保證支撐平台的穩固不易晃動。
Description
本創作係關於一種緩衝油壓腳墊,尤指一種適用於支撐平台之緩衝油壓腳墊。
桌子在日常使用時常會因地面不平、桌腳的誤差、桌子的移動等因素導致桌子個別桌腳不著地易晃動,如果不小心碰到桌子就可能把桌上的物品打翻,會給人帶來煩躁的心情。目前市面上現有的腳墊一般分為兩種,一種是固定型,另一種是可調型,可調型也是需要人工手動擰螺母調節高度,非常麻煩而讓使用者體驗感不佳。
因此,為了使腳墊達到自平衡之效果,而無需人工調節平衡,過去曾有廠商開發出與本案類似的緩衝油壓腳墊,不過該款緩衝油壓腳墊之有效調節高度較短,使得自動調節平衡範圍小,且緩衝結構內之阻尼油不論下壓狀態或回升狀態皆流經相同的流道,因回升速度取決於回升彈簧的彈力大小,故需要較大彈簧,使得參數較為單一。
創作人緣因於此,本於積極創作之精神,亟思一種可以解決上述問題之緩衝油壓腳墊,幾經研究實驗終至完成本創作。
本創作之主要目的係在提供一種緩衝油壓腳墊,透過本創作之結構設計可使安裝此腳墊的支撐平台無需人工調節平衡,而能在有效範圍內自動調節支撐平台的平衡,保證支撐平台的穩固不易晃動。此外,本創作緩衝油壓腳墊之活塞與膜片組所形成之單向閥結構,下壓時截止,回升時打開,使下壓及回升時阻尼油有不同的流通路徑,有效提升靈敏性,從而可適用於更小型之回彈彈簧及更輕的支撐平台。
為達成上述目的,本創作之緩衝油壓腳墊裝設於一支撐平台,包括有一腳墊本體、一活動單元以及一固定連接件。腳墊本體具有一腳墊容置空間,包括一上蓋及一下蓋,上蓋組設於下蓋。活動單元容置於腳墊容置空間內,包括一活塞、一膜片組、一橡膠皮碗及一活動部件,橡膠皮碗之外周緣夾設於上蓋與下蓋之間,使其間隔出一用以容置阻尼油之阻尼容置空間,阻尼容置空間包括位於活塞上方之一第一阻尼容置空間及一位於活塞下方之第二阻尼容置空間,活動部件及橡膠皮碗依序壓入於活塞上,活塞開設有一連通第一阻尼容置空間及第二阻尼容置空間之阻尼流道,膜片組設置於活塞下方,用以抵頂活塞使阻尼流道未連通第一阻尼容置空間與第二阻尼容置空間,或未抵頂活塞使阻尼流道連通第一阻尼容置空間與第二阻尼容置空間,活塞係以一回升彈簧連接下蓋,回升彈簧穿設於膜片組。固定連接件固設於活動部件。
上述膜片組可包括一膜片套以及一套設於膜片套之膜片,藉以與活塞形成單向閥結構。
上述下蓋之底部可裝設有一橡膠墊,可減少緩衝油壓腳墊底部與地面間的敲擊異音,並達到緩衝的效果。
上述活動部件可具有一扣勾,上蓋之內表面可具有一凸緣,扣勾可卡扣於凸緣。藉此,當緩衝油壓腳墊空載時,可抵抗回升彈簧的彈性回復力,限制活動部件調節高度的上限值。
上述固定連接件可為一固定螺絲。藉此,可利用固定螺絲鎖固於支撐平台上,協助自動調節支撐平台的平衡。
上述下蓋之底部直徑可大於或等於上蓋之頂部直徑。藉此,底部直徑大可增加與地面之接觸面積,更符合腳墊之防滑特性,且若遇地縫較大的地面時更可維持受力的穩定性。
以上概述與接下來的詳細說明皆為示範性質是為了進一步說明本創作的申請專利範圍。而有關本創作的其他目的與優點,將在後續的說明與圖示加以闡述。

請參閱圖1,係本創作一較佳實施例之緩衝油壓腳墊組設於支撐平台之立體圖。圖中包括一支撐平台1、二固定腳墊a,d以及二緩衝油壓腳墊b,c,在本實施例中,支撐平台1係為一張包括四支撐腳11,12,13,14之桌子,其二支撐腳11,14分別裝設有固定腳墊a,d,另外二支撐腳12,13分別裝設有緩衝油壓腳墊b,c,但不以此為限,所述支撐平台1亦可為包括有複數支撐腳之椅子或其他包括有複數支撐腳之平台結構。其中,固定腳墊a,d無法進行高度的調整係為固定端,緩衝油壓腳墊b,c可自動進行高度的調整係為活動端。在本實施例中,緩衝油壓腳墊b,c之有效調節高度H(如圖4所示)係為7mm(即地面平整度落差在7mm之內支撐平台1能保持平衡不晃動),但不以此為限,亦可為其他數值。
如圖1所示,緩衝油壓腳墊b處於壓縮狀態,表示所在的地面較高,因初期緩衝油壓腳墊b受地面所給予較大的壓縮力,將自動降低調整高度直至平衡狀態,以維持支撐平台1的平整度。相對地,緩衝油壓腳墊c處於伸長狀態,表示所在的地面較低,因初期緩衝油壓腳墊c尚未接觸到地面時不受力壓縮,將自動提高調整高度直至再次接觸到地面,以維持支撐平台1的平整度。因此,在地面不平的情況下,二緩衝油壓腳墊b,c能自動伸縮,在地面不平整的時候能自動調整活動的兩個緩衝油壓腳墊b,c的高低,保持四個腳墊都能與地面保持接觸,從而保證了支撐平台1的平衡不晃動。如手不小心碰到支撐平台1,二緩衝
油壓腳墊b,c內帶有強阻力效果,因此也不會因不小心碰到支撐平台1而輕易晃動。
請參閱圖2A至圖5,其分別為本創作一較佳實施例之緩衝油壓腳墊之立體圖、另一視角之立體圖、分解圖、側視圖以及剖視圖。圖中出示一種緩衝油壓腳墊c包括有一腳墊本體2、一活動單元3以及一固定連接件4。腳墊本體2具有一腳墊容置空間20,包括一上蓋21及一下蓋22,上蓋21組設於下蓋22,上蓋21之內表面具有一凸緣211(如圖5所示)。此外,下蓋22之底部裝設有一橡膠墊5,可減少緩衝油壓腳墊c底部與地面間的敲擊異音,並達到緩衝的效果。如圖4所示,本創作下蓋22之底部直徑D2大於或等於上蓋21之頂部直徑D1,藉此,透過增大底部直徑D2可增加與地面之接觸面積,更符合本創作緩衝油壓腳墊之防滑特性,且若遇地縫較大的地面時更可維持受力的穩定性。
活動單元3容置於腳墊容置空間20內,包括一活塞31、一膜片組32、一橡膠皮碗33及一活動部件34。橡膠皮碗33之外周緣夾設於該上蓋21與下蓋22之間,使其間隔出一用以容置阻尼油之阻尼容置空間30,所述阻尼容置空間30包括位於活塞31上方之一第一阻尼容置空間301及一位於活塞31下方之第二阻尼容置空間302。活塞31開設有一阻尼流道303,用以連通第一阻尼容置空間301及第二阻尼容置空間302。活動部件34及橡膠皮碗33依序壓入於活塞31上,使其可同步移動。此外,本實施例之膜片組32包括一膜片套321以及一套設於膜片套321之膜片322,設置於活塞31下方,與阻尼流道303形成一單向閥結構,膜片組32可抵頂活塞31使阻尼流道303未連通第一阻尼容置空間301與第二阻尼容置空間302,或未抵頂活塞31使阻尼流道303連通第一阻尼容置空間301與第二阻尼容置空間302。活塞31係以一回升彈簧35連接下蓋22,回升彈簧35穿設
於膜片組32,使得活動單元3可以在腳墊容置空間20內的高度方向上進行線性位移,提供有效的高度調整,使活動單元3能回復至空載時之位置。此外,為了避免回升彈簧35過度回彈,所述活動部件34設置有一扣勾341,上蓋21之內表面設置有一凸緣211,扣勾341可卡扣於凸緣211,用以抵抗回升彈簧35的彈性回復力,限制活動單元3調節高度的上限值。
再者,固定連接件4固設於活動部件34,在本實施例中,固定連接件4係為一固定螺絲。藉此,可利用固定螺絲將緩衝油壓腳墊c鎖固於支撐平台1上,協助自動調節支撐平台1的平衡。
請參閱圖6A及圖6B,其分別為本創作一較佳實施例之緩衝油壓腳墊壓縮前之側視圖及內部狀態剖視圖。如圖所示,當緩衝油壓腳墊c於空載狀態時,活動單元3尚未開始壓縮回升彈簧35,此時將保有最大的有效調節高度H。
請參閱圖7A及圖7B,其分別為本創作一較佳實施例之緩衝油壓腳墊壓縮後之側視圖及內部狀態剖視圖。如圖所示,當緩衝油壓腳墊c於受力狀態時,活動單元3受力向下壓縮回升彈簧35,此時膜片組32抵頂活塞31使阻尼流道303未連通第一阻尼容置空間301與第二阻尼容置空間302,使得所述單向閥結構為截止狀態,藉以提供一緩衝力阻止活動單元3快速下滑,使下壓力與彈簧力能漸進地達到自平衡之效果。反之,當緩衝油壓腳墊c之受力減小或回到空載狀態時,回升彈簧35之彈簧回復力將抵頂活動單元3向上移動,此時,膜片組32未抵頂活塞31使阻尼流道303連通第一阻尼容置空間301與第二阻尼容置空間302,使得所述單向閥結構為打開狀態,藉以提供一緩衝力阻止活動單元3快速上升,使下壓力與彈簧力能漸進地達到自平衡之效果。或者,活動部件34之扣勾341可卡
扣於上蓋21之凸緣211,用以抵抗回升彈簧35的彈性回復力,限制活動單元3調節高度的上限值,並回復為空載狀態。
藉由上述設計,本創作緩衝油壓腳墊c之活塞31與膜片組32所形成之單向閥結構,下壓時截止,回升時打開,使下壓及回升時阻尼油有不同的流通路徑,有效提升靈敏性,從而可適用於更小型之回彈彈簧及更輕的支撐平台。

- 一種緩衝油壓腳墊,裝設於一支撐平台,包括有:一腳墊本體,具有一腳墊容置空間,包括一上蓋及一下蓋,該上蓋組設於該下蓋;一活動單元,容置於該腳墊容置空間內,包括一活塞、一膜片組、一橡膠皮碗及一活動部件,該橡膠皮碗之外周緣夾設於該上蓋與該下蓋之間,使其間隔出一用以容置阻尼油之阻尼容置空間,該阻尼容置空間包括位於該活塞上方之一第一阻尼容置空間及一位於該活塞下方之第二阻尼容置空間,該活動部件及該橡膠皮碗依序壓入於該活塞上,該活塞開設有一連通該第一阻尼容置空間及該第二阻尼容置空間之阻尼流道,膜片組設置於該活塞下方,用以抵頂該活塞使該阻尼流道未連通該第一阻尼容置空間與該第二阻尼容置空間,或未抵頂該活塞使該阻尼流道連通該第一阻尼容置空間與該第二阻尼容置空間,該活塞係以一回升彈簧連接該下蓋,該回升彈簧穿設於該膜片組;以及一固定連接件,固設於該活動部件。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝油壓腳墊,其中,該膜片組包括一膜片套以及一套設於該膜片套之膜片。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝油壓腳墊,其中,該下蓋之底部裝設有一橡膠墊。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝油壓腳墊,其中,該活動部件具有一扣勾,該上蓋之內表面具有一凸緣,該扣勾可卡扣於該凸緣。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝油壓腳墊,其中,該固定連接件係為一固定螺絲。
- 如請求項1所述之緩衝油壓腳墊,其中,該下蓋之底部直徑大於或等於該上蓋之頂部直徑。
