Abstract

This invention is about an egg sterilization box, including a box body, including a flip cover and an open container corresponding to the flip cover, wherein a circuit board, a rechargeable battery and a plurality of UVC LED lamp beads are arranged inside the open container, and a charging hole, a touch switch and a status indicating optical fiber are arranged outside the open container; and an egg tray, which is contained in the open container and arranged above the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads, and its material includes a copolymer and has a plurality of egg positions; wherein the flip cover and the open container are both provided with at least one reflector facing the plurality of egg positions. The effect of this invention is that ultraviolet light is used to dry-sterilize microorganisms on the surface of the egg shell, which can effectively sterilize and avoid microbial contamination caused by improper cleaning of the egg shell surface, and can also prevent users from being harmed by ultraviolet light.

Description

Egg sterilization box

This creation is about a sterilization container; in particular, an egg sterilization box that uses ultraviolet light as a sterilization method.

Generally speaking, the surface of the eggshell may contain feces of the hen, which may contain pathogens harmful to the human body such as E. coli and Salmonella. Therefore, the bacteria on the surface of the eggshell should be cleaned before cooking eggs; however, if the surface of the eggshell is rinsed with water, the protective film on the surface of the eggshell will be destroyed, causing microorganisms to penetrate into the egg through these pores and contaminate the egg itself, and the water remaining on the surface of the eggshell may be conducive to the growth of microorganisms.

In view of this, in order to provide clean eggs to maintain food safety, the industry has a continuous demand for methods and devices that do not damage the protective film on the surface of the egg shell and can effectively eliminate microorganisms on the surface of the egg shell.

The author has discovered that washing the eggshell surface with water destroys the surface protective film and is not only unhelpful in disinfection and sterilization, but also makes it easier for microorganisms to breed or invade the eggs, making the eggs susceptible to contamination or spoilage. If they are not sterilized, during cooking, human hands or food are easily contaminated by microorganisms on the surface of the eggshell during the egg beating process, and food poisoning is likely to occur.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an egg sterilization box (container), comprising: a box body (including but not limited to one), which includes a flip cover and an open container corresponding to the flip cover, wherein a circuit board, a rechargeable battery and a plurality of UVC LED lamp beads are arranged inside the open container, and a charging hole, a touch switch and a status indicating optical fiber are arranged outside the open container; the charging hole is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads, and the touch switch is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads; and an egg tray (including but not limited to one), which is accommodated in the open container and arranged on the plurality of UVC The material above, below or around the LED lamp beads has ultraviolet light transmittance, including but not limited to hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer, and has a plurality of egg positions for holding eggs; wherein the plurality of egg positions are arranged corresponding to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads, and the flip cover and the periphery of the open container are both provided with at least one reflector facing the plurality of egg positions.

According to some embodiments, the material of the flip cover and the open container includes but is not limited to acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer.

According to some embodiments, the charging port includes but is not limited to a USB type-C charging port.

According to some embodiments, the rechargeable battery includes but is not limited to a lithium battery.

According to some embodiments, the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads are arranged in a form including but not limited to an array.

According to some embodiments, the egg sterilization box further includes a magnet and a Hall effect sensor or a light sensor arranged corresponding to the magnet, which is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads.

According to some embodiments, the egg sterilization box further includes a tilt switch disposed inside the open container and electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads.

The effect of this invention is that it uses ultraviolet light to dry-sterilize the microorganisms on the surface of the eggshell, which can effectively sterilize and prevent improper cleaning of the eggshell surface from damaging the eggshell protective film and causing microbial contamination. In addition, the egg sterilization box of this invention also has an intelligently controlled sterilization function to prevent users from being harmed by ultraviolet light.

The electrical connection described in this article generally refers to a wired electrical connection between multiple electronic devices/equipment/components connected through conductive materials, and a wireless connection for wireless signal transmission through wireless communication technology. Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2. The invention provides an egg sterilizing box 100, comprising: a box body 10, which includes a flip cover 11 and an open container 12 arranged corresponding to the flip cover 11, wherein a circuit board 20, a charging battery 30, and a plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 are arranged inside the open container 12, and a charging hole 50, a touch switch 60 and a status indicating optical fiber 70 are arranged outside the open container 12; the charging hole 50 is electrically connected to the charging battery 30, the charging battery 30 is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40, and the touch switch 60 is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40; and an egg tray 80, having a plurality of egg positions 81 for holding eggs, wherein the egg tray 80 is arranged above the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40. According to some embodiments of the invention, the material of the flip cover 11 and the open container 12 includes acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer. According to some embodiments of the invention, based on the different shapes of the egg sterilizing box 100, the egg tray 80 can also be arranged under or around the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the material of the egg tray 80 includes a polymer, specifically a copolymer, and a cyclic block copolymer of a vinyl aromatic (such as styrene)-covalent diene (such as butadiene); wherein the block copolymer belongs to a subcategory of the copolymer, and is composed of two or more chain segments, and the chain segments are all composed of a single structural unit. In addition, the block copolymer can be made by anionic polymerization technology and/or catalytic hydrogenation technology, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Preferably, the material of the egg tray 80 includes hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer, which is prepared by hydrogenating a copolymer of styrene and a co-olefin with a high-efficiency catalyst, and the hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer has high ultraviolet light transmittance and tolerance, so that the ultraviolet light emitted by the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 can effectively penetrate the egg tray 80 and sterilize the surface of the egg shell, and the egg tray 80 is less likely to deteriorate in quality. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the egg tray 80 is detachable.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the wavelength of ultraviolet light emitted by the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 is 200 to 280 nanometers, preferably 230 to 280 nanometers, specifically, it may be, for example, the following values or between any two of them: 230 nanometers, 235 nanometers, 240 nanometers, 245 nanometers, 250 nanometers, 255 nanometers, 260 nanometers, 265 nanometers, 270 nanometers, 275 nanometers and 280 nanometers.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the charging port 50 can be a USB type-A charging port, a USB type-B charging port, or a USB type-C charging port; preferably, the charging port 50 is a USB type-C charging port, because the upper and lower sides of the corresponding connector are completely consistent, it can be plugged in and out from both sides, which is more convenient for operation, and supports high current charging for fast charging. According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the charging battery 30 is not particularly limited in this invention; preferably, it is a lithium battery. According to other embodiments of the present invention, the egg sterilization box 100 may further include a power indicator (not shown in the figure). When the egg sterilization box 100 has sufficient power, the power indicator lights up green; when the power is low, the power indicator lights up yellow; when the power is insufficient and needs to be charged, the power indicator lights up red; in addition, when the egg sterilization box 100 is being charged and the power is sufficient, the power indicator lights flash green; when the egg sterilization box 100 is being charged and the power is still insufficient, the power indicator lights flash red.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the status indicator optical fiber 70 will continuously emit a blue light when the egg sterilization box 100 is sterilizing to remind the user that the egg sterilization box 100 has entered the sterilization state; when the sterilization is completed, the status indicator optical fiber 70 will stop emitting light; when the egg sterilization box 100 is in standby mode, the status indicator optical fiber 70 will flash a green light to distinguish it from the sterilization state.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, when the user long presses the touch switch 60 for 2 seconds, the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 will operate immediately to sterilize, and complete the sterilization after a specific sterilization time, wherein the sterilization time is not particularly limited by the present invention, and preferably is 2 minutes. Alternatively, the touch switch 60 can be long pressed for 3 seconds, and the egg sterilization box 100 will enter an automatic sterilization state, which includes a first stage and a second stage, wherein the first stage is the same as the aforementioned sterilization state process; and the second stage: first enters a standby mode for a specific time, which can be, for example but not limited to, 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours; then the sterilization can be completed after, for example but not limited to, 1 minute. According to other embodiments of the present invention, the automatic sterilization state may include performing the first stage once, followed by performing the second stage a plurality of times, the number of times of the second stage can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the present invention has no special restrictions, and when the set automatic sterilization process is completed, the egg sterilization box 100 will stop all actions and enter a dormant state. According to other embodiments of the present invention, when the egg sterilization box 100 is not sterilized, it will enter a standby state. According to other embodiments of the present invention, when the touch switch 60 is short pressed (for example, for 1.5 seconds), the flip cover 11 is opened, or the tilt switch is activated, the egg sterilization box 100 will immediately stop sterilizing or automatically sterilize, and the status indicator optical fiber 70 will stop emitting light, and the sterilization time will be recalculated.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of egg positions 81 are arranged corresponding to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40; wherein, the size of the plurality of egg positions 81 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the present invention has no special restrictions. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 are arranged in an array. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 are 18 6-milliwatt UVC LED lamp beads, and the plurality of egg positions 81 are 10. According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 are 24 6-milliwatt UVC LED lamp beads, and the plurality of egg positions 81 are 14. Please refer to Figure 4. According to a better embodiment of the present invention, any one of the plurality of egg positions has an equal shortest distance with four adjacent UVC LED lamp beads. The shortest distance can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the present invention has no special limitations.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lid 11 and the open container 12 are provided with at least one reflective sheet facing the plurality of egg positions 81; more specifically, the lid 11 and the open container 12 are provided with a reflective sheet 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 on four sides perpendicular to the lid 11. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the reflective sheets 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 includes polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or stainless steel; preferably, the reflective sheets 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 are mirror stainless steel sheets. The reflective sheets 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 are used to reflect the ultraviolet light emitted by the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 to the surface of the egg shell for sterilization. Please refer to FIG. 3, which illustrates the working principle of the reflective sheet 91. The reflective sheet 91 can reflect the ultraviolet light L emitted by the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 to the surface of the egg shell of the egg E without causing most of the ultraviolet light to escape and fail to effectively sterilize.

According to some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the egg sterilization box 100 may further include a circuit board protective cover (not shown), which is used to reduce the risk of the circuit board 20 being affected by moisture, and is disposed between the egg tray 80 and the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40; preferably, the thickness of the circuit board protective cover is 1 mm, and it is 2 mm above the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 and 15 mm below the egg tray 80. According to some other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the material of the circuit board protective cover includes hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer, which allows the ultraviolet light emitted by the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 to penetrate the circuit board protective cover, so as to effectively sterilize. According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a mirror stainless steel reflector (not shown in the figure, preferably with the mirror portion facing the egg tray 80) can be further provided on the circuit board protective cover, which is detachable and has a circular hole with a diameter of 12 mm at each position corresponding to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 to facilitate the emission of ultraviolet light without being blocked by the mirror stainless steel reflector.

Please refer to FIG. 1 again. According to some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the egg sterilization box 100 may further include a magnet M and a low-power Hall effect sensor HS arranged corresponding to the magnet M, which is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40. When the box body 10 is closed, the egg sterilization box 100 performs sterilization and automatic sterilization. When the flip cover 11 is opened, due to the distance of the magnet M, the low-power Hall effect sensor HS receives the change of the magnetic field, thereby stopping the operation of the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40, thereby preventing the user from being directly exposed to ultraviolet light.

According to some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the egg sterilization box 100 may further include a tilt switch (not shown), which is disposed inside the open container and electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40. The tilt switch, which may also be referred to as an angle tilt switch, is used to detect whether the overall tilt angle of the egg sterilization box 100 exceeds a preset value; if so, the tilt switch is activated, and the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads 40 will immediately stop operating to stop sterilization. The preset value may be set according to actual needs, and the present invention has no particular limitation; preferably, the preset value may be 30 degrees, 45 degrees, or 65 degrees.

In summary, the efficacy of this invention is that it uses ultraviolet light to dry-sterilize microorganisms on the surface of eggshells, which can effectively sterilize and prevent microbial contamination caused by improper cleaning of the eggshell surface. In addition, the egg sterilization box of this invention also has an intelligently controlled sterilization function to prevent users from being harmed by ultraviolet light.

Claims (10)

An egg sterilizing box, comprising: A box body, which includes a flip cover and an open container corresponding to the flip cover, wherein a circuit board, a charging battery and a plurality of UVC LED lamp beads are arranged inside the open container, and a charging hole, a touch switch and a status indicating optical fiber are arranged outside the open container; the charging hole is electrically connected to the charging battery, the charging battery is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads, and the touch switch is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads; and An egg tray, which is accommodated in the open container and arranged above the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads, and the material of which includes hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer, and has a plurality of egg positions for holding eggs; wherein the plurality of egg positions correspond to the plurality of UVC LED light beads are provided, and the flip cover and the open container are both provided with at least one reflector facing the plurality of egg positions. An egg sterilizing box as described in claim 1, wherein the material of the flip cover and the open container includes acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer. An egg sterilization box as described in claim 1, wherein the charging port is a USB type-C charging port. An egg sterilization box as described in claim 1, wherein the rechargeable battery is a lithium battery. An egg sterilization box as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads are arranged in an array. An egg sterilization box as described in claim 5, wherein each egg position has an equal shortest distance to four adjacent UVC LED lamp beads. An egg sterilizing box as described in claim 1, wherein the material of each reflective sheet includes polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or stainless steel. The egg sterilizing box as described in any one of claims 1 to 7 further comprises a circuit board protection cover, and the material of the circuit board protection cover comprises hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene cyclic block copolymer. The egg sterilization box as described in any one of claims 1 to 7 further includes a magnet and a low-power Hall effect sensor arranged corresponding to the magnet, which is electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads. The egg sterilizing box as described in any one of claims 1 to 7 further includes a tilt switch disposed inside the open container and electrically connected to the plurality of UVC LED lamp beads.
