Abstract

The disposable brewing cup with a filter assembly comprises a cup and a filter assembly arranged in the cup; wherein the filter assembly comprises a filter mesh arranged in the cup and a connector arranged around the filter mesh; therefore, the filter assembly is arranged in the cup body of the cup, so that the storage space of the cup is divided into a first storage chamber and a second storage chamber by the filter assembly, and the first storage chamber is blocked by the filter assembly to be in a closed state, and the first storage chamber is first filled with a brewable food material, and when in use, water can be directly poured into the cup, and after being quickly mixed with the food material in the first storage chamber, the food material will be restricted in the first storage chamber by the filter mesh without affecting the drinking taste of the user, thereby achieving convenience of use.

The invention relates to a disposable cup, in particular to a disposable brewing cup with a filter component.

In daily life, when receiving guests or users, or in outdoor environments, for the sake of hygiene and convenience, disposable cups are used to hold drinks (tea, coffee or beverages, etc.) and can be discarded after drinking, thereby achieving the effects of convenience and hygiene.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the disposable cup 1 comprises a cup bottom 11 and a cup body 12 extending outward from the cup bottom 11, and a receiving space 13 is formed in the cup body 12. At the same time, an opening 14 is formed on the cup body 12 at a position opposite to the cup bottom 11 to connect the receiving space 13 to the outside. When using the cup, the drink to be drunk is poured into the receiving space through the opening 14. After the disposable cup 1 is placed in the containing space 13, the drink is contained in the cup body 12, and the user subsequently drinks the drink in the containing space 13 through the opening 14. However, after actual use, it is found that when the disposable cup 1 is used to brew tea, if the tea is directly placed in the containing space 13 and then water is added for brewing, the tea will float on the water surface during the drinking process, affecting the drinking and causing inconvenience in drinking.

Therefore, the disposable brewing cup with a filter assembly of the present invention comprises a cup with a containing space formed therein, and a filter assembly disposed in the containing space; wherein the filter assembly has a connecting piece connected to the containing space, and a filter net disposed on the connecting piece, and by means of the filter assembly, the containing space is divided into a first containing chamber connected to the bottom of the cup, and a second containing chamber connected to the opening of the cup, and the first containing chamber is connected to the bottom of the cup. The chamber can be filled with a food material (such as tea leaves) in an appropriate amount; therefore, when the user wants to drink, he only needs to add water into the containing space, and the water can be quickly mixed with the food material in the first chamber to form a drink, thereby achieving convenience of use. The drink can be drunk after passing through the filter, and the food material will be separated by the filter group in the first chamber, which can effectively prevent the user from drinking the food material and affecting the taste of the drink, thereby achieving the effect of making the disposable brewing cup more convenient to drink.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a disposable brewing cup 3 with a filter assembly comprises a cup 31 and a filter assembly 32 disposed in the cup 31; wherein the cup 31 has a cup bottom 311 and a cup body 312 extending outward from the cup bottom 311, and a receiving space 313 is formed in the cup body 312, and an opening 314 is formed on the cup body 312 and opposite to the cup bottom 311 to connect the receiving space 313 to the outside, and in this embodiment, the material of the cup 31 can be a paper cup or a plastic cup made of paper or plastic, and the present invention does not limit the material of the cup 31.

As mentioned above, the filter assembly 32 has a filter 321 disposed in the cup 31, and a connector 322 surrounding the filter 321, and the connector 322 can be connected to the cup body 312 to divide the accommodating space 313 into a first chamber 3131 connected to the cup bottom 311 and closed, and a second chamber 3132 connected to the opening 314. The flavored drinking water will be filtered by the filter 321 and flow into the second chamber 3132, and finally flow out of the second chamber 3132 to the opening 314 for the user to drink, while the food material 4 will be restricted by the filter 321 in the first chamber 3131, so that the user can avoid eating the food material 4 (tea leaves or residues, etc.), avoid affecting the user's drinking taste, and thus achieve convenience of use.

Continuing with the above, when the user wants to brew the food 4, he only needs to pick up the disposable brewing cup 3 filled with the food 4, add water to brew and then drink it. In addition to achieving the convenience of brewing, the food 4 and related residues will be confined in the first chamber 3131 during use to facilitate drinking. After use, they can be directly discarded or recycled together with the disposable brewing cup 3, which not only achieves convenience. At the same time, because the food 4 is confined in the first chamber 3131 by the filter assembly 32, the user will not touch the food 4 before use, so it can avoid bacterial contamination of the food 4, and will not cause the spread of bacteria or viruses, thereby achieving the effect of improving hygiene.

A disposable brewing cup with a filter assembly comprises: a cup having a cup bottom, and a cup body extending outward from the cup bottom, wherein a containing space is formed in the cup body, and an opening is formed on the cup body opposite to the cup bottom to connect the containing space to the outside, and a filter assembly having a filter net arranged in the cup, and a connector arranged around the filter net, and the connector can be connected to the cup body to divide the containing space into a first containing chamber connected to the cup bottom and in a closed state, and a second containing chamber connected to the opening. According to the disposable brewing cup with a filter assembly as described in claim 1, the first chamber can be filled with a food material. According to claim 2, the disposable brewing cup with a filter component, wherein the food material can be tea, coffee or beverage brewing material.
