Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the present application. The disposable drink brewing container of the embodiment comprises: cup 10, dry food material 20 and drink-brewed food material 30.
In the present embodiment, the cup body 10 is preferably a cup-shaped, bowl-shaped or basin-shaped container structure, which includes a cup opening 11, a cup bottom 14 and a receiving space 12. Here, the accommodating space 12 is formed between the cup rim 11 and the cup bottom 14. The disposable beverage brewing container of this embodiment can simultaneously put various required dry food materials 20 and beverage brewing food materials 30 into the accommodating space 12 of the cup body 10 through the cup opening 11, and then seal the cup opening 11 with the sealing film 13. Here, the cup bottom 14 further has a water filtering opening 15, and the water filtering opening 15 is communicated with the accommodating space 12. In the present embodiment, when the high-temperature liquid is poured into the accommodating space 12 of the cup body 10, the high-temperature liquid will flow out through the drain opening 15 of the cup bottom 14. In the present embodiment, the position where the drain port 15 is provided may be preferably at the center of the cup bottom 14, but the present application is not limited thereto.
In addition, the cup bottom 14 of the present embodiment is further provided with a fence structure 16 and an aluminum foil layer 17. The aluminum foil layer 17 has a plurality of fine through holes 18, and the aluminum foil layer 17 is located above the fence structure 16, i.e. between the accommodating space 12 and the fence structure 16 as shown in fig. 1. Further, the fence structure 16 is located below the aluminum foil layer 17 to support the aluminum foil layer 17 thereon, and the drainage port 15 is opened between the fence structures 16 to be located below the aluminum foil layer 17. When the high-temperature liquid is filled into the accommodating space 12, the upper sealing film 13 and the lower aluminum foil layer 17 cover the accommodating space 12, so that a higher pressure is gradually built in the accommodating space 12, and the high-temperature liquid further flows through the plurality of penetrating holes 18 of the aluminum foil layer 17 and the fence structure 16 and then flows out through the water filtering port 15. Since the accommodation space 12 is in a high temperature and high pressure environment, the fence structure 16 can support the aluminum foil layer 17, so as to prevent the aluminum foil layer 17 from being deformed by gravity of hot water, and make the high temperature liquid easily flow out through the plurality of penetrating holes 18 of the aluminum foil layer 17.
The present application accommodates various desired dry ingredients 20 and drink brewing ingredients 30 together in the receiving space 12, wherein the dry ingredients 20 are preferably low moisture content processed or unprocessed dry ingredients, such as dry pearl pearls or dry konjac. Or dehydrated food material, such as dried pulp or dried vegetables. For the present embodiment, the dry food material 20 is preferably a dry pearl ball.
The beverage brewing food material 30 of the present application is also accommodated in the accommodating space 12, and is preferably instant coffee particles, instant coffee powder, ground coffee particles, ground coffee powder, tea leaves, tea powder, milk powder, powdered sugar or creamer powder. In the present embodiment, the beverage brewing material 30 is instant coffee granules or instant coffee powder.
Here, the dry food material 20 and the drink brewed food material 30 are preferably jointly accommodated in the accommodation space 12. Here, the dry food material 20 and the drink brewing food material 30 may be mixed together in the accommodating space 12. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the beverage brewing material 30 may be filled and accommodated in the accommodating space 12 and located on the cup bottom 14, and then the dry material 20 is filled in the accommodating space 12 and located above the beverage brewing material 30.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating the high temperature liquid injection accommodating space according to the present application. When the high-temperature liquid is injected into the accommodating space 12, the dry food material 20 can be brewed and cooked through the high temperature, for example, the dry pearl pearls are brewed and cooked to become larger and softer, and then are brewed and dissolved with the beverage brewing food material 30, for example, the instant coffee particles are fully dissolved, and the dissolved coffee liquid flows out through the water filter 15 and is additionally dripped and contained in other cups. In the embodiment, after the coffee is brewed, the sealing film 13 of the disposable brewing beverage container is continuously torn, the cooked pearl balls which become soft and large are poured into the cup to be mixed with the brewed coffee liquid, and then the cup of coffee beverage with the pearl balls can be completed.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the present application. Wherein the cup 10 is constructed substantially the same as the first embodiment, but the cup 10 further includes a partition 40. Here, in the embodiment, the partition 40 is located in the accommodating space 12 to partition the accommodating space 12 into an upper first space 41 and a lower second space 42, as shown in fig. 3, the first space 41 is adjacent to the cup opening 11 than the second space 42, and the second space 42 is adjacent to the cup bottom 14 than the first space 41. Here, the beverage brewing material 30 of the present embodiment is prepared by using ground coffee powder or ground coffee particles and is filled in the lower second space 42, and the dry material 20 is still prepared by using dry pearl pearls and is placed in the upper first space 41. The dry food material 20 and the drink brewing food material 30 can be isolated by the partition 40 so that the food materials will not come into contact with each other in advance to cause off-taste. Here, the separator 40 may preferably be a film or a plastic sheet structure, but the present application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 3 shows that the partition 40 of the present embodiment has a plurality of fine holes 43, the fine holes 43 communicate the first space 41 and the second space 42, so that the high-temperature liquid can flow from the first space 41 into the second space 42 through the fine holes 43 when being injected into the accommodating space 12, and the fine holes 43 prevent the ground coffee powder or ground coffee particles from flowing back to the second space 42, so the pearl powder can not be attached to the coffee grounds to destroy the taste. Here, the fine holes 43 may be preferably evenly distributed in the partition 40, or may be distributed around the partition 40 adjacent to the sidewall of the cup body 10.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a third embodiment of the present application. Wherein the cup 10 is constructed substantially the same as the first embodiment and the cup 10 further includes a partition 40. Here, the partition 40 is located in the accommodating space 12 to divide the accommodating space 12 into a right half first space 41 and a left half second space 42. Here, the ground coffee powder or ground coffee particles of the beverage brewing material 30 of the present embodiment are filled in the second space 42 of the left half, and the dried pearl pearls of the dried material 20 are placed in the first space 41 of the right half. When the high-temperature liquid is injected into the accommodating space 12, the high-temperature liquid is firstly injected into the first space 41, due to the separation of the partition 40, the high-temperature liquid fills the whole first space 41, most of the high-temperature liquid is left in the first space 41 to be boiled with the cooked dry food material 20, and then the high-temperature liquid flows into the second space 42 to be brewed with the beverage brewing food material 30 through the fine holes 43. Here, the position of the drain opening 15 of the present embodiment is preferably opened corresponding to the second space 42 of the accommodating space 12, so that the drain opening 15 is directly communicated with the second space 42.
Here, the partition member 40 is preferably a plastic sheet structure, one side of which is connected to the cup bottom 14 to divide the accommodating space 12 into a right half first space 41 and a left half second space 42. Or the plastic sheet may be constructed integrally with the cup bottom 14 to provide greater structural strength. The shape of the aforementioned partitioning member 40 is merely an example, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a beverage maker according to a fourth embodiment of the present application. The beverage maker of the present embodiment includes: a carrying device 100, a disposable beverage container 200 and an injection device 300. The disposable brewing beverage container 200 is as listed in any of the previous embodiments. The carrying device 100 of the beverage maker has a carrying part 110, and the disposable brewing beverage container 200 is placed in the carrying part 110. Here, the injection device 300 includes a fastener (not shown) and an injection port 310. After the disposable brewing beverage container 200 is placed in the supporting portion 110 and the supporting portion 110 is pushed into the supporting device 100, the fastener fastens the disposable brewing beverage container 200 and breaks the sealing membrane 13 through the injection port 310, so that the injection port 310 injects a high-temperature liquid, such as hot water, into the accommodating space 12 of the cup body 10 through the hole of the broken sealing membrane 13, and thus the beverage making machine of the present embodiment can prepare a cup of coffee beverage with a pearl round shape.
The disposable drink container cup has the advantages that the dry food materials and the drink brewing food materials are contained in the containing space of the disposable drink container cup, when high-temperature liquid is injected, the disposable drink container cup can be used for brewing the drink brewing food materials, the cooked dry food materials can be cooked at the same time, the food materials with chewing taste can be cooked at the same time when the drink brewing is finished, and the problem that the disposable drink container cup does not have diversified tastes and food materials in a single package is solved.
