Abstract

The invention relates to a cooking tool, in particular to a Wensi tofu shredder.

As shown in FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 , and FIG. 4 , the pusher 2 can be selectively assembled or separated from the fixed mold 1 . The pusher 2 is an I-shaped structural member made of acrylic, one end of which is assembled on the penetration portion 11 and used to push the soft tofu 4 , while the other end is provided for the user to push by hand.

As shown in FIGS. 1 , 2 , 4 and 5 , the shredder 3 is mounted on the bottom of the fixed mold 1 . The shredder 3 is a grid-like structure formed by a plurality of metal wires 31 woven horizontally and vertically, and has an outer frame 32 . The aforementioned metal wires are overlapped on the outer frame 31 . The pusher 2 pushes the soft tofu 4 into the shredder 3 , and the soft tofu 4 is cut into a plurality of thin tofu shreds 4A.

The above is an introduction to the various components of the present invention, and then the usage of the present invention is introduced.

1. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 , firstly, a shredder 3 is set at the bottom of the fixed mold 1 , and then the soft tofu 4 is placed into the penetration portion 11 of the fixed mold 1 .

2. As shown in FIG. 4 , the pusher 2 is assembled into the through-hole 11 of the fixed mold 1 , and one end of the pusher 2 is against the upper end of the soft tofu 4 , and then the user pushes the pusher 2 manually.

3. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the soft tofu 4 is cut by the metal wire of the shredder 3, and a plurality of thin and long tofu shreds 4A are formed at the same time. Therefore, the present invention can save a lot of cutting time, especially when a large amount of tofu needs to be processed. This tool can improve efficiency and allow the cook to complete the cooking preparation work faster.
