更進一步詳細說明,本創作之雙軸延伸聚丙烯具環保減塑效果之功能性薄膜的製造方法,包含以下步驟:(1)將PIR(Post Industrial Recycle)再生料、防霧母粒依所需求之比例與樹脂混合(混合比例如下表1),以達成分散性要求並具備環保減塑、防霧功能之目的; (2)經T型模頭43上下流道擠出後,進入冷卻成型設備44,其工作溫度為15℃~70℃,接著冷卻成型設備44將三層高溫疊合物冷卻成三層疊合膜片,進而將三層疊合膜片導入縱向延伸設備5,其中該冷卻成型設備44包含冷卻大輪、及水槽;(3)導入縱向延伸設備5後,先以溫度在100~160℃進行預熱,將三層疊合膜片軟化後,再進行3~7倍縱向倍率延伸及回火定型後,再將三層疊合膜續導入橫向延伸設備6,該縱向延伸設備5包含縱向延伸預熱區51、縱向延伸延伸區52、以及縱向延伸定型區53;(4)導入橫向延伸設備6後,先以溫度100~200℃進行預熱軟化,將其進行4~12倍橫向倍率拉伸並進行回火定型及冷卻20℃~80℃後,而成為雙軸延伸之三層疊合膜,再導入電暈處理裝置7,該橫向延伸設備6包含橫向延伸預熱區61、橫向延伸延伸區62、以及橫向延伸定型區63;(5)利用高週波放電裝置以10~120W之功率,將三層疊合膜經電暈處理後,使其三層疊合膜之表面可均勻達到36~44Dyne/cm之潤濕張力值;(6)經電暈處理後之薄膜,以收卷設備8進行收捲,再視末端需求分條各種寬度及長度之捲紙式薄膜。 To further explain in detail, the manufacturing method of the biaxially stretched polypropylene functional film with environmentally friendly plastic reduction effect includes the following steps: (1) Mix PIR (Post Industrial Recycle) recycled materials and anti-fog masterbatch as required Mix it with the resin in a certain proportion (the mixing proportion is as shown in Table 1) to achieve the dispersion requirements and have the functions of environmentally friendly plastic reduction and anti-fogging; (2) After extrusion through the upper and lower flow channels of the T-shaped die 43, it enters the cooling molding equipment 44, whose working temperature is 15°C~70°C.
