Abstract

本創作是一種濾掛式植栽結構,主要包括有濾水袋體、複數掛耳件及植栽物,其中濾水袋體由具滲透作用材質製成,並於濾水袋體內部形成供放置植栽物之容置空間,各掛耳件設置於濾水袋體外側表面,由於植栽物主要為小麥草,因此可讓植栽者透過杯子以及搭配本創作的濾掛式植栽結構,即可隨時種植小麥草並且隨時取用之。

Description

濾掛式植栽結構
本創作係一種植栽,尤指一種濾掛式植栽結構。
按,小麥草在《本草綱目》裡記載,其療效為 「麥苗,氣味辛、寒、無毒。主治消酒毒、暴熱、酒疽、目黃……搗爛絞汁日飲之,解渴,退胸隔熱,利小腸…」, 可見古人已發現小麥草汁有消炎退熱、健胃消食、疏利腸胃的卓越功效。
隨著現代人對於養身的重視,小麥草(Wheatgrass)也被許多人做成小麥草汁來飲用,儼然成為近年來熱門的健康食物,由於小麥草富含葉綠素,又被稱為綠色血液,經常食用被認為具有提升健康及活力的效果,除了常見的果汁形式,也有經乾燥磨粉的膠囊或粉劑供選用。
由於小麥草是小麥植株(Triticum aestivum)新發的嫩葉,富含維生素、礦物質、酶、氨基酸、生物類黃酮、多糖體和大量的葉綠素(70%)。相關文獻指出,麥草具有抗腫瘤、抗凋亡、抗增殖、抗氧化等作用。對各種退行性疾病,包括癌症、類風濕性關節炎、潰瘍、地中海貧血可能有正面幫助。
有鑑於上述小麥草的諸多正面作用,導致許多人會自行種植小麥草,而小麥草若是自行種植打汁飲用時,其種植數量不大但必須使用盆栽容器,此時不但盆栽容器占空間且必須使用土壤,不僅種植過程麻煩且種植環境十分受限。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本創作之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者瞭解本創作之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作相關之目的及優點。
本創作之主要目的在於:利用濾掛式植栽結構中的掛耳件可直接掛設於杯子上,並且直接對濾水袋體中的小麥草澆水,水可直接由杯子盛接,以完成隨時植栽隨時取用之目的。
為達上述目的,本創作係一種濾掛式植栽結構,其包括:一濾水袋體、複數掛耳件及植栽物,其中,該濾水袋體由具滲透作用材質製成,並於該濾水袋體內部形成供放置該植栽物之容置空間,各該掛耳件設置於該濾水袋體外側表面。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該濾水袋體為親水性棉質、植物粉末或 再生親水性材料製成。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該濾水袋體表面上形成有複數孔徑大於該植栽物粒徑之穿孔。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該濾水袋體於該容置空間開口處設置一封口部,該封口部位於該濾水袋體表面上形成一環狀撕裂結構。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該掛耳件為對應位置設置於該濾水袋體。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該植栽物為小麥草。

請參閱圖1所示,為本創作較佳實施例之立體示意圖。本創作是一種濾掛式植栽結構,濾掛式植栽結構1主要包括濾水袋體10(為小麥草)、複數掛耳件12及植栽物14,其中,濾水袋體10由具滲透作用材質製成,並於濾水袋體10內部形成供放置植栽物14之容置空間100(參考圖2),各掛耳件12設置於濾水袋體10外側表面。
其中濾水袋體10為親水性棉質、植物粉末或 再生親水性材料製成,且其表面上形成有複數孔徑大於植栽物粒徑之穿孔102,再者,濾水袋體10於容置空間100開口處設置一封口部11,封口部11位於濾水袋體10表面上形成一環狀撕裂結構110。前述中掛耳件12為對應位置設置於濾水袋體10。
一併參考圖2、圖3及圖4所示,為本創作撕開濾水袋體掛於杯子之使用狀態示意圖、對濾水袋體中植栽物澆水之使用狀態示意圖及植栽物成長之狀態示意圖。使用時,先將濾水袋體10上的封口部11透過環狀撕裂結構110撕開,再將掛耳件12拉開後掛於杯子2上,使濾水袋體10至於杯子2中,使用者可將水直接澆灑在濾水袋體10中的植栽物14上,過多的水則可低落於杯子2中,由於濾水袋體10具滲透作用材質製成,因此水不會累積在濾水袋體10內,也可避免浸泡避免植栽物14泡爛壞死。
再者,濾水袋體10表面上的穿孔102其孔徑會小於植栽物14(小麥草)種子的粒徑,因此可防止種子掉出穿孔102。
由上述可知,利用濾掛式植栽結構1中的掛耳件12可直接掛設於杯子2上,並且直接對濾水袋體10中的小麥草澆水,水可直接由杯子盛接,以完成隨時植栽隨時取用之目的。

  1. 一種濾掛式植栽結構,其包括:一濾水袋體、複數掛耳件及植栽物,其中,該濾水袋體由具滲透作用材質製成,並於該濾水袋體內部形成供放置該植栽物之容置空間,各該掛耳件設置於該濾水袋體外側表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第 1 項所述之濾掛式植栽結構,其中該濾水袋體為親水性棉質、植物粉末或 再生親水性材料製成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第 1 項所述之濾掛式植栽結構,其中該濾水袋體表面上形成有複數孔徑大於該植栽物粒徑之穿孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第 1 項所述之濾掛式植栽結構,其中該濾水袋體於該容置空間開口處設置一封口部,該封口部位於該濾水袋體表面上形成一環狀撕裂結構。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第 1 項所述之濾掛式植栽結構  ,其中該掛耳件為對應位置設置於該濾水袋體。
