15,該壓模區15設置該可上下移動之壓模機構40,壓模機構40包含一壓缸形式之壓模缸41,主體固定於骨架11,壓模缸41可伸縮之缸軸411係固定一上模座42,藉以驅動上模座42上、下軸向移動,壓模區15上對應上模座42係設置一下模座43,上、下模座42、43對應面形態呈凹凸配合,藉以初胚70由輸送單元37水平移送至下模座43上,配合驅動壓模缸41,以令上模座42往下直線運動,壓合於初胚70上,使初胚70包含的第一、二、三原料21、22、23壓貼地更緊實,避免第一、二、三原料21、22、23在接下來的輸送過程輕易鬆開脫離;其次,如圖2、6、7所示,為方便將壓模區15之初胚70送到結合區16,於壓模區15對應下模座43處,另外設置一傳送桿45,傳送桿45係包含一固定於骨架11之馬達451、一固定於傳送桿45徑向面之數撥桿46,其中,傳送桿45之軸向係平行於輥輪31與壓模輪32,傳送桿45一端樞設於骨架11,另一端係結合至馬達451輸送動力處,而兩撥桿46之一端、間隔地連接於傳送桿45徑向面,使兩撥桿46分別位於下模座43之兩外側,撥桿46另一端為自由端;當初胚70被壓模機構40壓貼之後,啟動馬達451,令其帶著傳送桿45旋轉,撥桿46隨傳送桿45旋轉之軌跡,將下模座43上的初胚70撥移到鄰側的結合區16,並且通過傳送桿45來回旋轉於壓模區15、結合區16,藉傳送桿45移到結合區16時,可以驅動該閉合式接合機構50之開合;請再參看圖2、7、8所示,相鄰壓模區15的結合區16
係設置該閉合式接合機構50,結合區16相同於下模座43方向的基板161中央開設一道導軌162,基板161相應傳送桿45之兩撥桿46旋轉行程,設置有一道平行於導軌162之讓槽163,在撥桿46旋轉至基板161之下方,不受到基板161之干涉阻礙;而閉合式接合機構50係包含一推送壓缸51、一傳送座52、一活動夾板組54,其中推送壓缸51呈水平設置於基板161之下,推送壓缸51之缸軸511末端固定連結該傳送座52,傳送座52頂端係設置該由馬達控制之活動夾板組54,活動夾板組54係由兩夾板541,其一側通過軸542而樞穿於傳送座52、兩軸542位置鄰近,夾板541另一側係為自由端,使兩夾板541以軸542為支點,受到撥桿46撥動而形成相對開、合狀態,兩夾板541樞設於傳送座52位置恰位於導軌162之中,讓活動夾板組54被推送壓缸51沿導軌162線性移動;藉以如圖2、7、8所示,當傳送桿45利用撥桿46將初胚70撥送到結合區16,令傳送桿45受馬達451帶動之旋轉軌跡,將初胚7係移送到此時呈張開之活動夾板組54上<配合圖11>,其次,推送壓缸51推動其缸軸511令傳送座52及活動夾板組54一起沿導軌162前進移動,形成活動夾板組54離開讓槽163,俾傳送桿45之撥桿46同時向下旋轉、通過讓槽163,旋轉移動到下方;再其次,如第圖8、9,啟動推送壓缸51以反向帶動傳送座52及活動夾板組54,沿導軌162移動以回到位在撥桿46上方的原位,啟動傳送桿45及撥桿46反向旋轉,如圖9、10、11,令兩撥桿46隨著往上迴旋動作中,分別托起兩夾板541以其軸542為支點
