Abstract

本創作提供一種易開型的防盜容器，其係設有一盒體、一蓋體及一施力結構；所述盒體包括一凸扣部；所述蓋體包括一頂部、一底部、一扣槽部、及一撕裂線；所述撕裂線沿著所述蓋體圍出一形狀範圍；一施力結構，其位於所述形狀範圍內；當所述凸扣部與扣槽部相對卡合住時，使所述盒體與蓋體緊密地結合；此時欲打開所述蓋體需透過外力施力於所述施力結構，使其拉起或按壓所述形狀範圍與所述蓋體分離，本創作透過手指按壓開啟蓋體將其破壞，不僅防止有心人士開啟餐盒加料或食用，在本創作只能一次性使用的情況下，也供使用者安心享用餐盒內的食物。

Description

防盜容器
本創作係有關一種容器結構的技術領域，尤指一種為一次性使用的防盜容器，並且能防止被打開。
隨著工商社會的成型，亦改變了人類的飲食習慣，也造成外食族群的人口需求大幅增加。對外食族群的人來說便當、餐盒或速食是最為便利且經濟的用餐方式。加上當前全球疫情的關係，不僅是外食族的需求，需多家庭為了減少外出，逐漸轉而依賴美食外送的服務。但近來有傳出美食外送員偷食的案例，不僅對消費者造成恐慌，也影響到外送服務平台及商家的商譽。 為此餐飲業為了提升便利性給外食族群，有許多業者亦針對餐盒進行改良，以方便用餐的人使用。台灣專利號M581097公開了一種防盜容器，主要於容器上設置至少一個結合辨識組，其包括一結合部及一接合件。該結合部包括一限位槽、一辨識件及一撕裂線，並設置於蓋體。該辨識件設於該結合部的底部，該撕裂線設於該辨識件的外周緣，該接合件設於該蓋體，並設置於該限位槽中，且與該辨識件相貼靠，藉以提供一種能辨識是否被打開過的容器。 雖然能藉此辨識容器是否被他人打開過，但因為該容器的結合辨識組中，該結合部底部設置該撕裂線在該辨識件的外緣，當業者進行食物打包將容器蓋起時，此時會容易碰到該結合部上的撕裂線而把該辨識件弄掉，導致在容器辨識上出現問題，甚至影響商家的商譽。因此，現有的容器技術有需加以解決的問題。
有鑑於此，為解決上述問題，本創作之主要目的在提供一種可解決目前技術問題的防盜容器，其主要包括： 一盒體，其包括一凸扣部；一蓋體，其包括一頂部、一底部、一扣槽部、及一撕裂線，所述撕裂線沿著所述蓋體圍出一形狀範圍；一施力結構，其位於所述形狀範圍內；其中，所述盒體與所述蓋體能緊密地互相結合；當所述盒體與所述蓋體互相結合時，所述凸扣部與所述扣槽部相對卡合住，無法使用外力再次打開所述凸扣部與所述扣槽部，以分離所述盒體與所述蓋體，需透過外力施力於所述施力結構，使其拉起或按壓所述形狀範圍與其外的蓋體分離。
藉由上述的技術手段，本創作可透過手拉起或是按壓所述施力結構，以開啟所述形狀範圍與其之外的所述蓋體分離，最後，將所述蓋體破壞。不僅防止有心人士在餐盒加料或食用，也因為本創作只能作一次性的使用，除了提供消費者安心享用餐盒內的食物，對外送服務平台及商家也是一種保障。
為方便對本創作之目的、結構組成、應用功能特徵及其功效，做更進一步之介紹與揭露，茲舉實施例配合圖式，詳細說明如下：請參閱第1圖至第4圖所示，本創作所提出的防盜容器100，其包括一盒體1、一蓋體2及一施力結構3，其中：
如圖1所示，所述盒體1包括一凸扣部11。所述凸扣部11於所述盒體1頂部外緣處形成。所述盒體1內的容置空間能藉以裝盛食物。於本創作實施例，其中盒體外型能為半圓狀或類矩形狀。
如圖1和圖2所示，所述蓋體2包括一頂部21、一底部22、一扣槽部23及一撕裂線24。所述扣槽部23設置於所述蓋體2邊緣，並與所述凸扣部11能進行扣合形成一卡合結構4。其中，所述盒體1與所述蓋體2能緊密地互相結合，也就是說，本創作將所述卡合結構4設計成不易打開的結構；當所述盒體1與所述蓋體2互相結合時，所述凸扣部11與所述扣槽部23相對卡合住，使所述卡合結構4將所述盒體1與所述蓋體2能緊密結合。
如圖2所示，所述撕裂線24呈現單虛線狀，並且圍繞在所述蓋體2上。使用者能於所述蓋體頂部21和底部22看到所述撕裂線24處。於本實施例中，所述撕裂線的設計不受到此限制。所述撕裂線24沿著所述蓋體頂部21圍出一形狀範圍25。所述形狀範圍25為所述撕裂線24於所述蓋體2上圍出的區域。進一步來說，所述撕裂線24於所述蓋體2邊緣附近，也就是於所述蓋體2與所述扣槽部23之間的區域圍出所述形狀範圍25。於本實施例中，所述形狀範圍的形狀不受到此限制，圍出的形狀範圍可為湯勺狀、水滴狀、矩形狀或是不規則形狀。
所述施力結構3包括一第一凹槽31、一第一凹槽32及一第三凹槽33。所述第一凹槽31、第一凹槽32及第三凹槽33自所述蓋體頂部21內凹至所述蓋體底部22凸出形成類矩形的形狀。於本實施例中，所述第一凹槽、第二凹槽及第三凹槽凸出的形狀不受到此限制，凸出的形狀可為半圓狀或是半橢圓狀。
再者，所述第一凹槽31、第一凹槽32及第三凹槽33為兩兩間隔設置，並且間隔為相同的距離Ｄ。所述施力結構3設置於至少一所述形狀範圍25內一處。於本實施例中，所述施力結構設置於所述蓋體的位置不受此限制。
如圖3所示，所述施力結構3能透過外力拉起或是按壓，使所述形狀範圍25與所述蓋體2分離。進一步來說，藉由外力拉起或按壓所述撕裂線24，將其於所述蓋體2圍出的所述形狀範圍25和其之外的所述蓋體2分離，並達到破壞所述蓋體2的方法；當所述盒體1與所述蓋體2互相結合時，使用者也無法使用外力打開所述卡合結構4，需透過外力拉起或按壓所述施力結構3，使其連動到所述形狀範圍25被拉起或按壓，使所述形狀範圍25與所述蓋體2分離。
如圖4所示，為本創作的防盜容器100進一步包括一彎折實線5。所述彎折實線5嵌合於所述防盜容器100其中一側，使所述盒體1與所述蓋體2的其中一側連在一起。
藉由上述的技術手段，本創作可透過手拉起或是按壓所述施力結構，以開啟所述形狀範圍與其範圍外的所述蓋體分離，最後，將所述蓋體破壞，不僅防止有心人士在餐盒加料或食用，也因為本創作只能作一次性的使用，除了提供消費者安心享用餐盒內的食物，對外送服務平台及商家也是一種保障。
綜上所述，本創作結構新穎功能實用具進步性，同時具有可供產業利用性，完全符合專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請。惟以上所述者，僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本創作實施之範圍；故凡依本創作申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆應屬本專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種防盜容器，其包括： 一盒體，其包括一凸扣部； 一蓋體，其包括一頂部、一底部、一扣槽部、及一撕裂線，所述撕裂線沿著所述蓋體圍出一形狀範圍； 一施力結構，其位於所述形狀範圍內； 其中，所述盒體與所述蓋體能緊密地互相結合；當所述盒體與所述蓋體互相結合時，所述凸扣部與所述扣槽部相對卡合住，無法使用外力再次打開所述凸扣部與所述扣槽部，以分離所述盒體與所述蓋體，需透過外力施力於所述施力結構，使其拉起或按壓所述形狀範圍與其外的蓋體分離。
  2. 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之防盜容器，其中所述盒體邊緣形成一凸扣部，所述蓋體邊緣形成一扣槽部；所述凸扣部與所述扣槽部能進行扣合形成一卡合結構。
  3. 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之防盜容器，其中所述施力結構設置於所述形狀範圍內至少一處。
  4. 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之防盜容器，其中一所述容器的盒體底部能容置另一所述容器的所述蓋體頂部，使多個所述容器能易於堆疊放置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之防盜容器進一步包括一彎折實線，其嵌合於所述防盜容器一側，使所述盒體與所述蓋體的其中一側連在一起。
