Abstract
一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,係同時結合有栽種、培育、養殖、種植與加工處理等各種單元,來構成科技模擬簡化生態食物鏈,不僅能使整體上下生態鏈完整搭配,減少養殖與種植過程中產生的汙染或不良廢棄物,兼顧環保同時更能將其有效利用與效益最大化,尤其適用於單一密閉建築物的封閉式密集的生產,大幅降低生產成本,集社會效益經濟與生態環保的未來生態農業模式,更可作為未來種養基地的基礎。
Description
本創作係有關種養系統,特別是一種集合動植物、微生物、土壤、水體相互協同作用的生態循環複合種養系統。
隨著氣候暖化以及環境汙染的加劇,環保及糧食議題備受關注。具體來說,溫室效應導致全球暖化所引起的氣候惡化,各種大型天然災害,如海嘯、暴風雪、熱浪,或是單純的溫度的忽冷忽熱,使得可耕種養殖土地大幅減少,因此糧食的生產變得愈來愈難以掌控。不僅如此,各地頻傳的大旱、大洪等極端現象導致的糧食產量驟減(包含種植與養殖),加上人口總數攀升與資源耗盡,使得情況更是雪上加霜。於是聯合國預估未來10年可能會發生全球性的糧食短缺,飢餓將會更加普遍。
另一方面,生產糧食的同時也會對環境的造成危害,以養殖畜牧業為例,畜養牛隻的過程中,除消耗大量的穀類飼料或天然牧草外,更產生大量甲烷及糞便,故,如何在增加食糧產量的同時兼顧環保,終將成為重點議題。此外,近來食安議題愈發受到重視,如能在確保食安的前提下,提高優質有機食材的產量,對社會經濟的穩定發展將大有助益。
對此,不少專家學者提出室內種養的建議,譬如在建物內、大型郵輪船、海平面或海面下、或地下種養殖場等種養基地。儘管在溫室中種植蔬果,或在室內飼養家禽實行已久,但主要僅是控制環境參數來提高產量,並未通盤考量各項因素,如環境永續發展與廢棄物處理。
再者,隨著持續惡化的資源枯竭與人口稠密,人們也將目光放在地球之外,舉凡宇航飛船、地球軌道基地、太空基地、類地星球等,屆時勢必要透過高效率的室內農業生產基地來做為基礎,方能持續地去發展。
綜上所述, 高效率密集式的室內農業確屬未來發展的趨勢,在資源匱乏且氣候險峻的地區,或因應人口攀升導致糧食短缺的解決方案,甚至是未來種植基礎的循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,高效率密集式的室內農業均可視為左右發展的基石與關鍵技術。
有鑑於此,本創作提出一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,集社會效益經濟與生態環保的未來生態農業模式,更可作為未來種養基地的基礎,其具體架構及實施方式將詳述於下。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,應用於封閉式建築內,可不受地域、環境、天候與季節的影響,大幅提高整體產能,係可成為高效率密集式組合農業,使單位面積之農產經濟價值最大化。
本創作之另一目的在於提供一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,配合科技模擬簡化生態食物鏈的概念,充分利用各環節所產生的副產品或是廢物,使其達成循環利用與回收的目的,集社會效益經濟與生態環保的未來生態農業模式,更可作為未來種養基地的基礎。
為達到上述之目的,本創作揭露一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其包括種養系統與監控模組,種養系統包含栽種大棚、飼料加工處理場、海產養殖場、昆蟲養殖場、畜產養殖場以及海藻養殖場,栽種大棚藉以栽種至少一植物,而取得農產作物與植物廢料,而飼料加工處理場可藉以處理植物廢料並加工處理成為飼料、肥料與殘渣,肥料可供栽種大棚利用提供蔬果植物進行施肥,海產養殖場,係藉由飼料來養殖海鮮,藉以生產海產以及海鮮廢料,海鮮廢料又可藉由飼料加工處理場來加以處理;昆蟲養殖場藉由飼料來養殖至少一昆蟲,昆蟲並可供加工成為高蛋白蟲粉,高蛋白蟲粉可混入飼料或肥料內使用,而畜產養殖場係藉由飼料來養殖至少一動物,動物可供產出至少一動物食材以及動物廢料,動物廢料可再藉由飼料加工處理場來加以處理,海藻養殖場,其可接收植物廢料、海鮮廢料、以及動物廢料來作為培養藻類之原料添加物,而所產生的藻類除了能提供額外經濟價值外,更可作為另一飼料的來源,產生的大量優質氧氣,而所產生的廢料更能作為沼氣與肥料的來源。
監控模組可藉以監控與調配種養系統的各種種養狀態,包含有溫度、溼度、光照時間、空氣組成元素與濃度、空氣細菌含量、水質、水溫、水酸鹼度、水中鹽分、水中細菌和元素組成比例等,藉由24小時全面不間斷的監控、管理、過濾、消毒等,確保最佳種養殖區生長環境。
因此,藉由此各環節的相互配合,能將產物、副產物、廢棄物皆能有效應用,不僅符合環保需求,不會造成汙染問題,同時更能將其有效利用,使單位面積之農產經濟價值最大化,達到循環模擬生態食物鏈,因而能於最小土地單位面積,達成最大產量的"科學種養殖"。
底下藉由具體實施例配合所附的圖式詳加說明,當更容易瞭解本創作之目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成之功效。
請參照第1圖,其繪示本創作之實施例所提供的循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統之示意圖。
為了達成幾乎零汙染的高效率密集式組合農業,首先考量以生態圈與食物鏈的概念,利用本創作的系統來構成的科技模擬簡化生態食物鏈,而能將各階段所產生的副產品、廢物做有效的可循環應用與回收,而能達到單位面積之農產經濟價值最大化,構成完整封閉的科技模擬簡化生態食物鏈之循環種養系統。
因此,如第1圖所示,本創作揭露一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,應用封閉式的建築物內,此建築物可為各種建築物室內、大型郵輪船、海平面或海平面以下、或是地下種養殖場等種養基地,亦或是宇航飛船、地球軌道基地、太空站、類地星球等未來式種養基地。具體來說,循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統包括種養系統10與監控模組20,其中,種養系統10包含栽種大棚11、飼料加工處理場12、海產養殖場13、昆蟲養殖場14、畜產養殖場15、以及海藻養殖場16。其中,栽種大棚11通過栽種植物取得作物與植物廢料;飼料加工處理場12可加工處理植物廢料以作成飼料、肥料與殘渣,肥料可提供栽種大棚11對蔬果植物進行施肥;海產養殖場13藉由飼料來實施水產養殖,以獲得海產及海鮮廢料,海鮮廢料更可輸送至飼料加工處理場12作循環處理;昆蟲養殖場14藉由飼料來飼養各種昆蟲,昆蟲可加工成為高蛋白蟲粉,所述高蛋白蟲粉可混入飼料或肥料內作為畜牧或養殖使用;畜產養殖場15藉由飼料來飼養各類動物,動物可產出蛋類、乳製品,或作為肉類食材以及其他生物廢料,生物廢料可再輸送至飼料加工處理場12作加工處理;海藻養殖場16,主要係養殖海藻以作為飼料或是肥料,此外可提供氧氣或是能量來源;同時,藉由監控模組20來監控與調配種養系統10中的各種種養狀態,包含有溫度、溼度、光照時間、空氣組成元素與濃度、空氣細菌含量、水質、水溫、水酸鹼度、水中鹽分、水中細菌和元素組成比例等,透過24小時全面性且不間斷的監控、管理、過濾、消毒等,以確保最佳種養區的生長環境。儘管如前文揭露的各類單元記載為處理場或養殖場等,但並非是工廠或是廠房的概念,而是一種模組、單元、機器、或系統,以達成所稱的功能。以下將進一步針對循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統的各個部份作詳細說明。
如第2圖所示,栽種大棚11主要可供栽種蔬菜、水果與菌類等各種可食用或可利用的植物,主產品為蔬菜、水果與菌類等各種作物收成的農產品作物,而栽種過程中產生相應的植物廢料可包含有諸如前述植物無法食用的部份或是種植時的廢棄物、落葉、果皮或木屑等,此些植物廢料可供飼料加工處理場12加工處理成為飼料、肥料與殘渣;當然,除了前述所稱的可食用植物外,也可以是為了施肥、飼養動物所需的各種植物,在此並不特別限定。再者,栽種各種植物可使整體空氣優化,有效維持種養基地的空氣清淨。
接續,請參閱第3圖,飼料加工處理場12除了可接收前述栽種大棚11的植物廢料,依實際情況與需求,利用高溫消毒、殺菌、蒸餾、發酵等各種手段來加工處理以產生作為海產養殖場13、昆蟲養殖場14以及畜產養殖場15所需的飼料,或是栽種大棚11或海藻養殖場16所需的肥料,其原料來源可為添購農產品廢料來加入混合,諸如為麥桿、稻桿、玉米麩、啤酒渣、豆粕、玉米、米或其他麥類等農產品廢料,來使其飼料或是肥料中蘊含的養份更完整。因此,飼料加工處理場12除了用來處理加工產生飼料、肥料外,剩餘無法應用的部份則成為殘渣。除了前述植物廢料外,其餘各站也產生相應的廢料可供應作為其他原料來源,此部份容後詳述。
如第4圖所示,海產養殖場13所養殖的海鮮係包含有魚類、甲殼類與貝類,除了可產生優質的各種魚類、甲殼類與貝類優質海產外,其海鮮廢料包含有魚類之鱗片、血、骨、內臟等,甲殼類與貝類包含有其甲殼或貝殼,前述各類素材皆可運送至飼料加工處理場12來加工處理,再者,甲殼類(譬如蝦類)或是貝類皆有助於清潔與優化水質,同時,淨化後的水質應用於栽種大棚11進行灌溉,或作為魚菜共生概念的應用。另一方面,在密閉式建築中對環境和溫度進行適宜的控制,可大幅增加養殖經濟效益,同時降低疾病傳染的可能性,進而避免造成食用者感染問題等。
接續請參閱第5圖,昆蟲養殖場14主要可用來飼養譬如為麵包蟲、蚯蚓、蛆等昆蟲,可供加工成為高蛋白蟲粉,高蛋白蟲粉可混入飼料或是肥料中,也可以作為終端產品來出售。
如第6圖所示,畜產養殖場15主要用以飼養牲畜,其飼料來源可為飼料加工處理場12所產生,畜產養殖場15可產出各種動物食材,譬如肉類、蛋類、內臟或其他可食用部分等,其餘非食用廢料,譬如毛、血、油脂、骨、無法食用部位與內臟、糞便等,同樣可運送至飼料加工處理場12來處理加工成為飼料與肥料。藉由密閉式的飼養方式,可減少雞瘟、豬瘟等各種傳染病的傳染,從而提高生產經濟效益,同時有效進行疾病管制。
前述飼料加工處理場12所處理的飼料與肥料的來源為混合型態,同時可根據需求來調整其配方,譬如動物糞便發酵後可作為肥料,也可配合高蛋白蟲粉來作為海產養殖場13的飼料、或是單獨加工作為昆蟲養殖場14的飼料。
如第7圖所示,海藻養殖場16可以發酵方式產生沼液,配合動物廢料(譬如糞便)、海鮮廢料(譬如貝類、甲殼類之貝殼、甲殼)來於飼料加工處理場12處理成為培養海藻的原料,同時,更可配合建築內的過濾系統,來供應海藻養殖場16所需要的空氣及水份;海藻養殖場16所養殖的海藻不僅產生大量氧氣,其生產的海藻可直接輸出或是加工成為藻油、藻片等各種營養食品,或是作為飼料加工處理場12產生飼料或肥料的來源,而剩餘的殘渣則可作為堆肥來源,或配合輸送至飼料加工處理場12其它殘渣(譬如植物殘渣或是動物糞便等)進行發酵產生沼氣,沼氣可供整個系統作為發熱或是發電之用。
請再參照第1圖,監控模組20可監控與調配種養系統10的各種種養狀態,其包含有溫度、溼度、光照時間、空氣組成元素與濃度、空氣細菌含量、水質、水溫、水酸鹼度、水中鹽分、水中細菌和元素組成比例等,藉由24小時全面性且不間斷的監控、管理、過濾、消毒等,確保最佳種養殖區生長環境,可以保證無菌種植養殖的最優化生產環境和最大產出量。同時,通過此種全面監控與密閉式的種養環境,對於各種原料與資源進行嚴格的控管,也有利於提高優質有機食材的產量,對人類社會穩定經濟發展有相當助益。
綜合上述,本創作所提供的循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,以科技模擬簡化生態食物鏈的概念來加以簡化並建構,能夠有效控制整個系統養殖與種植的來源,控制整個食物生產的安全與可靠性,同時,過程中所產生的各項產物、副產物、廢料皆能有效交互應用,達成幾乎零環境污染;同時封閉式的管理能有效24小時管理監控與調整,不受地域、環境、天候與季節的影響,從而大幅提高整體產能,可成為高效率密集式組合農業,使單位面積之農產經濟價值最大化;並且,配合完整生態食物鏈的概念,充分利用各環節所產生的副產品或是廢物,使其達成循環利用與回收的目的,集社會效益經濟與生態環保的未來生態農業模式和未來種養基地的基礎。

- 一種循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,應用於一密閉之建築物空間,係包含有: 一種養系統,係包含有: 一栽種大棚,用以栽種至少一植物,而取得一農產作物與一植物廢料; 一飼料加工處理場,用以接收該植物廢料並加工處理成為一飼料、一肥料與一殘渣,該肥料可供該栽種大棚利用提供該蔬果植物進行施肥; 一海產養殖場,係藉由該飼料來養殖至少一海鮮,藉以生產一海產以及一海鮮廢料,該海鮮廢料可藉由該飼料加工處理場來加以處理; 一昆蟲養殖場,係藉由該飼料來養殖至少一昆蟲,該昆蟲並可供加工成為一高蛋白蟲粉,該高蛋白蟲粉可混入該飼料或該肥料內使用; 一畜產養殖場,係藉由該飼料來養殖至少一動物,該動物可供產出至少一動物食材以及一動物廢料,該動物廢料可藉由該飼料加工處理場來加以處理; 一海藻養殖場,藉以提供一藻類;以及 一監控模組,藉以監控與調配該種養系統之一種養狀態。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該栽種大棚所栽種之該植物係包含有蔬菜、水果與菌類。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該飼料加工處理場更可添購一農產品廢料來加入混合。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該海藻養殖場可接收該植物廢料、該海鮮廢料、以及該動物廢料來作為培養該藻類之原料添加物。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該海產養殖場之該海鮮係包含有魚類、甲殼類與貝類。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該昆蟲養殖場之該昆蟲係為一麵包蟲、一蚯蚓或一蛆的蟲類。
- 如請求項第1項所述之循環式綜合生態科技養殖與種植系統,其中該畜產養殖場之該動物係包含有家禽與牲畜。
