9.7~17.3吋範圍之資訊處理裝置16,藉以提供全方位多角度移動,包括高低升降範圍最大至21公分、前後翻轉範圍最大至180度、左右轉向範圍最大至90度、及水平轉垂直定點旋轉範圍最大至360度,藉以調整至舒適之操作位置。
該資訊處理裝置16可包含一智慧型手機或一平板電腦,係透過該可調式夾具15可拆卸地設置在該工作桌台121上,該資訊處理裝置16裝載一應用程式,可藉由該應用程式驅動即時取得並傳送至少一生理資訊至一護理資訊系統(Nursing Information System, NIS)
,藉此可即時將生理資訊上傳至雲端中心而與各醫生共享。該資訊處理裝置16更設置有一定位單元161,用以即時掌握該智能護理工作車100之位置及狀況,讓護理站能隨時定位每台智能護理工作車100之位置,進行有效的控管,該定位單元161係為一RFID、藍芽、紅外線、超音波或行動網路;本實施例以藍芽發射器為例,可定位及掌握每台智能護理工作車100位於醫院各樓層之動向,每一樓層皆配置有一藍芽接收器,以即時掌握該智能護理工作車100之位置及狀況。
該身份辨識單元17可為辨識身份掃描器(ID scanner)、一條碼掃描器(bar-code scanner)、一讀卡機、一無線射頻辨識感應器(RFID reader)或一近距離無線通訊(Near Field Communication, NFC)裝置,係設置在該容置部122側邊,用以記錄使用者、護理人員或病患之身分資訊。
該生理量測裝置18用以量測一病患之至少一生理資訊,該生理量測裝置18包括一無線連接介面181,用以無線連接該資訊處理裝置16以及該身份辨識單元17至少其中之一。其中該生理量測
裝置係由電子血壓計、血氧濃度機、電子體溫計、血糖機、心電圖機、呼吸量測裝置所組成群組之至少其中之一者,且該無線連接介面可為藍芽無線通訊、射頻無線通訊、ZigBee無線通訊或WiFi無線通訊。
該護理置物模組19包括數個置物單元191,可拆卸地設置在該升降柱11前側上,用於放置醫護用品及該生理量測裝置18。
該手推置物箱20係可拆卸地設置在該升降柱11後側上,透過與該第二軌道112滑接而可進行上下升降運動調整該手推置物箱20之高度及定位,其範圍達55公分,最高可離地124公分,確認合適位置後,將定位螺絲緊鎖即可固定;該手推置物箱20具有一容置槽201可供文件或物品置放,一側則設有至少一吊掛元件202,該容置槽201在遠離該升降柱11之一側設有一推拉手把203
,方便使用者在該升降柱11後側操控該智能護理工作車100之移動方向,使其左右轉向或前後移動形成360度動向。
本創作更包含至少一背掛式廢棄物回收桶21設置在該升降柱11後側上,用以存放醫療廢棄物品。如是,藉由上述揭露之裝置構成一全新之智能護理工作車。
藉此,本創作所提智能護理工作車可對外連線(NIS),能確保護理流程沒有錯誤,以避免人為疏失,並且無需紙本,使護理人員不用抄寫數值,有效降低人力負擔並減少紀錄作業時間,同時配合無線定位技術(如RFID、藍芽、紅外線、超音波或行動網路),可讓護理站能隨時知道每台智能護理工作車之位置及狀況,進行有效的控管,以達到提升工作效率。
綜上所述,本創作係一種智能護理工作車,可有效改善習用之種種
缺點,能對外連線,可確保護理流程沒有錯誤,以避免人為疏失,並且無需紙本,使護理人員不用抄寫數值,有效降低人力負擔並減少紀錄作業時間,同時配合無線定位技術,可讓護理站能隨時知道每台智能護理工作車之位置及狀況,進行有效的控管,以達到提升工作效率,進而使本創作之產生能更進步、更實用、更符合使用者之所須,確已符合新型專利申請之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
