The wireless control remote controller 10 contains a lifting and pause button and is a wireless remote control switch of a lifting system.
The positioning and lifting system comprises two section lifting columns 16, a fixed base 17, a sliding guide rail 18, a rotation limiting stud 19, a handle pressing component 20, a pointer 21 and a carrier frame 22 thereof. Wherein the two-section lifting column 16 is integrated with a motor, a positioning sensor and an upper limit switch and a lower limit switch thereof. The handle pressing component 20 comprises a lifting spring, a pressing block and a handle. The handle is screwed to compress the material, and the compressing block is automatically bounced by the spring after the handle is loosened.
The stepless rotating system is composed of the following components: a top fixing bracket 23, an outer base 24, a guide rod 25, a screw rod 26, a screw rod slider 27, a connecting rod 28, a screw rod supporting plate 29, a bevel gear 30, a bottom fixing bracket 31 and a crank 32. The top fixing bracket 23 is fixed to the fixing base 17, and the bottom fixing bracket 31 is also fixed to the fixing base 17. The connecting rod 28 is connected with the object carrier 22 through a screw. The rotary crank 32 drives the screw rod 26 to rotate through the transmission of the bevel gear 30, the up-down height of the screw rod 26 is limited, and the screw rod sliding block 27 can lift along the vertical direction. Thereby rotating the object carrier 22, and the rotating angle can be observed through the pointer 21. When the rotation is required, the rotation of the crank 32 is stopped, and the rotation is stopped.
The fixed RTP barrel system comprises an RTP barrel fixing seat 33, a barrel fixing plate 34, a fixing rod 35, a pressing rod 36, a pressing flexible wheel 37 and an adjusting handle 38. The barrel fixing plate 34 can be replaced by different sizes according to RTP barrels with different specifications, and the barrel fixing plate 34 is ensured to be matched with the RTP barrels. The RTP bucket is placed on the bucket fixing plate 34, the pressing rod 36 is lowered to enable the pressing flexible wheel 37 to be in contact with the RTP bucket, and the pressing flexible wheel 37 is pressed and fixed on the RTP bucket by adjusting the handle 38. The fixed RTP bucket system is placed on a carrier rack 22 and secured by a handle hold down assembly 20.
The fixed transfer bag system includes a transfer bag holding tray 39, a bag hold down bar 40, a torque hinge 41 and its rotating holding handle 42. The transfer bag is laid on the transfer fixing plate 39, and the bag pressing bar 40 presses one end of the transfer bag by rotating the fixing handle 42. The other end of the transfer bag is butted with the RTP door. The stationary transfer bag system is placed onto the carrier rack 22 and secured by the handle hold down assembly 20.
