Abstract

一種車輛環景影像裝置，包括一主影像擷取模組、一副影像擷取模組與一影像處理模組；主影像擷取模組設於一車輛，主影像擷取模組拍攝取得車輛周圍的複數短距離影像；副影像擷取模組設於鄰近主影像擷取模組的位置，副影像擷取模組朝著車輛的左右兩側取得遠距離影像；影像處理模組拼接短距離影像與遠距離影像形成車輛的環景影像，藉以取得距離車輛較遠的外部影像，增加行車安全的保護性與警示效果。

Description

車輛環景影像裝置
本創作與車輛有關，特別是指一種車輛環景影像裝置。
車輛行駛的時候常常會發生各種不同狀況的危險或意外，而且危險或意外不會來自單一方向，而是隨時可能從車輛的四面八方發生。不管是車輛要停車的時候可能會受限於周遭環境而難以順利進行，或者是車輛倒車會擔心擦撞後方來車與家中的小朋友，因此，行車輔助系統會利用環景影像裝置以無死角方式讓駕駛從車內螢幕就可以察覺取得車輛周圍的360度影像，大幅提昇行車安全。
上述環景影像裝置通常是在車身的四個位置安裝環景鏡頭，然後再利用影像處理技術模擬呈現出車輛外部狀態。但是，前述環景影像裝置的取像範圍只能取得到鄰近車輛的影像，無法取得距離車輛較遠的外部影像，降低行車安全的保護性與警示效果。
因此，本創作的主要目的乃在於提供一種車輛環景影像裝置，其可取得距離車輛較遠的外部影像，增加行車安全的保護性與警示效果。
為達成前揭目的，本創作提供的車輛環景影像裝置，包括一主影像擷取模組、一副影像擷取模組與一影像處理模組；該主影像擷取模組設於一車輛，該主影像擷取模組拍攝取得該車輛周圍的複數短距離影像；該副影像擷取模組設於鄰近該主影像擷取模組的位置，該副影像擷取模組朝著該車輛的左右兩側取得遠距離影像；該影像處理模組拼接該短距離影像與該遠距離影像形成該車輛的環景影像，藉以取得距離車輛較遠的外部影像，增加行車安全的保護性與警示效果。
更佳地，其中該主影像擷取模組包括複數第一攝影鏡頭分別設於該車輛的四周，該複數第一攝影鏡頭朝該車輛下方拍攝取得該車輛周圍的複數短距離影像。
更佳地，其中該副影像擷取模組包含複數第二攝影鏡頭，該複數第二攝影鏡頭分別設置在的該複數第一攝影鏡頭外側，而且朝著該車輛的左、右兩側取得該遠距離影像。
更佳地，其中該車輛的轉向系統被操作之後，該主影像擷取模組先停止，該副影像擷取模組單獨擷取該車輛左、右方向的影像。

以下藉由列舉較佳實施例配合圖式，詳細說明本創作的技術內容及特徵，本創作提供的車輛環景影像裝置可廣泛應用在各種車輛。本領域技術人員能瞭解本實施方式的說明用語屬於不限制應用領域的上位式描述，例如材料或形狀用語包括且不限於描述內容所指定的材料或形狀，位置用語包括且不限於設置、靠近、連接，或鄰接。各元件的數量用語“一”包含了一個與一個以上複數個元件數量。本說明書內容所提及的方向性形容用語，只是以正常使用方向為基準之例示描述用語，並非作為限制主張範圍之用意。
如圖1所示，本創作提供的車輛環景影像裝置包含一主影像擷取模組10與一副影像擷取模組20，於本較佳實施例的主影像擷取模組10包括4顆第一攝影鏡頭12分別設於車輛30的左、右後視鏡32、車頭34中央，以及後保險桿36中央，主影像擷取模組10的各第一攝影鏡頭12朝下方拍攝取得車輛30周遭約1米至5米以內的複數短距離影像。
副影像擷取模組20設於鄰近主影像擷取模組10的位置，於本較佳實施例的副影像擷取模組20包含2顆第二攝影鏡頭22，各第二攝影鏡頭22分別設置在左、右後視鏡32的第一攝影鏡頭12外側，而且朝著車輛30的左、右兩側取得大約5米至50米以內範圍的遠距離影像。主影像擷取模組10與副影像擷取模組20分別取得短距離影像與遠距離影像之後，再利用影像處理模組拼接短距離影像與遠距離影像形成車輛的環景影像。
藉由上述本創作的組成特點，利用主影像擷取模組10與副影像擷取模組20分別取得短距離影像與遠距離影像，讓環景影像透過車內螢幕顯示出車輛旁邊的狀態以外，還可以透過遠距離影像顯示出更遠的外界狀態，例如車輛行駛在道路，環景影像裝置除了顯示出車輛30本身行駛的車道狀況，還可以顯示出左、右兩線道的狀況，提高行車安全的保護性與警示效果。
再者，本創作可以結合盲點偵測裝置，進一步提昇行車的主動輔助安全功效。而且，本創作還能夠搭配車輛30的轉向控制機制，當車輛30的左、右轉撥桿被操作之後，本創作可以先停止主影像擷取模組10，只讓副影像擷取模組20單獨擷取車輛30左、右方向的影像且提醒駕駛行駛當時的道路狀況，提高行車安全。

  1. 一種車輛環景影像裝置，包括： 一主影像擷取模組，設於一車輛，該主影像擷取模組拍攝取得該車輛周圍的複數短距離影像； 一副影像擷取模組，設於鄰近該主影像擷取模組的位置，該副影像擷取模組朝著該車輛的左右兩側取得遠距離影像；以及 一影像處理模組，拼接該短距離影像與該遠距離影像形成該車輛的環景影像。
  2. 如請求項1所述的車輛環景影像裝置，其中該主影像擷取模組包括複數第一攝影鏡頭分別設於該車輛的四周，該複數第一攝影鏡頭朝該車輛下方拍攝取得該車輛周圍的複數短距離影像。
  3. 如請求項2所述的車輛環景影像裝置，其中該副影像擷取模組包含複數第二攝影鏡頭，該複數第二攝影鏡頭分別設置在的該複數第一攝影鏡頭外側，而且朝著該車輛的左、右兩側取得該遠距離影像。
  4. 如請求項1所述的車輛環景影像裝置，其中該車輛的轉向系統被操作之後，該主影像擷取模組先停止，該副影像擷取模組單獨擷取該車輛左、右方向的影像。
