Abstract

一種皮革車縫入安全帽邊緣構造，藉由皮革包覆安全帽邊緣，強化安全帽邊緣防刮、護手、護臉、防撞等功能，此工法縫入帽殼後，邊緣飾條不易因簡易黏貼而脫落，具堅固功能，使安全帽整體更具風格特色，皮革部分可使用各式皮革顏色、材質與縫線交互運用，可給予機車騎士具創意、品味之安全帽造型，突破以往安全帽邊緣泛用之塑膠材質黏貼。

皮革車縫入安全帽邊緣構造
安全帽材料大部分都是採用PP或ABS材質，本技術系以特殊機台將皮革車縫入安全帽材質邊緣，具耐用不脫落、創意新穎之構造。
近年來安全帽帽殼邊緣皆以簡易塑膠或飾條以簡易黏貼方式呈現，工法簡易，如遇黏貼品質較差時，即易脫落並使銳利帽殼邊緣露出而刮傷，需要更牢固的工法讓帽殼邊緣飾條不易脫落。
本創作所提供之構造，係將皮革以特殊機台縫入安全帽之邊緣，強化安全帽邊緣防刮、護手、護臉、防撞等功能，此工法縫入帽殼後，使邊緣飾條不易因簡易黏貼而脫落，皮革縫邊之皮革顏色、材質與縫線交互運用，給予機車騎士更新穎且具創意之安全帽造型，突破以往安全帽邊緣飾條黏貼帽殼之泛用造型。
