Abstract
一種具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器,包括:一發電裝置、一碟片、一可調式磁阻裝置、以及一阻力調整裝置,其係裝設於一健身器之架體上;操作健身器之腳踏裝置將轉動該發電裝置之飛輪與碟片,並使其環狀磁石與電樞鐵心因切割磁力線而產生電流;藉由旋轉該阻力調整裝置之旋鈕,將使其掣動桿拉動拉索,並使該可調式磁阻裝置改變其磁力線在該碟片的覆蓋面積,據以調整負載阻力;由於本創作中其磁力線可由全數覆蓋調整至全數脫離,因此運動負載阻力可達到由最大到最小接近零之間連續無段調整之效果。
Description
本創作係有關一種健身器,尤指應用改變磁力線覆蓋碟片之面積,以達到連續無段調整運動負載阻力之一種具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器。
按,如圖1所示,為煞車阻力飛輪健身器910,其阻力的產生方式,係位於飛輪911的外緣設置一煞車件912,而該煞車件912結合一摯動件913、一拉索914、與一煞車控制器915;再藉由該煞車控制器915拉動該拉索914,致使該摯動件913樞轉而令該煞車件912貼靠於該飛輪911,以摩擦阻力來產生煞車作用;由於煞車件912會因摩擦而快速損耗,且會因摩擦的高溫而產生臭味,因此,該煞車阻力飛輪健身器910仍具有改善空間。
又按,一種磁控負載裝置930,如圖2所示,可有效防止前述煞車件912因摩擦損耗及高溫產生臭味的缺失,其係將磁極板931置於臨近飛輪裝置933之內週緣,使其磁鐵片932與飛輪裝置933的金屬導體934之間形成一空氣間隙G;而藉由拉動拉索935將可使該磁極片931其自由端936產生徑向位移,而改變該空氣間隙G的大小,致使磁通量密度改變,進而達到該磁控負載裝置930自動且無段連續調整運動負載阻力之效果。
惟查,前述磁控負載裝置930雖可藉由改變磁極片931與飛輪933之間隙G,使磁通量密度改變而調整運動負載阻力,但該機構的固定端937卻因無法完全脫離產生磁通量的範圍,使得固定端仍有負載阻力而無法使其阻力歸零。
緣是,本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種可藉由變更磁阻而達到調整運動負載阻力之飛輪健身器。
本創作之又一目的,係在提供一種可藉由變更磁阻達到由最大阻力到零阻力之間連續無段調整之飛輪健身器。
本創作之再一目的,係在提供一種具有發電裝置以產生電力供應儀表板顯示運動負載數值之飛輪健身器。
為達上述目的,本創作採取的技術手段,包括:一發電裝置、一碟片、一可調式磁阻裝置、以及一阻力調整裝置,其係裝設於一健身器之架體上;其中,該架體,設有腳踏裝置與握把;該發電裝置,係裝設於該架體後側,具有一固定軸,設置一環狀之電樞鐵心,一旋轉軸,係與該腳踏裝置連動以帶動一飛輪旋轉,而該飛輪內環固設一環狀磁石,且令該環狀磁石與該電樞鐵心之間具有一間隙,當該飛輪旋轉時,該環狀磁石將與該電樞鐵心因切割磁力線的運動,從而產生電流;該碟片,為一導磁金屬所製之環狀體,其係組設在該飛輪之外週緣,並使該碟片與該飛輪同步旋轉。
該可調式磁阻裝置,其具有一固定座,係組設於該架體上;一磁阻 件,係以一定位軸樞設在該固定座之底端,其具有二片對稱之磁盤,而兩片磁盤間具有一間距,且該磁盤內側面各別嵌設至少一片磁鐵片,一拉索,其一端繫於該磁阻件之側緣,令該拉索未被拉動時,該磁阻件內其磁鐵片之磁力線將全數覆蓋在該碟片之兩側以產生最大的負載阻力,而當拉索被拉動時,其負載阻力將遞減,直到該磁阻件內磁鐵片之磁力線全數脫離該碟片之兩側則其負載阻力將歸零。
該阻力調整裝置,係固設於該架體前側,其具有一機架、一旋鈕及與其連動之軸桿,一掣動片,其中央處以一樞轉軸樞設於該機架,其一端樞設於該軸桿,另一端則樞設於一掣動桿,且該拉索之尾端係固設在該掣動桿上,令旋轉該旋鈕將使該掣動片以該樞轉軸為軸心擺動,進而使該掣動桿拉動該拉索。
藉此,操作該腳踏裝置將轉動該旋轉軸以帶動該飛輪與碟片同步旋轉,並使該發電裝置產生電流,而旋轉該旋鈕將使該阻力調整裝置之掣動桿拉動該拉索,並使該可調式磁阻裝置之磁阻件改變其磁力線在該碟片的覆蓋面積,進而改變其負載阻力以達到變更健身器磁阻之功效。
依據前揭特徵,其中,更包括在該握把上設置一儀表板,並令該發電裝置供應其所需之電力。
依據前揭特徵,其中,更進一步包括一磁性編碼組件,其具有一磁鐵,係設置於該阻力調整裝置之軸桿底端,另一具有編碼電路之電路板係設置於該磁鐵之下方,而藉由該電路板檢知該磁鐵之旋轉角度以轉換成運動負載阻力的數值顯示在該儀表板上。
依據前揭特徵,其中,該可調式磁阻裝置之定位軸外緣更套設一扭簧,當該掣動桿拉動拉索時,該磁阻件將環繞該定位軸順時針方向轉動,則該扭簧將被扭轉,當該掣動桿放開拉索時,則該扭簧將復歸而帶動該磁阻件環繞該定位軸逆時針方向轉動至定位。
藉助前揭特徵,本創作具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器具有如下之效益: (1)本創作中其腳踏裝置係以皮帶帶動發電裝置之旋轉軸轉動,並使與飛輪連結之碟片同步旋轉,而可調式磁阻裝置係應用磁力線來覆蓋碟片,以形成腳踏裝置的負載阻力,因此藉由變更磁力線的覆蓋面積即可改變磁阻,進而達到調整運動負載阻力之效果。 (2)本創作中其磁阻件係以一定位軸樞設在固定座上,當磁阻件樞轉至最底端位置時,其兩片磁盤將座落於碟片之兩側,而樞轉至最頂端位置時,其兩片磁盤將座落於固定座之容置空間內;且藉由阻力調整裝置拉動拉索,將使磁力線從全部覆蓋在碟片兩側以產生最大的負載阻力,繼之則其負載阻力遞減,直到磁力線全數脫離碟片則其運動負載阻力將歸零;因此本創作可達到運動負載阻力由最大到最小接近零之間連續無段調整之效果。 (3)本創作中更進一步在阻力調整裝置之軸桿底端裝設一磁性編碼組件,其具有一磁鐵與一具有編碼電路之電路板,而藉由該電路板檢知該磁鐵之旋轉角度,即可轉換成運動負載阻力的數值顯示在儀表板上,使健身者及時掌握運動負載之狀況,以提升健身的成效。
首先,請參閱圖3~5所示,為本創作具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器100,其包括:一發電裝置10、一碟片20、一可調式磁阻裝置30、以及一阻力調整裝置40,其係裝設於一健身器之架體70上;其中,該架體70,設有腳踏裝置71、握把72、與坐墊73;該腳踏裝置71包括一對踏板711經由一對連桿712帶動一轉軸713轉動,該轉軸713則連接一第一皮帶輪714並經由一第一皮帶715帶動一第二皮帶輪716,該第二皮帶輪716再連接一同軸之第三皮帶輪717;由於第一皮帶輪714的直徑大於第二皮帶輪716,而第二皮帶輪716的直徑又小於第三皮帶輪717,因此該腳踏裝置71經由踏板711、轉軸713連動至第三皮帶輪717,將具有提升轉速與降低扭力的功效。
該發電裝置10,係裝設於該架體70後側,請進一步參閱圖5、6A~6B所示,其具有一固定軸11,其外緣設置一環狀之電樞鐵心12,一旋轉軸13,其軸心131連結一傳動皮帶輪14,且其軸座132組設在一飛輪15之軸套151內,而該飛輪15之內環槽152固設一環狀磁石16,且令該環狀磁石16置於該電樞鐵心12之外周緣且兩者之間具有一間隙G1,當該飛輪15受該旋轉軸13帶動旋轉時,該環狀磁石16將與該電樞鐵心12因切割磁力線的運動,從而產生電流;本創作更包括在該握把72上設置一儀表板50,並令該發電裝置10的電路(圖未示)連結該儀表板50以供應其所需之電力。一外蓋18,係套設在該固定軸11之外側,並組設在該飛輪15之凸緣使其與之同步旋轉,用以防止使用者接觸到電流;同時該發電裝置10另設有一軸承座17,其係鎖付在該架體70上,且在軸承座17與該旋轉軸13之間,該固定軸11與該旋轉軸13以及外蓋18之間,分別裝設有軸承19。再者,該碟片20,可為一鋁或銅之導磁金屬所製之環狀體,其係組設在該飛輪15之外周緣;如圖6A及6B所示,由於本創作之碟片20係呈環形體,係組設在該飛輪15之外周緣,所以該碟片20的直徑(D)遠大於該飛輪15的直徑(d),用以增加『磁阻』可作用面積(A),進而達到增進調整運動負載阻力之效果。且該傳動皮帶輪14係以一皮帶141(圖3有示)與該第三皮帶輪717連結,因此,踩踏該腳踏裝置71將使該旋轉軸13、外蓋18、以及與該飛輪15連動之碟片20,皆得以在該架體70上順暢地旋轉。
該可調式磁阻裝置30,係鄰近該碟片20之側緣而組設於該架體70上,請參閱圖5、7、8A~8B所示,其具有一固定座31,且其內緣設有一容置空間311,而其底端設有一樞軸孔312,頂端則有一槽孔313;一磁阻件32,其具有二片對稱之磁盤321,並以一樞軸座322固定,而兩片磁盤321間設有一略大於該碟片20厚度T之間距G2(圖7有示),該磁阻件32係以一定位軸33穿入該樞軸座322內並樞設在該固定座31之樞軸孔312,該磁盤321內側面各別嵌設至少一片磁鐵片323,本實施例中,該磁盤321內側面係各別嵌設二片磁鐵片323,但不限定於此;並令該磁阻件32樞轉至最底端位置時,其兩片磁盤321將座落於該碟片20之兩側,而該磁阻件32樞轉至最頂端位置時,其兩片磁盤321將座落於該固定座31之容置空間311內;一拉索34,其一端繫於該磁阻件32之固定架324上,另一端則穿過該固定座31之槽孔313。
本創作中其磁阻大小之調整係以拉索34拉動該磁阻件32的方式來進行,當該拉索34完全未被拉動時,該磁阻件32內其磁鐵片322之磁力線將全部覆蓋在該碟片20之兩側以產生最大的負載阻力,如圖9所示,而當拉索34被拉動時,該磁鐵片322之磁力線覆蓋範圍縮小,其負載阻力將遞減,如圖10所示,直到該磁阻件32內磁鐵片322之磁力線全數脫離該碟片20之兩側,則其運動負載阻力將歸零,如圖11所示。再者,該可調式磁阻裝置30之定位軸33外緣更套設一扭簧331(如圖8A及圖8B所示),當拉動該拉索34時,該磁阻件32將環繞該定位軸33順時針方向轉動而逐漸沒入該固定座31之容置空間311內,此時該扭簧331將被扭轉而蓄積應力,當該拉索34被放鬆時,則該扭簧331將復歸而帶動該磁阻件32環繞該定位軸33逆時針方向轉動至定位。惟,該扭簧331係為一般先前技術,其套設在該定位軸33的組合構成,容不贅述。
該阻力調整裝置40,如圖12所示,係為一可行實施例,但不限於此;其具有一機架41,係固設於該架體70前側,該機架41內設有一旋鈕42及與其連動之軸桿43,一掣動片44,其中央處以一樞轉軸45樞設於該機架41,且其一端樞設於該軸桿43,另一端則樞設於一掣動桿46,且該拉索34之尾端係固設在該掣動桿46上,令正向旋轉該旋鈕42將使該軸桿43下降,則該掣動片44將以該樞轉軸45為軸心擺動而推動該掣動桿46上升,進而拉動該拉索34作動;若反向旋轉該旋鈕42將使該軸桿43上升,則該掣動片44將以該樞轉軸45為軸心擺動而推動該掣動桿46下降,進而使該拉索34被放鬆。再者,該阻力調整裝置40中更進一步包括一磁性編碼組件47,其具有一磁鐵48,係設置於該軸桿43之底端,另一具有編碼電路之電路板49係設置於該磁鐵48之下方,而藉由該電路板49檢知該磁鐵48之旋轉角度可轉換成制動力的數值顯示在該儀表板50上,如圖13所示。
藉此,操作該腳踏裝置71將轉動該旋轉軸13以帶動該飛輪15與碟片20同步旋轉,並使該發電裝置10產生電流,而旋轉該旋鈕42將使該阻力調整裝置40之掣動桿46拉動該拉索34,並使該可調式磁阻裝置30之磁阻件32改變其磁力線在該碟片20的覆蓋面積,進而改變其負載阻力以達到變更健身器磁阻之功效。
由於本創作中其腳踏裝置71係以皮帶帶動發電裝置20之旋轉軸13轉動,並使其與飛輪15連結之碟片20同步旋轉,而可調式磁阻裝置30係應用磁力線來覆蓋碟片20,以形成腳踏裝置71的負載阻力,因此藉由變更磁力線的覆蓋面積即可改變磁阻,進而達到調整運動負載阻力之效果。次者,本創作中其磁阻件32係以一定位軸33樞設在固定座31上,當磁阻件32樞轉在最底端位置時,其兩片磁盤321將座落於碟片20之兩側,而樞轉至最頂端位置時,其兩片磁盤321將座落於固定座31之容置空間311內;且藉由阻力調整裝置30拉動拉索34,將使磁力線從全部覆蓋在碟片20兩側以產生最大的負載阻力,繼之則其阻載阻力遞減,直到磁力線全數脫離碟片20則其運動負載阻力力將歸零;因此本創作可達到運動負載阻力由最大到最小接近零之間連續無段調整之效果。再者,本創作中更進一步在阻力調整裝置40之軸桿43底端裝設一磁性編碼組件47,其具有一磁鐵48與一具有編碼電路之電路板49,而藉由該電路板49檢知該磁鐵48之旋轉角度,即可轉換成運動負載阻力的數值顯示在儀表板50上,使健身者及時掌握運動負載之狀況,以提升健身的成效。

Claims (4)
- 一種具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器,包括: 一架體,設有腳踏裝置與握把; 一發電裝置,係裝設於該架體後側,具有一固定軸,其外緣設置一環狀之電樞鐵心,一旋轉軸,其軸心連結一可與該腳踏裝置連動之傳動皮帶輪,且其軸座組設在一飛輪之軸套內,而該飛輪之內環槽設有一環狀磁石,令該環狀磁石係置於該電樞鐵心之外周緣且兩者之間具有一間隙,當該飛輪受該旋轉軸帶動旋轉時,該環狀磁石將與該電樞鐵心因切割磁力線的運動,從而產生電流; 一碟片,為一導磁金屬所製之環狀體,其係組設在該飛輪之外周緣,並使該碟片與該飛輪同步旋轉; 一可調式磁阻裝置,係鄰近該碟片之側緣而組設於該架體上,其具有一固定座,且其內緣設有一容置空間;一磁阻件,係以一定位軸樞設在該固定座之底端,其具有二片對稱之磁盤,而兩片磁盤間設有一略大於該碟片厚度之間距,且該磁盤內側面各別嵌設至少一片磁鐵片,一拉索,其一端繫於該磁阻件之側緣,另一端則穿過該固定座之頂端,令該拉索未被拉動時,該磁阻件內其磁鐵片之磁力線將全部覆蓋在該碟片之兩側以產生最大的負載阻力,而當拉索被拉動時,其負載阻力將遞減,直到該磁阻件內磁鐵片之磁力線全數脫離該碟片之兩側則其負載阻力將歸零;以及 一阻力調整裝置,其機架係固設於該架體前側,其具有一旋鈕及與 其連動之軸桿,一掣動片,其中央處以一樞轉軸樞設於該機架,其一端樞設 於該軸桿,另一端則樞設於一掣動桿,且該拉索之尾端係固設在該掣動桿上,令旋轉該旋鈕將使該掣動片以該樞轉軸為軸心擺動,進而使該掣動桿拉動該拉索; 藉此,操作該腳踏裝置將轉動該旋轉軸以帶動該飛輪與碟片同步旋轉, 並使該發電裝置產生電流,而旋轉該旋鈕將使該阻力調整裝置之掣動桿拉動 該拉索,並使該可調式磁阻裝置之磁阻件改變其磁力線在該碟片的覆蓋面積 ,進而改變其負載阻力達到變更健身器磁阻之功效。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器,其中,更包括在該握把上設置一儀表板,並令該發電裝置供應其所需之電力。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器,其中,更進一步包括一磁性編碼組件,其具有一磁鐵,係設置於該阻力調整裝置之軸桿底端,另一具有編碼電路之電路板係設置於該磁鐵之下方,而藉由該電路板檢知該磁鐵之旋轉角度以轉換成運動負載阻力的數值顯示在該儀表板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有可變磁阻之飛輪健身器,其中,該可調式磁阻裝置之定位軸外緣更套設一扭簧,當該掣動桿拉動拉索時,該磁阻件將環繞該定位軸順時針方向轉動,則該扭簧將被扭轉,當該掣動桿放開拉索時,則該扭簧將復歸而帶動該磁阻件環繞該定位軸逆時針方向轉動至定位。
