Abstract

一種電源適配器,包含一連接單元,及一承接單元。該連接單元包括一外殼、一設置於該外殼內的內固定件,及至少一設置於該內固定件內且圍繞出一導槽的導通件。該承接單元包括至少一可拆離地連接於該外殼一端且與該外殼相配合界定出一設置空間的接頭,及至少一可拆離地設置於該設置空間內的分線件,該至少一接頭界定出一連通該至少一導通件之導槽的開口,該至少一分線件界定出複數透過該開口顯露於外並連通該至少一導通件之導槽的通線口。使用者可根據需求拆換或拆離該至少一分線件,如此便可對應不同數量的電源線,利於模組化並提高泛用性。

Description

電源適配器
本新型是有關於一種連接器,特別是指一種電源適配器。
參閱圖1,一般是以一電源連接器1來供應光訊號設備的所需電源,該電源連接器1包括一插座單元11,及一可拆離地連接該插座單元11並供一入線端及一出線端的兩條電源線(圖中未繪示)電連接的插接單元12。但在光通訊設備功能日漸強大的情況下,其所需電量也逐步增加,故入線端或出線端的電源線往往需要不只一條,甚至是不同規格的電源線來供給電源,但該插接單元12的兩端一次僅能供一條電源線伸入,故在需要不同配置或規格的電源線時,便只能使用多個插接單元12來達成,造成整合效果不佳之問題,且大幅增加所佔用之空間。此外,有些電源連接器1可同時供複數電源線伸入,但當要對應單一電源線或其他數量的電源線時,便需再另外找尋可支援的電源連接器1而無法共用,泛用性不足。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種可一次對應一條或多條電源線的電源適配器。
於是,本新型電源適配器,包含一連接單元,及一承接單元。該連接單元包括一外殼、一設置於該外殼內的內固定件,及至少一設置於該內固定件內且圍繞出一導槽的導通件。
該承接單元包括至少一可拆離地連接於該外殼一端且與該外殼相配合界定出一設置空間的接頭,及至少一可拆離地設置於該設置空間內的分線件,該至少一接頭界定出一透過該設置空間連通該至少一導通件之導槽的開口,該至少一分線件界定出複數透過該開口顯露於外並連通該至少一導通件之導槽的通線口。
本新型之功效在於:當需要對應複數入線端或出線端的電源線時,可根據該等電源線的數量換上具有相對應數量的通線口的分線件,以及裝入不同數量的導通件,並使該等電源線分別穿設該等通線口,當僅需要對應單一電源線時,可將該至少一分線件由該外殼上拆離,並使該電源線通過該開口,如此可根據需求對應不同數量的電源線,達到模組化之功效。
在本新型被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖2、圖3,及圖4,本新型電源適配器2之一第一實施例,包含一連接單元3,及一設置於該連接單元3上的承接單元4。該連接單元3包括一外殼31、一固定於該外殼31內的內固定件32,及二可抽換地設置於該內固定件32內且各自圍繞出一導槽330的導通件33。該外殼31具有分別以外螺紋及內螺紋相互螺接的一第一殼體部311及一第二殼體部312,每一導通件33是以可導電的材質製成,該導通件33之導槽330的兩端可分別供一入線端及一出線端的電源線A伸入,該導通件33藉由螺紋鎖設方式迫緊該等電源線A,使該等電源線A壓抵該導通件33的內壁面,從而透過該導通件33使該等電源線A呈電連接狀態。
該承接單元4包括一可拆離地以內螺紋螺設於該外殼31之第一殼體部311上且與該第一殼體部311相配合界定出一設置空間5的接頭41、一位於該設置空間5內且部分插置於該第一殼體部311上的限位件42,及一被該限位件42圍繞而被限位於該設置空間5內的分線件43。該接頭41界定出一連通該設置空間5及該等導槽330的開口411。該限位件42具有一沿徑向方向位於該接頭41及該分線件43之間且沿軸向延伸的圍繞壁部421,及一由該圍繞壁部421外緣向內沿徑向方向延伸,並沿軸向方向位於該接頭41及該分線件43之間的擋壁部422,透過該擋壁部422可沿該軸向方向將該分線件43限位於該設置空間5內。該分線件43界定出二透過該開口411顯露於外且連通該等導槽330的通線口431,當需要對應兩條入線端的電源線A時,該等電源線A可分別由該等通線口431進入,並分別伸置於該等導槽330後與該等導通件33電連接,而此時該等導通件33的另一端是分別連接具有兩個出線端的同一條電源線A。參閱圖4及圖5,當僅需要一入線口時,只要依序將該限位件42及該分線件43拆離,使該開口411如圖5所示地呈開放狀並作為供電源線A進入的入線口即可,故本第一實施例可視情形對應一條或多條入線端的電源線A,視實際需求也可更換為具有三個或更多通線口431的分線件43,使該電源適配器2可模組化生產且泛用性高。
參閱圖6、圖7,及圖8,為本新型電源適配器2的一第二實施例,本第二實施例大致上是與該第一實施例相同,不同之處在於:該第二實施例的承接單元4具有二透過內螺紋分別螺合於該第一殼體部311及該第二殼體部312上的接頭41、二分別位於該等設置空間5內的限位件42,及二分別被該等限位件42圍繞並限位的分線件43。本第二實施例揭露了在該外殼31兩端皆設有該等接頭41及該等分線件43的態樣,使得入線端及出線端皆可對應複數的電源線A(見圖4),使用者可根據需求更換具有不同數量之通線口431的分線件43,或如圖8所示地將該等分線件43拆離,僅透過該等接頭41之該等開口411作為入線口及出線口,提升配置自由度及泛用性。
綜上所述,本新型可讓使用者自由更換或拆離該等接頭41及該等分線件43,以根據需求對應不同數量及型態的電源線A,利於模組化生產且泛用性高,故確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種電源適配器,包含: 一連接單元,包括一外殼、一設置於該外殼內的內固定件,及至少一設置於該內固定件內且圍繞出一導槽的導通件;及 一承接單元,包括至少一可拆離地連接於該外殼一端且與該外殼相配合界定出一設置空間的接頭,及至少一可拆離地設置於該設置空間內的分線件,該至少一接頭界定出一透過該設置空間連通該至少一導通件之導槽的開口,該至少一分線件界定出複數透過該開口顯露於外並連通該至少一導通件之導槽的通線口。
  2. 如請求項1所述的電源適配器,其中,該承接單元包括二分別連接於該外殼兩端的接頭,及二分別對應該等接頭的分線件,每一接頭與該外殼相配合而界定出一設置空間。
  3. 如請求項2所述的電源適配器,其中,該連接單元之外殼具有一與其中一接頭螺合的第一殼體部,及一個兩端分別與該第一殼體部及另一個接頭螺合的第二殼體部。
  4. 如請求項1所述的電源適配器,其中,該承接單元包括一接頭及一分線件,且還包括一位於該設置空間內並限位該分線件的限位件,該限位件具有一沿徑向位於該接頭及該分線件間的圍繞壁部,及一由該圍繞壁部外緣向內延伸,且沿軸向位於該接頭及該分線件間的擋壁部。
  5. 如請求項3所述的電源適配器,其中,該承接單元還包括二分別位於該等設置空間內且限位該等分線件的限位件,每一限位件具有一沿徑向位於相對應接頭及相對應分線件間的圍繞壁部,及一由該圍繞壁部外緣向內延伸,且沿軸向位於該接頭及該分線件間的擋壁部。
