Description

超低浴比染色機之輔助熱交換器及直接昇降溫裝置
本創作涉及一種超低浴比染色機之輔助熱交換器及直接昇降溫裝置,特別是一種可以不增加用水量(浴比)的情況下增設一輔助熱交換器,該輔助熱交換器以原泵浦管路為熱交換器之傳熱管,可作為染色機的輔助或第二熱交換器,再者,本創作亦可提供一種可裝設於染色機染缸適當位置的直接昇降溫裝置,當要清洗染色機染缸時,可快速注入蒸氣使染缸清洗用水迅速昇溫,當染缸需要降溫時可快速注入冷水使染缸迅速降溫,可作為染色機染缸清洗的輔助昇降溫器。
習知的超低浴比染色機,由於浴比極低,浴量較少,因此通常所配置之熱交換器亦較小,以更進一步節省耗水量,唯當需要快速昇降溫(如洗缸)時,則常造成昇降溫速率太慢,影響工作效率。
本創作的主要目的,在於提供一種可以提昇染色機的昇降溫速率以提高工作效率,但又不增加染色機的用水量(浴比)的輔助熱交換器。本創作的另一目的,在於提供一種可做為輔助熱交換器效能的直接昇降溫裝置,可迅速將染色機染缸清洗用水昇溫及降溫,藉以縮短清洗染缸的時間。
本創作的特徵,係在超低浴比染色機的泵浦入口端或出口端或 入出口端的管路上增設一外管,再在其上裝設蒸氣與冷卻水出入口,以所增設的外管為熱交換器外殼使成為一典型的熱交換器,以增進昇降溫速率,但不增加染色機的用水量(浴比)。
如此以原泵浦管路為熱交換器之傳熱管,使成為一典型的熱交換器,可作為輔助或第二熱交換器,再者,亦可在染色機染缸適當位置裝置直接昇降溫裝置,當要清洗染缸時可快速將蒸氣注入染缸對清洗用水直接加熱,使清洗液迅速昇溫以增加清洗效能,藉以縮短清洗時間,當染缸需要降溫時亦可快速注入冷水迅速將染缸降溫。

以下配合圖式及元件符號對本創作之實施方式做更詳細的說明,俾使熟習該項技藝者在閱讀本說明書後能據以實施。
如第一圖所示之實施例,本創作提供之超低浴比染色機之輔助熱交換器及直接昇降溫裝置,係在機體1的上方設有供布匹通過染色管8,染色管8的適當位置設有一布頭檢測裝置5,機體1內上方處則設有噴嘴4與導布輪3,機體1內的尾端底部設置一蓄液槽6,蓄液槽6內設有主熱交換器12,該主熱交換器12亦可裝設於染色循環之管路9上,蓄液槽6底部以管路13連接一泵浦7,該泵浦7入口端及出口端的管路9上增設一外管101,再在其上裝設蒸氣入口113與冷卻水入口114與冷卻水出口115,以所增設的外管101為熱交換器外殼,以增進昇降溫速率,但不增加染色機的用水量(浴 比),如此以泵浦7的管路9為熱交換器之傳熱管,使成為一典型的熱交換器,可作為輔助熱交換器10,較佳者此一輔助熱交換器10之蒸氣與冷卻水進出閥門可以與染色機之主熱交換器12共用,以減化結構並節省成本,再者,本創作亦可在機體1的染缸1-1內適當位置裝置直接昇降溫裝置11,當要清洗染缸1-1時可快速經由蒸氣管111注入蒸氣,對清洗用水直接昇溫,使清洗用水迅速昇溫,藉以縮短清洗時間,當染缸1-1需要降溫時,亦可經由冷水管112快速注入冷水,使染缸1-1迅速降溫。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種超低浴比染色機之輔助熱交換器及直接昇降溫裝置,係在染色機的泵浦入口端或出口端或兩端的管路上適當位置增設一外管,以所增設的外管為熱交換器外殼,以所包覆的的管路為熱交換器的傳熱管,形成典型的熱交換器,以增進昇降溫速率,又不增加染色機的用水量,亦可在染色機的染缸適當位置裝置直接昇降溫裝置,使染缸可直接迅速昇降溫。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之超低浴比染色機之輔助熱交換器及直接昇降溫裝置,其中,該輔助熱交換器或直接昇降溫裝置可單獨設置。
