Description
本創作係有關一種座椅椅腳的滾輪連接結構,尤指一種不會因為長期使用造成磨損的椅腳滾輪連接結構。
一般具有滾輪的座椅,其主要係於椅腳下方向外輻射複數個支臂,且每個支臂底部均設有一樞接孔以供一樞接軸樞設一滾輪,用以透過滾輪帶動座椅轉向及移動,然而由於支臂的作用是用以支撐使用者體重,並將使用者的體重分散由各個支臂平均分攤,因此支臂通常是以金屬材質製成,以避免支臂遭受重壓而產生彎曲變形的狀況,另外,用以樞接支臂與滾輪之樞接軸,同樣需要受到重壓,因此,樞接軸亦多以金屬材質製成。
惟,由於支臂及樞接軸均為金屬材質,因此,當作以依靠滾輪進行轉向時,樞接軸與樞接孔會因摩擦而會出現磨損的狀況,長時間下來,樞接軸與樞接孔之間會產生間隙,造成樞接軸帶動滾輪轉動以帶動座椅移動時,樞接軸與樞接孔之壁面相互撞擊或摩擦而產生咔嚓咔嚓的噪音,甚至會造成滾輪的鬆脫。
由此可見,目前的支臂與滾輪樞接之方式具有上述之問題存在,有鑑於此,本創作乃針對上述需求,積極研究加以改良創新,研發完成本件椅腳滾輪連接結構。
為解決上述習知技術所衍生之問題,本創作之一目的係在於提供一種避免滾輪與支臂樞接位置產生磨損的椅腳滾輪連接結構。
為達成上述之目的,本創作椅腳滾輪連接結構主要包括一椅腳、複數塑膠套筒、複數樞接軸及複數滾輪,其中,該椅腳周緣輻射有複數支臂,每一支臂的底部均開設有一套孔,該等塑膠套筒係嵌入於該等套孔內,且該等套孔之外壁與該等套孔之孔壁相吻合,該樞接軸之兩端係分別樞設於該滾輪頂面所開設之軸孔及該等塑膠套筒底部所開設之樞接孔內。
另外,每一樞接軸樞接於塑膠套筒之一端外緣均環設有一環狀溝槽,該環狀溝槽內套接有一墊圈,且墊圈之外徑大於樞接軸之外徑。
上述之墊圈之內環面與該等環狀溝槽間具有一間隙或墊圈之內環面係夾固於該等環狀溝槽之表面。

以下將描述具體之實施例以說明本創作之實施態樣,惟其並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇:請參閱圖1~3,本創作所提供椅腳滾輪連接結構主要包括由座椅之椅腳(圖中未示)周緣向外輻射之複數支臂1及對應每一支臂1的一塑膠套筒2、一樞接軸3及一滾輪4,其中,每一支臂1的底部均開設有一套孔11,該套孔11為盲孔或內階級孔,該塑膠套筒2之一端均開設有一樞接孔21,該塑膠套筒2係以相對設有樞接孔21之另一端嵌入該套孔11內,其中,該塑膠套筒2之外型與該套孔11之形狀相同,因此,當該塑膠套筒2嵌入該套孔11內時,該塑膠套筒2之外壁與套孔11之孔壁相密合,而該樞接軸3之兩端係與該滾輪4之頂部所設之一軸孔41及該塑膠套筒2之樞接孔21進行樞接。
另外,本創作樞接軸與樞接孔樞接之一端外緣凹設有一環狀溝槽31,該環狀溝槽31內套接有一墊圈32,該墊圈32之外徑係大於該樞接軸3之外徑,該墊圈32之內環面與該等環狀溝槽31間具有一間隙5,該樞接軸3套接有墊圈32之一端係穿入該塑膠套筒2之樞接孔21內,並使該墊圈32之外環面受樞接孔21之孔壁緊迫而無法位移或旋轉,此時,透過該墊圈32之內環面與該環狀溝槽31之間的間隙5,令該樞接軸3可以於該墊圈2內作旋轉,致使該滾輪4可以樞接軸3與軸孔41樞接之位置帶動座椅轉向,或透過樞接軸3於墊圈32內旋轉之方式帶動座椅轉向,另外,該墊圈32之內環面亦可夾固於環狀溝槽32之表面(如圖4所示),此時,該樞接軸3套接有墊圈32之一端穿入樞接孔21內時,該墊圈32之外環面受樞接孔21之孔壁緊迫而無法位移或旋轉,同時該樞接軸3也因環狀溝槽32之表面被墊圈32之內環面夾住而無法旋轉,致使該滾輪4僅可以樞接軸3與軸孔41樞接之位置帶動座椅轉向。
由上所述,本創作之椅腳滾輪連接結構相較習知技術更具有以下之特點及功效:
1.本創作透過塑膠套筒之設置,使滾輪以樞接軸為軸旋轉以帶動座椅移動時,支臂與樞接軸不會相互接觸,以避免樞接軸與支臂的套孔之壁面相互撞擊或摩擦而產生咔嚓咔嚓的噪音之問題。
2.本創作所使用之塑膠套筒為塑膠材質,故具有一定彈性,因此當樞接軸轉動時並也不會磨損該塑膠套筒,可以有效增加椅腳之使用壽命。
上列詳細說明係針對本創作之一可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本創作之專利範圍,凡未脫離本創作技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。

Claims (3)
- 一種椅腳滾輪連接結構,其主要包括:一椅腳,該椅腳周緣向外輻射有複數支臂,該等支臂底部均開設有一套孔;複數塑膠套筒,該等塑膠套筒係分別嵌入於該等套孔內;複數樞接軸,該等樞接軸之一端係樞接於該等塑膠套筒內;以及複數滾輪,該等滾輪之頂部均設有一軸孔,該等軸孔係供該等樞接軸相對樞接於該等塑膠套筒之另一端樞接。
- 如請求項1所述之椅腳滾輪連接結構,其中該等樞接軸樞接於該等塑膠套筒之一端外緣均環設有一環狀溝槽,該環狀溝槽內套接有一墊圈,該等墊圈之外徑大於該樞接軸之外徑,且該等墊圈之內環面與該等環狀溝槽間具有一間隙。
- 如請求項1所述之椅腳滾輪連接結構,其中該等樞接軸樞接於該等塑膠套筒之一端外緣均環設有一環狀溝槽,該環狀溝槽內套接有一墊圈,該等墊圈之外徑大於該樞接軸之外徑,且該等墊圈之內環面係夾固於該等環狀溝槽之表面。
