Description
本創作係有關一種電動車充電設備,尤其是一種電動車之充電延長線者。
按,新能源汽車已成為國家近年來的重點發展項目之一,而插電式電動車是現階段最常見的新能源汽車;插電式電動車需要到充電站和充電椿或其他配套充電設施進行插電充電;但現有的電動汽車充電站和充電椿及其配套充電設施數量供應不均;這已經成為制約插電式電動車快速普及的一個主要問題;如何能安全且便捷地為電動汽車便利充電,已經成為各電動車主們迫切需要解決的問題。
是以,針對上述習知結構所存在之問題點,如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構,實使用消費者所殷切企盼,亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。有鑑於此,創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本創作。
即,本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種電動車的充電延長線;其所欲解決之問題點,係針對現有的電動汽車充電站和充電椿及其配套充電設施數量供應不均問題點加以改良突破;
而其解決問題之技術特點,主要係藉由包括一延長線主體,該延長線主體包括:一與家用電路相連接之延長線插頭,該延長線插頭通過一第一延長線連接有一電磁保護開關,該電磁保護開關的電流輸出端連接有一計量電錶,該計量電錶的電流輸出端通過一第二延長線連接有一延長
線插座,該延長線插座用於與電動車充電槍進行連接;繼而,本創作還包括:一電路連接器,該電路連接器包括:一進電端子和一連接器插座;該進電端子與該家用電路中之電能表之電流輸出端相連接,該連接器插座與該延長線主體中之延長線插頭之間相互插接配合;再者,其中該延長線主體還包括:一保護箱,該電磁保護開關及該計量電錶均安裝於該保護箱內,且該保護箱內還設有可容納該第一延長線、第二延長線的腔體;繼而,該延長線插座之外側設有絶緣保護套;
藉此創新獨特設計,使本創作電動車的充電延長線具有電磁保護功能,提高了其充電時的安全性,使其可以與家用電路進行連接,使用電動車車主可在除了充電站或充電椿以外的地方進行充電,有效解決了充電車位供應不均的問題;且本創作還具有計量電錶,便於使用者可以直接目視統計出每次充電所使用的電量者。

為了使本創作之目的、技術方案及優點更加清楚明白,以下結合附圖及實施例,對本創作進一步詳細說明。應當理解,此處所描述的具體實施例僅僅用以解釋本創作,並不用於限定本創作。
請參閱第1圖所示,其係本創作之一種電動車的充電延長線,其係應用連接於家用電路和電動車充電槍20之間,包括:一延長線主體,該延長線主體包括:一與家用電路相連接之延長線插頭1,該延長線插頭1通過一第一延長線2連接有一電磁保護開關3,該電磁保護開關3用於對通過其中的電流量進行控制,當通過其中的電流過大時,電磁保護開關3將切斷電路,以對延長線主體進行保護;該電磁保護開關3的電流輸出端連接有一計量電錶4,該計量電錶4的電流輸出端通過一第二延長線5連接有一延長
線插座9,該延長線插座9用於與電動車充電槍20進行連接;本創作藉由設置該計量電錶4,使車主可以直接目視統計出每次充電所使用的電量。
繼而,本創作還包括:一電路連接器,該電路連接器包括:一進電端子6和一連接器插座7;該進電端子6與該家用電路中之電能表之電流輸出端相連接,該連接器插座7與該延長線主體中之延長線插頭1之間相互插接配合。由於電動車之充電電流較大時約25A,故現有家庭中的大多數插座都無法滿足其電流要求,故本創作配備有電路連接器,使其與家用電路的電能表的電流輸出端直接連接,延長線主體中的延長線插頭1與其連接器插座7對接後,即可進行充電,使用上十分方便。
再者,其中該延長線主體還包括:一保護箱8,該電磁保護開關3及該計量電錶4均安裝於該保護箱8內,且該保護箱8內還設有可容納該第一延長線2、第二延長線5的腔體81。該保護箱8能有效地對電磁保護開關3和計量電錶4進行保護,且其還可以對第一延長線2、第二延長線5進行收納,便於攜帶與存放。
繼而,該延長線插座9之外側設有絶緣保護套10,其能有效的避免觸電發生,使用更安全。

- 一種電動車的充電延長線,其係用於連接家用電路和電動車充電槍之間;包括:一延長線主體,該延長線主體包括:一與家用電路相連接之延長線插頭,該延長線插頭通過一第一延長線連接有一電磁保護開關,該電磁保護開關的電流輸出端連接有一計量電錶,該計量電錶的電流輸出端通過一第二延長線連接有一延長線插座,該延長線插座用於與電動車充電槍進行連接。
- 如請求項1所述之一種電動車的充電延長線,其中還包括:一電路連接器,該電路連接器包括:一進電端子和一連接器插座;該進電端子與該家用電路中之電能表之電流輸出端相連接,該連接器插座與該延長線主體中之延長線插頭之間相互插接配合。
- 如請求項1所述之一種電動車的充電延長線,其中該延長線主體還包括:一保護箱,該電磁保護開關及該計量電錶均安裝於該保護箱內,且該保護箱內還設有可容納該第一延長線、第二延長線的腔體。
- 如請求項1所述之一種電動車的充電延長線,其中該延長線插座之外側設有絶緣保護套。
