Description

耳塞
本創作係關於耳塞領域,尤其是一種同時具有易壓縮性和高結構穩固性之耳塞。
現今,耳機已成為人們聽音樂時不可或缺之物品,而耳機係大略分為耳罩式、耳道式和耳塞式,每一種耳機固定在耳朵之方式皆不相同,像是耳道式耳機係於耳機上另裝設有穿孔之耳塞,以使耳機能夠藉由穿孔之耳塞固定於人之耳道,同時達到傳輸聲音及隔絕外部聲音之功效。
請參閱第1圖,其係為習知技術之耳塞的示意圖。如圖所示,傳統之耳塞1係具有一中空管體11和一外罩體12,該中空管體11係含入音端及出音端,而該外罩體12係由該中空管體11之出音端頂端外側向後延設呈罩狀之彈性體。然而,此種耳塞1於實際使用時因應每個人耳道之孔徑不同,而必須要製作出不同大小之耳塞1以方便使用者進行使用,亦即於製作耳塞1時係透過調整該外罩體12之大小,才能因應耳道孔徑之大小,如此便會增加製造之成本,且使用者必須一個個嘗試才能知道什麼大小的耳塞1適合自己,十分不便。並且,由於傳統耳塞1皆由軟性材質一體成形而成,因此當使用時間一長或是使用次數到一定量時,該耳塞1便可能產生變形,尤其是無任何固定結構之該外罩體12部分,進而降低原先所擁有隔絕外部聲音之效果。
有鑑於此,本發明人感其未臻完善而竭其心智苦心研究,並憑其從事該項產業多年之累積經驗,進而提供一種耳塞,以期可以改善上述習知技術之缺失。
本創作之一目的,旨在提供一種耳塞,其能適合不同耳道之孔徑與形狀,還能具有足夠之結構穩固性而不輕易變形。
為達上述目的,本創作之耳塞,其係裝設於耳道式耳機上,包括:一固定部,其一端係供以塞入耳內且表面具有一第一孔洞,而另一端係向內延伸形成一凹槽,該凹槽係與該第一孔洞連通,且該凹槽對應該第一孔洞處具有一管體,其與該固定部係為一體成形,且該管體係自該固定部塞入耳內之一端向另一端延伸設置,該管體並供以與耳機之播音部位相連接,供以使聲音透過該管體傳至耳內;及一封閉部,其係設於該固定部具有該凹槽之一端,且與該管體相連接,而該封閉部與該管體連接處具有一第二孔洞,其係與該管體連通,該封閉部並將該凹槽封閉,而該凹槽內係充滿空氣,使該凹槽形成環狀之彈性回復空間。
其中,該固定部係為軟性材質製成,而該封閉部係由硬性材質製成,以加強該封閉部之結構穩固性,使與耳機之連接更穩固。
如此一來,本創作透過凹槽中和管體之相對位置所形成的彈性回復空間,使耳塞進入耳道後能因應封閉部封閉後存在該凹槽內之空氣,使耳塞壓縮後能迅速回復原本形狀,而將耳塞固定於耳道內,並且亦透過彈性回復空間使該固定部具有足夠之結構穩固性,而不易變形,便能使耳塞同時具有適合各種耳道孔徑形狀和結構穩固之優點。

請參閱第2圖至第4圖,其係為本創作較佳實施例之剖面圖、裝設示意圖和塞入耳道示意圖。如圖所示,本創作之耳塞2,其係裝設於耳道式耳機3上,包括:一固定部21及一封閉部22。該固定部21一端係供以塞入耳內且表面具有一第一孔洞211,而另一端係向內延伸形成一凹槽212,該凹槽212係與該第一孔洞211連通,且該凹槽212對應該第一孔洞211處具有一管體213,其與該固定部21係為一體成形,且該管體213係自該固定部21塞入耳內之一端向另一端延伸設置,該管體213並供以與耳機之播音部位相連接,供以使聲音透過該管體213傳至耳內。該封閉部22係設於該固定部21具有該凹槽212之一端,且與該管體213相連接,而該封閉部22與該管體213連接處具有一第二孔洞221,其係與該管體213連通,該封閉部22並將該凹槽212封閉,而該凹槽212內係充滿空氣,使該凹槽212形成環狀之彈性回復空間。
藉由該凹槽212被該封閉部22所封閉形成之彈性回復空 間,便能夠使該耳塞2被壓縮進入耳道內後,該固定部21因為彈性回復空間充滿空氣後產生之氣壓而能夠迅速回復原狀,而讓耳機3固定於耳道內,亦即彈性回復空間係達到類似氣囊之功效,不管使用者耳道是何種形狀或孔徑大小,彈性回復空間皆能透過氣壓之擴展力而符合各種不同之耳道,如第4圖所示。並且在本實施例中,該固定部21係為軟性材質製成,而該封閉部22係由硬性材質製成,便能透過硬質之該封閉部22以加強與耳機3之間的連接剛性,避免使用時間一長,該耳塞2與耳機3之連接處產生變形之情況。
並且,封閉後之該凹槽212由於充滿空氣,因此亦能達到使該固定部21之結構剛性增加的功效。並由於封閉之該凹槽212內的氣體不會減少之關係,因此無論按壓多少次,該固定部21皆會回復原狀,進而避免軟性之該固定部21因按壓多次而容易變形之缺點,而使該固定部21具有良好之結構剛性。
綜上所述,本創作能夠透過該封閉部22將該凹槽212封閉而使該凹槽212內之氣體無法逸出,以形成彈性回復空間,使該耳塞2能夠順利壓縮入耳,且無論使用者之耳道是何種孔徑大小或是形狀,該固定部21皆能利用彈性回復空間而穩固地固定於耳道內,而無須因尺寸不合而更換不同之該耳塞2。並且,透過該封閉部22之設置,使得該耳塞2與耳機3連接處具有足夠之結構剛性,避免使用時間一長而使該耳塞2與耳機3連接處產生變形,導致使用者於佩戴上會有不適之情況。
惟,以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,並非用以限定本創作實施之範圍;故在不脫離本創作之精神與範圍下所作之均等變 化與修飾,皆應涵蓋於本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種耳塞,其係裝設於耳道式耳機上,包括:一固定部,其一端係供以塞入耳內且表面具有一第一孔洞,而另一端係向內延伸形成一凹槽,該凹槽係與該第一孔洞連通,且該凹槽對應該第一孔洞處具有一管體,其與該固定部係為一體成形,且該管體係自該固定部塞入耳內之一端向另一端延伸設置,該管體並供以與耳機之播音部位相連接,供以使聲音透過該管體傳至耳內;及一封閉部,其係設於該固定部具有該凹槽之一端,且與該管體相連接,而該封閉部與該管體連接處具有一第二孔洞,其係與該管體連通,該封閉部並將該凹槽封閉,而該凹槽內係充滿空氣,使該凹槽形成環狀之彈性回復空間。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞,其中,該固定部係為軟性材質製成,而該封閉部係由硬性材質製成。
