Description

主動式無線射頻辨識裝置
本創作是有關於一種無線射頻辨識標籤的裝置,特別是有關於一種結合太陽能電池與無線射頻辨識標籤之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置。
近年來已常見有以非接觸方式傳輸無線訊號之識別裝置。此等裝置中,裝置本體與一外部讀取/寫入裝置交換資訊,達到資訊傳輸及辨識的效果。無線射頻辨識標籤(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)為一逐漸普遍應用於物流管理、商品管理、醫療管理等領域的一種新興之無線傳輸裝置。基於非接觸式及易於使用的特性,無線射頻辨識系統已逐漸取代習知接觸式的辨識系統,例如條碼掃描辨識系統。
所謂的無線射頻辨識標籤大致包括一無線射頻晶片及與其耦接之天線。透過天線得以使無線射頻晶片傳輸無線訊號至一外部讀取/寫入裝置並進行資料授受,藉此產生辨識效果。
無線射頻辨識標籤又可大致分成主動式及被動式。主動式可藉由一外部供電裝置(例如:電池)供電至無線射頻辨識標籤本身;而被動式則直接由外部讀取/寫入裝置傳輸之無線電波供電至無線射頻辨識標籤本身。
基於薄形化、便於使用之優點,目前最常見的,大多係採用被動式之無線射頻辨識標籤,然而,被動式無線射頻辨識標籤僅可進行短距離與短時間之訊號傳輸,若讀取/寫入裝置距離稍遠,訊號傳遞將變的非 常微弱,因此被動式無線射頻辨識標籤始終存在著傳輸距離不足之問題。此外,雖目前具有主動式無線射頻辨識標籤可取代被動式無線射頻辨識標籤來作為遠距訊號傳遞之裝置,但習知之主動式無線射頻辨識標籤所採用之電源裝置大多係為舊製程所製之一般電池,其不僅體積較大,亦必須耗費能源。緣此,開發一種兼顧傳輸距離、體積大小及節能的無線射頻辨識裝置實為必需。
有鑑於上述習知技藝之問題,本創作之目的就是在提供一種結合太陽能電池與無線射頻辨識標籤之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置。
根據本創作之目的,提出一種主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其包含:至少一太陽能電池,太陽能電池係包含:一基板;一第一導電層,係設置於基板上;一電子供給層,係設置於第一導電層上;一電子接收層,係設置於電子供給層上;及一第二導電層,係設置於電子接收層上;以及一無線射頻辨識標籤,係包含有無線射頻晶片及天線,無線射頻辨識標籤係設置於基板上,且無線射頻辨識標籤係透過一電信連接結構連接太陽能電池。
較佳地,太陽能電池更包含一電子供給接收混合層,係設置於電子供給層與電子接收層之間。
較佳地,此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更包含一結合層,係設置於第一導電層與基板間、及設置於無線射頻辨識標籤與基板間。
較佳地,此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更包含一第一保護層,係設置於太陽能電池與無線射頻辨識標籤上。
較佳地,此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更包含一第二保護層,係設置於基板接設有結合層之相對另一面。
較佳地,第一保護層更設有一缺口,缺口之位置係對應於無線射頻辨識標籤。
較佳地,此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更包含一封膠層,係設置於結合層與第一保護層之間,或是設置在第一保護層與第二保護層之間。
較佳地,基板舉例來說可為硬性或軟性之不透明基板。

請參閱第1圖及第2圖,其分別係為本創作之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置之第一實施例之第一示意圖及第二示意圖。本創作之主動式無 線射頻辨識裝置係整合無線射頻辨識標籤與太陽能電池,以透過太陽能電池提供電力予無線射頻辨識標籤,藉此可具備遠距離傳輸、體積縮減及綠能節電之功效。此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置係包含有太陽能電池10、無線射頻辨識標籤20及電信連接結構30,無線射頻辨識標籤20係透過該電信連接結構30連接太陽能電池10。
詳細地來說,太陽能電池10主要係包含有基板11、第一導電層12、電子供給層13、電子接收層14及第二導電層15,並可進一步包含電子供給接收混合層16。第一導電層12係設置於基板11上,電子供給層13係設置於第一導電層12上,電子接收層14係設置於電子供給層13上,第二導電層15係設置於電子接收層14上,而電子供給接收混合層16則可設置於電子供給層13與電子接收層14之間,其中,第一導電層12較佳可透過一結合層40設置於基板11上。無線射頻辨識標籤20係包含有無線射頻晶片及天線,無線射頻辨識標籤20係設置於基板11上並透過電信連接結構30連接太陽能電池10之第一導電層12,其中,無線射頻辨識標籤20較佳可透過結合層40設置於基板11上。較佳地,第一導電層12之部份經蝕刻可選擇性製成導電線路,或者,第一導電層12之部份經蝕刻可選擇性製成天線。
上述中,基板11舉例來說可為硬性或軟性之不透明基板或透明基板;若是採用透明基板,則可為透光塑料基板或透光玻璃基板,其製成材料可包含PET、PE、PMMA、PI、PA、PU或壓克力,而厚度可為10um至500um,但不以此為限。第一導電層12舉例來說可由有機材料、無機材料或以上二者組合所製成,有機材料可為PEDOT、奈米碳管或以上二者之組合,無機材料可為金屬或金屬氧化物,且第一導電層12之透光率可為70%至95%,而厚度可為100nm至10um,但不以此為限。第二導電層15及電信連接結構30可由銀膠導電塗料經網印而成,其形成之厚度可 在1um至50um之間,但不以此為限。結合層40舉例來說可由壓克力、環氧樹脂、二氧化矽或上述二種以上材料組合所製成,其厚度可為1um至5um,但不以此為限。
接續,請參閱第3圖至第5圖,第3圖係為為本創作之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置之第二實施例之示意圖,第4圖係為本創作之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置之第三實施例之示意圖,第5圖係為本創作之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置之第四實施例之示意圖。在第二實施例中,太陽能電池10之數量可為複數個,且此主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更包含有一第一保護層50及一封膠層60,該第一保護層50係設置於太陽能電池10與無線射頻辨識標籤20上,封膠層60係設置於結合層40與第一保護層50之間,透過該封膠層60可封裝太陽能電池10與無線射頻辨識標籤20於結合層40與第一保護層50間。相較於第二實施例,第三實施例之第一保護層50更設有一缺口51,該缺口51之位置係對應於無線射頻辨識標籤20,透過該缺口51可容置無線射頻辨識標籤20。相較於第三實施例,第四實施例之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置更進一包含有一第二保護層70,該第二保護層70係設置於基板11接設有結合層40之相對另一面,而封膠層60則是設置在第一保護層50與第二保護層70之間,以使無線射頻辨識標籤20得以被封裝在第一保護層50與第二保護層70間。較佳地,第一保護層50及第二保護層70舉例來說可由透明塑料或玻璃所製,其厚度可為50um至500um,但不以此為限。
綜上所述,本創作之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置係將無線射頻辨識標籤與太陽能電池進行整合,藉此,透過微型化製程形成之太陽能電池可使整體體積變小,同時亦具有主動發送訊號之功能,以可進行遠距離及長時間訊號傳輸,並且,利用太陽能電池可將光能轉換成電能以提供至無線射頻辨識標籤,進而可達到節能之目的。
綜觀上述,可見本創作在突破先前之技術下,確實已達到所欲增進之功效,且也非熟悉該項技藝者所易於思及,再者,本創作申請前未曾公開,且其所具之進步性、實用性,顯已符合專利之申請要件,爰依法提出專利申請,懇請 貴局核准本件創作專利申請案,以勵創作,至感德便。
以上所述之實施例僅係為說明本創作之技術思想及特點,其目的在使熟習此項技藝之人士能夠瞭解本創作之內容並據以實施,當不能以之限定本創作之專利範圍,即大凡依本創作所揭示之精神所作之均等變化或修飾,仍應涵蓋在本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (24)

  1. 一種主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其包含:至少一太陽能電池(10),該太陽能電池(10)係包含:一基板(11);一第一導電層(12),係設置於該基板(11)上;一電子供給層(13),係設置於該第一導電層(12)上;一電子接收層(14),係設置於該電子供給層(13)上;及一第二導電層(15),係設置於該電子接收層(14)上;以及一無線射頻辨識標籤(20),係包含有無線射頻晶片及天線,該無線射頻辨識標籤(20)係設置於該基板(11)上,且該無線射頻辨識標籤(20)係透過一電信連接結構(30)連接該太陽能電池(10)。
  2. 如請求項1所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其中該太陽能電池(10)更包含一電子供給接收混合層(16),係設置於該電子供給層(13)與該電子接收層(14)之間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其更包含一結合層(40),係設置於該第一導電層(12)與該基板(11)間、及設置於該無線射頻辨識標籤(20)與該基板(11)間。
  4. 如請求項3所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其更包含一第一保護層(50),係設置於該太陽能電池(10)與該無線射頻辨識標籤(20)上。
  5. 如請求項4所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其更包含一第二保護層(70),係設置於該基板(11)接設有該結合層(40)之相對另一面。
  6. 如請求項4所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其中該第一保護層(50)更設有一缺口(51),該缺口(51)之位置係對應於該無線射頻辨識標籤(20)。
  7. 如請求項5所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其更包含一封膠層(60),係設置於該結合層(40)與該第一保護層(50)之間,或是設置在該第一保護層(50)與該第二保護層(70)之間。
  8. 如請求項1所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其中該基板(11)係為硬性或軟性之不透明基板。
  9. 如請求項1所述之主動式無線射頻辨識裝置,其中該基板(11)係為硬性或軟性之透明基板。
