  欲對電鍋之內膽進行加熱以烹煮食材時,透過對罩部15內的電熱件2進行供電而使其開始加熱,所產生的熱在加熱盤1上會由第二面12往第一面11的方向傳導,當熱傳導到第一面11時,會經由各凸部14傳遞至端部141,並因端部141接觸結合面41而可將熱傳遞至導熱板4,即可透過導熱4導熱至內膽3的底部,而達到加熱的效果。
  由上述之說明不難發現本創作之優點在於,粗糙部13上之所有凸部14是均勻地以隆起之端部141接觸在結合面41,故電熱件2所產生的熱,在經複數凸部14之端部141而傳導至導熱板4時,能夠均勻地將熱傳導至所接觸的結合面41,使導熱板4整體能均勻受熱,而導熱板4所貼設之內膽3的底部也因此能均勻的導熱,以獲得均勻加熱的功效。
  當然,本創作仍存在許多例子,其間僅細節上之變化。請參閱第5圖,其係本創作之第二實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異,在於複數凸部14A皆呈直線狀而排列在第一面11。雖本實施例之凸部14A和第一實施例之凸部14在型態上有著不同之處,惟皆能讓內膽3的底部獲得均勻加熱,以達到與第一實施例相同的功效。
  再請參閱第6圖,其係本創作之第三實施例,其與第一、二實施例之主要差異,在於複數凸部14B皆呈點狀,且在第一面11所佔的面積上平均分布。雖本實施例之凸部14B和第一、二實施例之凸部14、14A在型態上有著不同之處,但仍可讓內膽3的底部獲得均勻加熱,以達到與第一、二實施例相同的功效。
