Description
本創作係指一種框架模組,尤指一種透過鉚接方式或鉚接加上金屬熔接方式來固定連接器的框架模組。
纜線數據機及纜線電視機上盒等纜線類產品內皆設置有射頻(radio-frequency,RF)連接器,簡稱F-連接器,其功能主要是連接纜線與數據機及電視機上盒,以傳遞射頻訊號。此外,考量美觀因素、使用者的操作舒適度及符合不同的居家與工作環境,許多電子裝置的外型趨向一體化與流線型設計,因此F-連接器的設計也需更加彈性化。
為確保通訊品質,纜線類產品的抗干擾能力亦被重視。再者,F-連接器的穩固性將影響射頻訊號的傳遞,在F-連接器沒有固定好的情況下,會使F-連接器與纜線接觸不良,進而導致通訊品質不佳。
因此,如何將F-連接器穩定固定於纜線類產品上並確保通訊品質,實為業界的重要課題之一。
因此,本創作的主要目的即在於提供一種框架模組,用來將連接器固定於電子裝置上以確保通訊品質。
本創作揭露一種框架模組,用於一電子裝置。該框架模組包含有複數個直立支架及一屏蔽元件。該複數個直立支架的二者之間形成有一連接器,且該連接器用來傳遞一射頻訊號。該屏蔽元件用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該複數個直立支架上,其中該屏蔽元件中形成有一第一開孔,該第一開孔用來在該屏蔽元件接合固定於該複數個直立支架後,使該連接器嵌入該第一開孔中,以固定該連接器。
第1圖為本創作實施例一框架模組1的第一方向(即Y方向的反方向)等角視圖。框架模組1可用於一纜線數據機及纜線電視機上盒等纜線類產品,其為一鏤空支架,可用來結合各種功能性組裝元件或模組。框架模組1包含平行Z方向延伸的複數個直立支架10及一連接器11。直立支架10的二者之間形成有連接器11。在本創作實施例中,連接器11可為一F-連接器,用來連接纜線與數據機及電視機上盒。連接器11可透過一體成形方式或金屬熔接方式而接合固定於直立支架10上。
第2圖為本創作實施例另一框架模組2的第一方向等角視圖。框架模組2包含複數個直立支架10、連接器11及一屏蔽元件20。屏蔽元件20用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於直立支架10上。具體而言,可先於直立支架10及屏蔽元件20中形成複數個橋接點200,將鉚釘插入橋接點200後,即可將直立支架10及屏蔽元件20相互接合固定。鉚釘的長度需大於直立支架10加上屏蔽元件20的厚度,因此在直立支架10及屏蔽元件20相互接合後,可將鉚釘尾部多出部分捶平來覆蓋橋接點200,或是將鉚釘尾部多出部分熔接於直立支架10(或屏蔽元件20)上,以將直立支架10及屏蔽元件20相互接合固定。在另一實施例中,在屏蔽元件20透過鉚接方式而接合固定於直立支架10後,可透過金屬熔接或焊接將二者接合固定,以提升二者的接合穩固性。
屏蔽元件20中形成有一開孔H1,開孔H1用來在屏蔽元件20接合固定於直立支架10後,使連接器11嵌入H1開孔中,以固定連接器11。在安裝過程中,纜線類產品在組裝纜線時,將纜線接頭鎖入連接器11時所產生的外力可能會導致連接器11旋轉而偏移,使得連接器11與纜線接觸不良。因此,將連接器11嵌入H1開孔內,可有效防止連接器11受外力而旋轉,以確保連接器11的穩固性。此外,屏蔽元件20的材質可選擇為具堅固韌性的金屬材質,以具備屏蔽雜訊功能,如此可降低纜線所傳遞的射頻訊號受雜訊干擾的程度,以確保收訊品質。
第3圖為本創作實施例框架模組2的第二方向(即Y方向)等角視圖。框架模組2另包含一轉接器22,用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於連接器11及屏蔽元件20。轉接器22包含一轉接頭221及一蓋板222。轉接頭221耦接於連接器11,用來從連接器11接收射頻訊號。蓋板222用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於屏蔽元件20上。具體而言,可先於蓋板222及屏蔽元件20中形成複數個橋接點220,將鉚釘插入橋接點220後,即可將蓋板222及屏蔽元件20相互接合固定。在另一實施例中,在蓋板222透過鉚接方式而接合固定於屏蔽元件20後,可透過金屬熔接或焊接將二者接合固定,以提升二者的接合穩固性。
蓋板222中形成有一開孔H2,開孔H2用來在蓋板222接合固定於屏蔽元件20後,使轉接頭221嵌入H2開孔中,以固定轉接頭221。在安裝過程中,將轉接頭221嵌入H2開孔內有助於轉接頭221與連接器11的對位,避免纜線接觸不良,因此可提升安裝便利性。此外,蓋板222的材質可選擇為具堅固韌性的金屬材質或非金屬材質,若選擇金屬材質,則可使蓋板222具備屏蔽雜訊功能,如此可降低纜線所傳遞的射頻訊號受雜訊干擾的程度,以確保收訊品質。
綜上所述,本創作透過鉚接方式或鉚接加上金屬熔接(焊接)方式,將連接器及轉接器固定於框架模組中,以確保連接器及轉接器的穩固性,進而確保通訊品質。

Claims (9)
- 一種框架模組,用於一電子裝置,包含有: 複數個直立支架,該複數個直立支架的二者之間形成有一連接器,該連接器用來傳遞一射頻訊號;以及 一屏蔽元件,用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該複數個直立支架上; 其中該屏蔽元件中形成有一第一開孔,該第一開孔用來在該屏蔽元件接合固定於該複數個直立支架後,使該連接器嵌入該第一開孔中,以固定該連接器。
- 如請求項1所述的框架模組,其中該連接器透過一體成形方式或金屬熔接方式而接合固定於該複數個直立支架上。
- 如請求項1所述的框架模組,其另包含一屏蔽元件,用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該複數個直立支架上。
- 如請求項3所述的框架模組,其中在該屏蔽元件透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該複數個直立支架後,該屏蔽元件透過金屬熔接或焊接而接合固定該複數個直立支架。
- 如請求項1所述的框架模組,其另包含一轉接器,用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該連接器及該屏蔽元件。
- 如請求項5所述的框架模組,其中在該轉接器透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該連接器及該屏蔽元件後,該轉接器透過金屬熔接或焊接而接合固定該連接器及該屏蔽元件。
- 如請求項5所述的框架模組,其中該轉接器包含: 一轉接頭,耦接於該連接器,用來從該連接器接收該射頻訊號;以及 一蓋板,用來透過鉚接方式而接合固定於該屏蔽元件上; 其中該蓋板中形成有一第二開孔,該第二開孔用來在該蓋板接合固定於該屏蔽元件後,使該轉接頭嵌入該第二開孔中,以固定該轉接頭。
- 如請求項1所述的框架模組,其中該連接器為一F-連接器。
- 如請求項1所述的框架模組,其中該電子裝置為一纜線數據機或一纜線電視機上盒。
