Description

磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾 【0001】
  本創作係一種涉及於窗簾的技術領域,尤指針對磁吸式無拉繩窗簾來改良其結構。
【0002】
  按由窗簾根據各項功能需求已衍生出多種型態,本創作之申請人曾申請並核准M240963號「簾體無拉繩結構(一)」新型專利案<下稱:引證前案>,其亦核准美國專利,專利號為US7150304號。引證前案主要係在簾體上等距地固設若干磁吸元件,藉以簾體於收合時,可將簾體最下端之磁吸元件逐次往上對折與上方之磁吸元件相互疊置吸附定位至所欲收合之位置,且於展開時,僅需將簾體之最下側往下輕拉,即可令磁吸元件脫離吸附而使簾體自然下垂呈展開狀。

  引證前案的磁吸式簾體構造,獲得操作容易、定位明確的優點,惟其中仍有需待改善之處。由於磁吸元件等距橫向排列,並以熱熔或縫結方式,等距地固結於簾體之外表面,用以包覆於簾體之內部者,惟,各磁吸元件為塊狀者,則需一塊一塊地放在簾體設定位置的中空孔內,由於磁吸元件呈分散,所以磁吸元件容易走位、分散的不定性,缺乏定位性。

  再者,操作上雖然可以運用推桿之類的元件,推抵簾體一節一節的磁吸元件逐步重疊或拆卸,但是該種推桿卻是獨立元件,與窗簾無連結性,故而容易遺失以致較難操作,尤其收合高度愈到頂層就愈困難。

  本創作者鑑於前述的問題,進而用心研究開發,因此本創作主要目的係在提供一種磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其主要係磁吸式結構可以正確、快速、不易脫落地組合於簾體,並且在簾體直接連結一收合制動桿,以利隨時視需要來對簾體收合、展開。

  為了可達到前述的目的,本創作所運用的技術手段係在於提供一種磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其係一簾體包含一簾布以及數等距地連結於該簾布之磁吸單元,該簾布具有一下端與一上端,其特徵在於:

  該磁吸單元包含一導磁盒、數磁鐵、一外飾布條;其中該導磁盒係為金屬長盒狀,其內部形成一呈開口的容槽,該容槽一側為封閉狀之吸附壁,該容槽周圍是一擋緣,供數該磁鐵容置於該容槽內,該磁鐵係磁吸定位於該吸附壁,該外飾布條固結於該簾布,以於該外飾布條與該簾布之間形成一道容置該導磁盒之管孔;以及

  於該簾布該下端之該磁吸單元件外側設置一收合制動桿,該收合制動桿包含一基座、一操作桿,該基座係固定於該磁吸單元之該導磁盒位置,該基座底側設有一凹槽,而該操作桿一端設有一固定端,供該固定端與該凹槽凹凸配合並且設為固定狀,供該操作桿帶動該簾布往上移動,讓該磁吸單元逐步吸附上一個該磁吸單元重疊吸附,定位該簾布的收合高度。

  因此依據本創作的技術手段,本創作可以獲得的功效簡要說明如下所列:

  1.本創作之磁吸單元不同於以往的結構,係透過一周側有擋緣的導磁盒,其內面的吸附壁,供磁鐵吸附定位,由於數個磁鐵有效先行定位,配合擋緣的擋止避免掉落,所以磁吸單元透過導磁盒來整合各磁鐵,因此能一起組裝於簾體的管孔中,確保組裝作業快速、方便、正確。

  2.本創作之磁吸單元,透過導磁盒之吸附壁朝外,確保了磁鐵吸附在此位置,還能保有相當的磁性,以利簾布收合時,層層吸附的定位效果十分足夠。

  3.本創作另在簾布下端的磁吸單元安裝一收合制動桿,該收合制動桿係連結在簾布,非獨立於簾布的個別元件,因此如需要收合簾體,隨時就可使用,藉收合制動桿來帶動簾布往上收合或往下展開,完全不必擔心存放收納、不慎遺失的問題,相當實用。

  本創作係一種磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,如第一圖所示,基本上,其係一簾體(10)設置於一上樑(40)之下側,簾體(10)包含一簾布(11)以及數個組合於簾布(11)之磁吸單元(20),該簾布(11)具有下端(11)與上端(12),下端(11)設有一收合制動桿(30)。

  請再參看第二、三、四圖所示,其中該磁吸單元(20)係包含一導磁盒(21)、數磁鐵(24)、一外飾布條(25);其中該導磁盒(21)係為金屬長盒狀,其長度恰為簾布(11)之寬度,內部形成一呈開放的容槽(22),容槽(22)不同於開放處之一側為封閉狀之吸附壁(221),容槽(22)周圍是呈一環面的擋緣(23),用以該磁鐵(24)容置於該容槽(22)內,而使磁鐵(24)磁吸於該吸附壁(221)上定位,該外飾布條(25)為長形布條,可與簾布(11)同布料、同花色,其長度足可容許簾體(10)之寬度,高度則稍大於導磁盒(21)的高度,該外飾布條(25)較導磁盒(21)多出的高度,以熱熔或縫合方式,固結於簾布(11),故在外飾布條(25)與簾布(11)之間形成一道管孔(251);

  藉以該磁吸單元(20)利用導磁盒(21)預先讓數個磁鐵(24)等距地磁吸並安置於該容槽(22)的吸附壁(221),由於擋緣(23)在四周圍,所以磁鐵(24)不會輕易走位或遺失脫落,便能將整個磁吸單元(20)在簾布(11)等距的設定位置,令導磁盒(21)開口朝簾布(11),吸附壁(221)朝外的狀態,沿該管孔(251)插放進去,讓外飾布條(25)覆蓋於吸附壁(221)外側面,以完全包覆磁吸單元(20)之導磁盒(21),如第四、五圖所示;

  本創作為使簾布(11)收合操作快速,所以如第二、三圖所示,於簾布(11)下端(13)的一磁吸單元(20)位置,在避開磁鐵(24)之處,設置一收合制動桿(30),該收合制動桿(30)結構如第三、六、七圖所示,收合制動桿(30)包含一基座(31)、一操作桿(35),該基座(31)係在朝下一端通體剖設一凹槽(32),凹槽(32)一側為前側(33),另一側為後側(331),而該操作桿(35)一端為扁平狀,而適可凹凸配合於凹槽(32)內之固定端(351);藉以該基座(31)之後側(331)背靠於簾布(11)的磁吸單元(20)位置的外飾布條(25),在避開磁鐵(24)之處,配合螺栓朝後側(331)鎖穿通過導磁盒(21),以固定於簾布(11)上,而操作桿(35)之固定端(351)進入凹槽(32),配合鉚釘鉚固於前側(33)中,使操作桿(35)結合基座(31),並因此一起組合於簾布(11),操作桿(35)的長度不會超過簾布(11)之下端(13),以保持美觀。

  因此使用時,如第八、九、十圖所示,由於基座(31)固定於簾布(11),故能以手拉起操作桿(35),藉基座(31)帶動簾布(11)下端(13),往上端(12)方向提起簾布(11)來收合,令下端(13)的磁吸單元(20)逐次往上對折,藉以逐層與位於其上方之磁吸單元(20)相互疊置,藉由磁吸單元(20)彼此的磁鐵(24)透過吸附壁(221)來磁性吸附,直到所欲收合的高度,而停止操作桿(35)之上提動作即可,反之,如果要展開簾布(11),只要反向操作收合制動桿(30),藉其將簾布(11)逐步往下移動,利用移動力量,來克服並藉以脫離各層疊置的磁吸單元(20)彼此的吸附力,即可瞬間放鬆而卸下簾布(11)。由於設置有收合制動桿(30),提供調整簾布(11)的收合、展開的操作流程,顯得相當方便。

  此外,本創作適用於門簾式的結構型態,作用效果亦非常顯著。如第五、十一、十二圖所示,上樑(40)可於底側分設四條軌道(41),各搭配一簾體(10),各簾體(10)在上端(12)固定一連座(14),各連座(14)鉤合一輪座(15),以於輪座(15)上樞設一滑輪組(16),利用滑輪組(16)進入軌道(41)內滑動,使各簾體(10)沿各軌道(41)滑動,由於各簾體(10)係左右相隔,所以一簾體(10)移動至另一簾體(101)邊際,就會拉動該另一簾體(101)滑動,如此逐步橫向收合或橫向展開各簾體(10),該簾體(10)同樣係安裝本創作之磁吸單元(20)、收合制動桿(30)結構。

Claims (4)

  1. 【第1項】
    一種磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其係一簾體包含一簾布以及數等距地連結於該簾布之磁吸單元,該簾布具有一下端與一上端,其特徵在於:
    該磁吸單元包含一導磁盒、數磁鐵、一外飾布條;其中該導磁盒係為金屬長盒狀,其內部形成一呈開口的容槽,該容槽一側為封閉狀之吸附壁,該容槽周圍是一擋緣,供數該磁鐵容置於該容槽內,該磁鐵係磁吸定位於該吸附壁,該外飾布條固結於該簾布,以於該外飾布條與該簾布之間形成一道容置該導磁盒之管孔;以及
    於該簾布該下端之該磁吸單元件外側設置一收合制動桿,該收合制動桿包含一基座、一操作桿,該基座係固定於該磁吸單元之該導磁盒位置,該基座底側設有一凹槽,而該操作桿一端設有一固定端,供該固定端與該凹槽凹凸配合並且設為固定狀,供該操作桿帶動該簾布往上移動,讓該磁吸單元逐步吸附上一個該磁吸單元重疊吸附,定位該簾布的收合高度。
  2. 【第2項】
    如請求項1所述之磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其中,該收合制動桿之該基座係在朝下一端通體剖設該凹槽,該凹槽一側為前側,另一側為後側,該操作桿之該固定端為扁平狀,供該基座之後側背靠該磁吸單元之該外飾布條,於避開該磁鐵處,以螺栓朝該後側鎖穿通過該導磁盒,固定於該簾布,該固定端係鉚設於該凹槽。
  3. 【第3項】
    如請求項2所述之磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其中,該收合制動桿之該操作桿的長度,不會超過該簾布之該下端。
  4. 【第4項】
    如請求項1所述之磁吸式之無拉繩窗簾,其中,該簾體之該上端連接於一上樑,該上樑於底側分設數條軌道,而可各供該簾體安置,該簾體於其該上端固定一連座,該連座鉤合於一輪座,該輪座樞設一滑輪組,藉以該滑輪組滑設於該軌道內。
