Description

具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構
本創作涉及一種具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，尤指一種應用無繩窗簾結構之所屬技術領域者。
按，目前習知之窗簾結構其係於窗簾之上樑體中設置控制組件，該空制組件透過拉繩體進行控制，以進行窗簾之升降調整，然經由拉繩控制之窗簾於家庭中使用存在易造成孩童玩耍時勒頸之危安因子，故申請人改良克服了該問題提出了美國專利US7150304之申請，藉由上橫樑、窗簾體和多個磁鐵元件構成，窗簾體與上橫樑底面連接，而窗簾體間隔設有數折疊板，而數磁鐵元件等距分佈設於折疊板上，當窗簾體欲上升時，將下方之折疊板所設鐵元件與上方折疊板所設鐵元件相互磁吸，而窗簾體形成折疊狀態，以磁吸結構取代上樑體中設置控制組件並以拉繩控制之結構。
本創作有鑑於窗簾結構使用上存在危安因素，申請人改良先前申 請之案件，乃完成本創作之具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，其 係包括一透光背側簾體、一透光連動簾體及一前簾組所構成，該透光背側簾體上方固設有一上樑，而透光背側簾體之左、右二側相對間隔排列設有數第一結合部，該第一結合部係為魔鬼氈，而透光連動簾體由頂側至底側間隔排列設有數第二結合部，該第二結合部係為魔鬼氈，另前簾組設有數簾體、數第一磁吸體及數第二磁吸體，該簾體設有一前側面及一背側面，而背側面之上緣二側分設有一第三結合部，且前側面底緣向背側面反折並以熱壓或縫合結合固定設有一橫向穿制部，該橫向穿制部內穿制設有一穿制橫桿，而橫向穿制部外側中央位置設有一第四結合部，該第三結合部及第四結合部係為魔鬼氈，且數第一磁吸體分別間隔設於簾體之橫向穿制部中，而數第二磁吸體分別間隔設於簾體之背側面上段位置，其透光連動簾體之數第二結合部，係與前簾組之簾體所設第四結合部相互結合，而數簾體所設數第三結合部，再與透光背側簾體所設第一結合部相互結合，藉由將前簾組之數簾體分別向後反折，使簾體之數第一磁吸體與第二磁吸體相互吸附，而反折之數簾體相對於透光背側簾體及透光連動簾體呈現開啟之透光狀態，當數簾體呈未反折狀態時，則遮蔽透光背側簾體及透光連動簾體呈現未開啟之遮光狀態，有效簡化整體構成結構，且無需使用拉繩進行控制，防止危安問題之產生，以達使用便利性及安全性佳之功效。
為使　貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構，特徵及其他目的，玆以如后之較佳實施例附以圖式詳細說明如后，惟本圖例所說明之實施例係供說明之用，並非為專利申請上之唯一限制者。
請配合參閱圖1至5所示，係本創作具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構之立體組合狀態、立體局部分解狀態、前簾組之簾體立體分解狀態、前簾組之簾體立體前、後視狀態及透光連動簾體與前簾組之簾體結合後視狀態示意圖，其係包括：
一透光背側簾體10，該透光背側簾體10上方固設有一上樑11，而透光背側簾體10之左、右二側相對間隔排列設有數第一結合部12，該第一結合部12係為魔鬼氈；
一透光連動簾體20，該透光連動簾體20由頂側至底側間隔排列設有數第二結合部21，該第二結合部21係為魔鬼氈；以及
一前簾組30，該前簾組30設有數簾體31、數第一磁吸體32及數第二磁吸體33，該簾體31設有一前側面310及一背側面311，而背側面311之上緣二側分設有一第三結合部312，且簾體31之底緣設有一橫向穿制部310A，該橫向穿制部310A係由前側面310底緣向背側面311反折並以熱壓或縫合結合固定形成，該橫向穿制部310A內穿制設有一穿制橫桿310B，而橫向穿制部310A外側中央位置設有一第四結合部313，該第三結合部312及第四結合部313係為魔鬼氈，且數第一磁吸體32分別間隔設於簾體31之橫向穿制部310A中，而數第二磁吸體33分別間隔設於簾體31之背側面311上段位置，其數第四結合部313係分別與透光連動簾體20之數第二結合部21相互結合，而數第三結合部312再分別與透光背側簾體10所設數第一結合部12相互結合；
藉由上述結構之配合以完成本創作之具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構。
請配合參閱圖1至8所示，係本創作具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構之立體組合狀態、立體局部分解狀態、前簾組之簾體立體分解狀態、前簾組之簾體立體前、後視狀態、透光連動簾體與前簾組之簾體結合後視狀態、簾體相對於透光背側簾體及透光連動簾體呈現開啟之透光作動狀態、前簾組之簾體相對於透光連動簾體反折作動狀態及前簾組之簾體相對於透光連動簾體反折並與透光背側簾體分解狀態示意圖，其透光連動簾體20之數第二結合部21，係與前簾組30之簾體31所設第四結合部313相互結合，而數簾體31所設數第三結合部312，再與透光背側簾體10所設第一結合部12相互結合，藉由將前簾組30之數簾體31分別向後反折，使簾體31之數第一磁吸體32與第二磁吸體33相互吸附，而反折之數簾體31相對於透光背側簾體10及透光連動簾體20呈現開啟之透光狀態，當數簾體31呈未反折狀態時，則遮蔽透光背側簾體10及透光連動簾體20呈現未開啟之遮光狀態，有效簡化整體構成結構，且無需使用拉繩進行控制，防止危安問題之產生，以達使用便利性及安全性佳之功效。
綜上所述，本創作確實可達到上述諸項功能及目的，故本創作應符合專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，其係包括： 　　一透光背側簾體，該透光背側簾體上方固設有一上樑，而透光背側簾體之左、右二側相對間隔排列設有數第一結合部； 　　一透光連動簾體，該透光連動簾體由頂側至底側間隔排列設有數第二結合部；以及 　　一前簾組，該前簾組設有數簾體、數第一磁吸體及數第二磁吸體，該簾體設有一前側面及一背側面，而背側面之上緣二側分設有一第三結合部，且簾體底緣設有一橫向穿制部，該橫向穿制部內穿制設有一穿制橫桿，而橫向穿制部外側中央位置設有一第四結合部，且數第一磁吸體分別間隔設於簾體之橫向穿制部中，而數第二磁吸體分別間隔設於簾體之背側面上段位置，其數簾體之第四結合部係分別與透光連動簾體之數第二結合部相互結合，而數第三結合部再分別與透光背側簾體所設數第一結合部相互結合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，其中，該透光背側簾體、透光連動簾體及前簾組所設第一、二、三、四結合部係為魔鬼氈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，其中，該前簾組之數簾體底緣所設橫向穿制部，係由簾體前側面底緣向背側面反折並以熱壓結合固定。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具磁吸元件之簾體連動結構，其中，該前簾組之數簾體底緣所設橫向穿制部，係由簾體前側面底緣向背側面反折並以縫合結合固定。
