電連接器
本創作涉及一種電連接器,尤其涉及一種電性連接晶片模組至印刷電路板之電連接器。
台灣專利公告第M328680號揭示了一種電連接器,用以電性連接晶片模組至印刷電路板,其包括收容有複數導電端子之絕緣本體及定位絕緣本體至電路板之定位柱,又絕緣本體上設有定位孔,所述定位孔內設有向定位孔內延伸之彈性片。惟,導電端子之間距越來越小,定位孔也越來越小,且向定位孔內延伸之彈性片所圍成之挾持空間較大,不能適應小尺寸之定位柱之發展趨勢;由於彈性片所圍成之挾持空間較大,彈性片較短,並不能達到很好之挾持效果;定位柱之尺寸越大,其所需之插入力及保持力越大,絕緣本體所受之外力也越大,進而影響使用壽命。
鑒於此,確有必要提供一種改進之電連接器,以克服先前技術存在之缺陷。
本創作之目係提供一種具有較小插入力且向定位孔內延伸之彈性片具有較佳彈性之電連接器。
本創作之電連接器可藉以下技術方案實現:一種電連接器,用於電性連接具有定位柱之晶片模組與電路板,所述電連接器包括:絕緣本體,具有相對設置之上表面與下表面、貫穿上表面與下表面之複數端子孔及設於角落至少一對之定位孔;複數導電端子,收容於所述端子孔內;所述定位孔內設有自上表面向下彎折且向定位孔內延伸之複數彈性片,所述彈性片之自由末端呈凹弧面設置且所述彈性片為直線段設置,該等彈性片之自由末端圍組設成一圓環狀,且圓環狀之內徑小於定位孔之內徑。
相較於先前技術,本創作電連接器之彈性片之自由末端圍設形成之圓環內徑較小,且能適應晶片模組之定位柱尺寸變小之趨勢,因圓環內徑較小,所對應之定位柱尺寸較小,絕緣本體所受之插入力也較小,定位孔所受之壓強增大,可防止因壓力過大而造成絕緣本體之損壞;因彈性片之自由末端圍設形成之圓環內徑較小,故,彈性片向定位孔內延伸之長度變長,具有較佳之彈性,以更好之挾持定位柱。

請參閱第一圖至第二圖所示,本創作電連接器,用以電性連接具有定位柱10之晶片模組1至電路板(未圖示),包括絕緣本體2及收容於絕緣本體2內之導電端子(未圖示),絕緣本體2具有相對設置之上表面20與下表面21、貫穿上表面20與下表面21之複數端子孔22及設於角落之複數定位孔23,導電端子收容於端子孔22內。
請參閱第三圖至第四圖所示,絕緣本體2之定位孔23內設有自上表面20向下彎折且向定位孔23內延伸之複數彈性片230,所述彈性片230之自由末端2300呈凹弧面設置,該等彈性片230之自由末端2300圍設呈一圓環狀,圓環狀之內徑d1小於定位孔23之內徑。所述圓環之內徑d1為0.28mm。彈性片230之自由末端2300設有導引部2301,以引導定位柱10定位至定位孔23內。彈性片230於定位孔23內為平均式分佈設計,且為三等分設置。該等彈性片230之間呈間隔設置,所述相鄰之彈性片230之間具有間隙231。所述間隙231不僅可使彈性片230保持較佳之彈性且使得彈性片230之自由末端2300圍設之圓環具有較好之挾持力。定位孔23內於彈性片230之下方被掏空,以使彈性片230具有較佳之彈性力。彈性片230為直線段設置,彈性片230與上表面20之間有一夾角a,呈一銳角設置,於本實施例中約為34度,以供定位柱3更好之插入定位孔23中。彈性片230之厚度w為0.2mm,以使彈性片230達到較佳之彈性。彈性片230於一平面內彎折延伸,無需經過任何彎折。
本創作之電連接器向定位孔23內延伸之彈性片230圍設形成之圓環內徑d1為0.28mm,其可適應晶片模組1之定位柱10尺寸變小之趨勢,且在定位柱10插入定位孔23時,具有較大之壓強,並需較小之插入力,進而可減小因過大之插入力造成的定位柱10及絕緣本體2之損壞。彈性片230之延伸長度相對較大,且彈性片230之厚度w也極其薄,僅為0.2mm,增大了彈性效果,定位柱10之內徑d2為0.35mm,當定位柱10插入定位孔23時,彈性片230發生彈性變形,且因彈性片230自身之彈性,進而更好之將定位柱10挾持。
綜上所述,本創作符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本創作之較佳實施例,本創作之範圍並不以上述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本創作之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,用於電性連接具有定位柱之晶片模組與電路板,所述電連接器包括:
    絕緣本體,具有相對設置之上表面與下表面、貫穿上表面與下表面之複數端子孔及設於角落之至少一對之定位孔;
    複數導電端子,收容於所述端子孔內;
    其中,所述定位孔內設有自上表面傾斜向下彎折且向定位孔內延伸之複數彈性片,所述彈性片之自由末端呈凹弧面設置,且所述彈性片為直線段設置,該等彈性片之自由末端圍組設成一圓環狀,且圓環狀之內徑小於定位孔之內徑。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片於定位孔內為平均式分佈設計。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片之間呈間隔設置,所述相鄰之彈性片之間具有間隙。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片於定位孔內呈三等分設置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片與上表面之間呈一銳角設置。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片與上表面之間的角度為34度。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片之厚度為0.2mm。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述彈性片之自由末端設有以引導定位柱之導引部。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述定位孔內於彈性片之下方呈掏空設置。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述圓環之內徑為0.28mm。
