一种电连接器组合,包括第一连接器及第二连接器;所述第一连接器包括第一平板部及第一端子,所述第二连接器包括第二平板部及第二端子;所述第一平板部具有第一长侧边与第二长侧边,所述第一长侧边设有第一对准部,所述第二长侧边设有第二对准部,所述第一对准部与第二对准部为非对称结构;所述第二平板部具有与第一对准部紧密配合的第三对准部以及与第二对准部紧密配合的第四对准部,使得第一、第二连接器仅能以预定方式对接配合。当第一、第二连接器相配接时,第一、第二对准部与对应的第三、第四对准部相配接,如此设置具有防呆作用,防止第一、第二连接器反插。

电连接器组合
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组合,尤其涉及一种具有防呆作用的电连接器组合。
【背景技术】
在连接器组合中,插头连接器与其相配合的插座连接器插接后才能实现信号和/或电流的传输,在连接器的各种应用领域内,随着信号传输速率的提高,插头连接器与插座连接器配合时的稳定性要求随之增加,对于连接器组合对接的要求也越来严格,现有技术中的插头连接器与插座连接器对接时常常会出现反插现象,从而导致破坏了插头连接器或者插座连接器,缩短了插头连接器或者插座连接器的使用寿命。
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器组合,以克服上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有防呆作用的电连接器组合。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器组合,包括互配的第一连接器及第二连接器;所述第一连接器包括纵长的第一平板部及阵列排布在所述第一平板部的第一端子,所述第二连接器包括纵长的第二平板部及阵列排布在所述第二平板部的第二端子;所述第一平板部具有相对的第一长侧边与第二长侧边,所述第一长侧边设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部延伸的第一对准部,所述第二长侧边设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部延伸的第二对准部,所述第一对准部与第二对准部为非对称结构;所述第二平板部具有与所述第一对准部紧密配合的第三对准部以及与所述第二对准部紧密配合的第四对准部,使得第一、第二连接器仅能以预定方式对接配合。
更进一步地,所述第一对准部设有两个第一对准柱及位于所述两个第一对准柱之间的第一对准槽,所述第二对准部包括三个第二对准柱及位于相邻第二对准柱之间的两个第二对准槽。
更进一步地,所述第一对准柱与所述第一长侧边处于同一平面,所述第一对准槽自所述第一长侧边向内凹陷,所述第二对准柱与所述第二长侧边处于同一平面,所述第二对准槽自所述第二长侧边向内凹陷。
更进一步地,所述第二平板部设有相对的第三长侧边与第四长侧边,所述第三对准部设有一个自所述第三长侧边垂直延伸的一个第三对准柱,所述第三对准柱用来收容固定在对应的第一对准槽内,所述第四对准部包括自所述第四长侧边垂直延伸的两个第四对准柱及位于所述第四对准柱之间的一个第四对准槽,所述第四对准柱收容固定在对应的第二对准槽内,所述第四对准槽收容所述位于中间的第二对准柱。
更进一步地,所述第三对准柱和所述第四对准柱位于所述第二平板部的第三、第四长侧边的侧面处。
更进一步地,所述第三对准柱和所述第四对准柱的两侧均设有倒角,所述第一对准柱和所述第二对准柱对应所述第三对准柱、第四对准柱的一侧均设有倒角。
更进一步地,所述第一平板部的第二长侧边的所述三个第二对准柱中的位于中间的第二对准柱沿所述第一平板部纵长方向的长度大于位于其两侧的所述第二对准柱的长度。
更进一步地,所述第一长侧边的所述第一对准柱和所述第二长侧边的第二对准柱沿所述第一平板部纵长方向的长度相等。
更进一步地,所述第一平板部的四个角落设有四个L型凸柱,所述L型凸柱与第一对准柱、第二对准柱共同围设形成一收容空间,所述第二平板部收容在收容空间内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:第一平板部设置有第一、第二对准部,第一对准部与第二对准部为非对称结构;所述第二平板部具有与所述第一对准部紧密配合的第三对准部以及与所述第二对准部紧密配合的第四对准部,使得第一、第二连接器仅能以预定方式对接配合,如此设置使得电连接器组合在配接时具有引导配接和防呆作用。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本实用新型的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参阅图1-6所示,一种电连接器组合100,包括互配的第一连接器10及第二连接器20。
所述第一连接器10包括纵长的第一平板部11及阵列排布在所述第一平板部11的第一端子12。所述第一平板部11具有相对的上、下表面111、112、连接所述上、下表面111、112的第一、第二长侧边113、114、两个短侧边115以及上下贯穿所述上、下表面111、112的第一端子槽116,此处上下方向请参图4所示,本案中的方向均以图4所示为准。所述第一长侧边113与所述第二长侧边114相对设置,所述两个所述短侧边115相对设置。所述第一长侧边113设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部11延伸的第一对准部13,所述第二长侧边114设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部11延伸的第二对准部14,所述第一对准部13与第二对准部14为非对称结构。所述第一端子槽116收容所述第一端子12,在实用新型中,图中未图示出所有的第一端子12和第一端子槽116,只图示出两排第一端子12和与其对应的第一端子槽116。
所述第一对准部13设有两个第一对准柱131及位于所述两个第一对准柱131之间的第一对准槽132,所述第一对准柱131自所述上表面111垂直所述第一平板部11向上延伸,所述第一对准柱131与所述第一长侧边113处于同一平面,所述第一对准槽132自所述第一长侧边113向内凹陷。
所述第二对准部14包括三个第二对准柱141及位于相邻第二对准柱141之间的两个第二对准槽142。所述第二对准柱141自所述上表面111垂直所述第一平板部11向上延伸,所述第二对准柱141与所述第二长侧边114处于同一平面,所述第二对准槽142自所述第二长侧边114向内凹陷。
所述第一长侧边113的所述第一对准柱131和所述第二长侧边114的第二对准柱141沿所述第一平板部11纵长方向的长度相等。在其它实施方式中,所述第一对准柱131与所述第二对准柱141沿所述第一平板部纵长方向的长度也可以不相等,对所述第一对准柱131和所述第二对准柱141的长度尺寸不做限定。在本实用新型中,优选为所述第一平板部11的第二长侧边114的所述三个第二对准柱141中的位于中间的第二对准柱141沿所述第一平板部11纵长方向的长度大于位于其两侧的所述第二对准柱141的长度。
所述第一平板部11的四个角落设有四个L型凸柱15,所述L型凸柱15垂直所述第一平板部11的上表面111延伸,且所述L型凸柱15的外表面与所述第一平板部11的第一、第二长侧边113、114以及两个短侧边115齐平。所述L型凸柱15与所述第一对准柱131、第二对准柱141共同围设形成一收容空间16。
请参图6所示,所述第一端子12包括插入所述第一端子槽116并延伸出所述第一端子槽116的对接部121以及与所述对接部121相连接的锡球122,所述第一端子12的锡球122裸露于所述第一连接器10的下表面,用以与软板或者硬板焊接。
所述第二连接器20包括纵长的第二平板部21及阵列排布在所述第二平板部21的第二端子22,所述第二平板部21收容在收容空间16内。所述第二平板部21具有与所述第一对准部13紧密配合的第三对准部23以及与所述第二对准部14紧密配合的第四对准部24,使得第一、第二连接器10、20仅能以预定方式对接配合,所述第一、第二对准柱113、114垂直延伸出所述第一平板部11的高度等于所述第二平板部21的高度。
所述第二平板部21设有相对的上、下表面211、212、连接所述上、下表面的第三、第四长侧边213、214、两个短侧边215以及贯穿所述上、下表面211、212的第二端子槽216,所述第三长侧边213与所述第四长侧边214相对设置,所述两个所述短侧边215相对设置,所述第二端子22被收容于所述第二端子槽216内,所述第二端子22、第二端子槽216和所述第一端子12、第一端子槽116一样,并未在图示中全部示出。
所述第三对准部23设有一个自所述第三长侧边213垂直延伸的一个第三对准柱231,所述第三对准柱231位于所述第二平板部21的第三长侧边213处,即所述第三对准柱231沿水平方向凸出所述第三长侧边213再向下垂直延伸出所述第二平板部21的下表面212。所述第三对准柱231垂直延伸出所述第二平板部21下表面212的高度等于所述第一平板部11的高度。所述第三对准柱231用来收容固定在对应的第一对准槽132内。
所述第四对准部24包括自所述第四长侧边214垂直延伸的两个第四对准柱241及位于所述第四对准柱241之间的一个第四对准槽242,所述第四对准柱241位于所述第二平板部21的第四长侧边214的侧面处,即所述第四对准柱241沿水平方向凸出所述第四长侧边214再向下垂直延伸出所述第二平板部21的下表面212,所述第四对准柱241垂直延伸出所述第二平板部21下表面212的高度等于所述第一平板部11的高度。所述第四对准柱241收容固定在对应的第二对准槽142内,所述第四对准槽242收容所述位于中间的第二对准柱141。
所述第二端子22设有与所述对接部121对接的接触部221、接触部221形成的一对接槽222以及与所述接触部221连接的锡球223。所述第一端子12的所述对接部121插入所述第二端子22的所述对接槽222内并与所述接触部221相接触,实现电性导通,从而实现信号的传输,同时所述第二端子的所述接触部221具有夹持作用,当所述第一端子12的所述对接部121插入第二端子22的所述对接槽222内,所述接触部221可以夹持所述对接部121。所述第二端子22的所述锡球223裸露于所述第二平板部21的上表面211,用以与软板或硬板焊接。
所述第三对准柱231和所述第四对准柱241的两侧均设有倒角25,所述第一对准柱131和所述第二对准柱141对应所述第三对准柱231、第四对准柱241的一侧均设有倒角17。在所述第一、第二、第三和第四对准柱设置倒角为了所述第一、第二、第三和第四对准部相互配接时具有引导对接的作用,所述第一、第二连接器对接时更加方便容易。
综上所述,本实用新型电连接器组合的有益效果为:在第一平板部11的第一、第二长侧边113、114分别设置有不对称的第一、第二对准柱131、141及第一、第二对准槽132、142,在所述第二平板部的第三、第四长侧边213、214分别设置有与所述第一、第二对准柱131、141和所述第一、第二对准槽132、142紧密配合的第三、第四对准柱213、214和所述第四对准槽242,使得第一、第二连接器10、20仅能以预定方式对接配合,如此设置具有防呆作用。同时,所述第一、第二、第三和第四对准柱侧边设置有倒角,第一、第二连接器10、20在配接时起到引导配接的作用,从而使第一、第二连接器10、20配接时更加准确与方便。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器组合,包括互配的第一连接器及第二连接器;所述第一连接器包括纵长的第一平板部及阵列排布在所述第一平板部的第一端子,所述第二连接器包括纵长的第二平板部及阵列排布在所述第二平板部的第二端子;其特征在于:所述第一平板部具有相对的第一长侧边与第二长侧边,所述第一长侧边设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部延伸的第一对准部,所述第二长侧边设有沿垂直于所述第一平板部延伸的第二对准部,所述第一对准部与第二对准部为非对称结构;所述第二平板部具有与所述第一对准部紧密配合的第三对准部以及与所述第二对准部紧密配合的第四对准部,使得第一、第二连接器仅能以预定方式对接配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一对准部设有两个第一对准柱及位于所述两个第一对准柱之间的第一对准槽,所述第二对准部包括三个第二对准柱及位于相邻第二对准柱之间的两个第二对准槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一对准柱与所述第一长侧边处于同一平面,所述第一对准槽自所述第一长侧边向内凹陷,所述第二对准柱与所述第二长侧边处于同一平面,所述第二对准槽自所述第二长侧边向内凹陷。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第二平板部设有相对的第三长侧边与第四长侧边,所述第三对准部设有一个自所述第三长侧边垂直延伸的一个第三对准柱,所述第三对准柱用来收容固定在对应的第一对准槽内,所述第四对准部包括自所述第四长侧边垂直延伸的两个第四对准柱及位于所述第四对准柱之间的一个第四对准槽,所述第四对准柱收容固定在对应的第二对准槽内,所述第四对准槽收容所述位于中间的第二对准柱。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第三对准柱和所述第四对准柱位于所述第二平板部的第三、第四长侧边的侧面处。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第三对准柱和所述第四对准柱的两侧均设有倒角,所述第一对准柱和所述第二对准柱对应所述第三对准柱、第四对准柱的一侧均设有倒角。
7.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一平板部的第二长侧边的所述三个第二对准柱中的位于中间的第二对准柱沿所述第一平板部纵长方向的长度大于位于其两侧的所述第二对准柱的长度。
8.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一长侧边的所述第一对准柱和所述第二长侧边的第二对准柱沿所述第一平板部纵长方向的长度相等。
9.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一平板部的四个角落设有四个L型凸柱,所述L型凸柱与第一对准柱、第二对准柱共同围设形成一收容空间,所述第二平板部收容在收容空间内。
