Description

洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造
  本創作係關於一種洗衣機,尤指一種洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造。
  橫筒式洗衣機之洗衣脫水槽為橫置,並利用洗衣脫水槽之內槽體之滾動,使衣物在洗衣脫水槽內不斷被拋高、摔下,如同手洗時搓揉、摔打的動作,而達到清潔衣物的效果,且較不易損傷衣物。且橫筒式洗衣機洗衣時並不將洗衣脫水槽注滿水,因此與直立式洗衣機相比,橫筒式洗衣機具有省水且衣物不易變形破損的優點。
  然,在脫水階段,因為傳統橫筒式洗衣機之洗衣脫水槽為橫置,洗衣脫水槽內的衣物集中於下部,若衣物重量較重或數量較多,洗衣脫水槽之內槽體進行超高速旋轉時,洗衣脫水槽內的衣物因無法沿其腹側平均分布,離心效果不均,而導致脫水效果較差,並造成機體晃動,產生較多噪音,且使洗衣機內部構件較易損壞。因此本新型創作者認為傳統的橫筒式洗衣機有其改善之必要。
  有鑒於傳統橫筒式洗衣機的問題,本新型創作者創作出一種洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,包括由外而內之一殼體與一洗衣脫水槽,該洗衣脫水槽兩腹側各設有一組樞轉機構,各樞轉機構包括一固定架,各固定架具有一樞軸,兩樞軸之軸心假想連線,以徑向貫穿該洗衣脫水槽,且各樞轉機構設有能以該樞軸為軸進行樞轉之一樞轉組件,該洗衣脫水槽與該樞轉組件相連接,以供該洗衣脫水槽於橫向與直向間互換;且該樞轉機構設有一組定位機構,供該洗衣脫水槽呈橫向與呈直向時進行定位。
  藉由以上之設置,使該洗衣機於洗衣階段時可呈橫置而保有橫筒式洗衣機省水且保護衣物的優點;於脫水階段時,該洗衣脫水槽可由橫向轉為直向,使該洗衣機進行脫水時,洗衣脫水槽內的衣物能平均分布於洗衣脫水槽內壁,減少超高速旋轉時機體的晃動,並改善脫水的效率,減少脫水時間而節省電能,使該洗衣機兼具橫筒式洗衣機之洗衣優點以及直立式洗衣機之脫水優點。

  以下藉由圖式之輔助,說明本創作之構造、特點以及實施例,俾使貴審查人員對於本創作有更進一步之瞭解。
  請參閱第二圖,配合第一圖所示,本創作係關於一種洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,包括由外而內之一殼體(1)與一洗衣脫水槽(2)。該殼體(1)設有一外蓋(10)可供開啓而將待洗衣物置入該洗衣脫水槽(2),以及關閉而在洗衣機作動時防止頭手不慎伸入或異物掉入;該洗衣脫水槽(2)之開口設有一密封蓋(20)可供開啓而置入待洗衣物,以及關閉而防止衣物及汙水洩漏出該洗衣脫水槽(2)。該洗衣脫水槽(2)兩腹側各設有一組樞轉機構(3),各樞轉機構(3)包括一固定架(31),且該固定架(31)可固定於該殼體(1)內任一位置。如圖所示,該固定架(31)係呈三角形且固設於該殼體(2)底部,以提供該洗衣脫水槽(2)較佳的支撐。配合第三圖所示,各固定架(31)具有一樞軸(311),兩樞軸(311、311A)之軸向之假想連線(30)以徑向貫穿該洗衣脫水槽(2)。
  本案之樞轉機構(3)可為齒輪式構造、液壓式構造或其他等效之構造變化,以下之實施方式係以齒輪式構造來解說。第二A圖係該樞轉機構(3)之剖面示意圖,請參閱第二A圖所示,各樞轉機構(3)設有能以該樞軸(311)為軸進行樞轉之一樞轉組件(32),且該洗衣脫水槽(2)係與該樞轉組件(32)相連接。在一較佳實施例中,該樞轉組件(32)包括一設於該樞軸(311)且與該洗衣脫水槽(2)相連接之第一齒輪(320);該樞轉機構(3)包括一馬達(第二A圖係表示該樞轉機構(3)內部齒輪作動之剖面圖,且馬達為習知之構件,故圖未顯示馬達本體),該馬達(圖未顯示)之軸桿(33)固設一與該第一齒輪(320)相齧合之第二齒輪(330)。當該洗衣脫水槽(2)需要轉向時,該馬達(圖未顯示)可驅動該第二齒輪(330)帶動該第一齒輪(320)旋轉,進而帶動該洗衣脫水槽(2)以該樞軸(311)為軸進行樞轉,而於橫向與直向(如第四圖所示)間互換(由橫向轉為直向或由直向轉為橫向)。
  該樞轉機構(3)設有一組定位機構,供該洗衣脫水槽(2)於呈橫向與呈直向時進行定位。在一較佳實施例中,該定位機構包括一設於該第一齒輪(320)或第二齒輪(330)輪齒之限制開關(34),以及一與該限制開關(34)訊號性連接之處理器(該處理器之構造及位置並非本案重點,故圖未顯示)。如圖所示之實施例,該限制開關(34)係設於該第二齒輪(330)輪齒。該限制開關(34)感應該洗衣脫水槽(2)呈橫向與呈直向時(例如在該洗衣脫水槽(2)呈橫向或直向時,該限制開關(34)受到該第一齒輪(320)輪齒的碰觸),可產生並傳送一感應訊號予該處理器(圖未顯示),該處理器(圖未顯示)接收並處理該感應訊號後產生並傳送一停止指令予該馬達(圖未顯示),以令該馬達(圖未顯示)停止作動,進而對該呈橫向或直向之洗衣脫水槽(2)形成定位。
  如第五圖所示,在一較佳實施例中,該固定架(31)亦可呈方形,該固定架(31)朝向該洗衣脫水槽(2)之一側壁可設有一呈弧形之導軌(35),該洗衣脫水槽(2)固設一納於該導軌(35)之滾/滑件(36)。如圖所示,該滾/滑件(36)係固設於該洗衣脫水槽(2)底部。該滾/滑件(36)可在該洗衣脫水槽(2)沿該樞軸(311)進行樞轉時沿該導軌(35)滾/滑移,藉以使該洗衣脫水槽(2)之樞轉過程更為穩定,並且提供該洗衣脫水槽(2)額外的支撐。
  藉由以上之設置,使該洗衣機於洗衣階段時可將該洗衣脫水槽(2)定位於橫向,而保有橫筒式洗衣機洗衣時省水且保護衣物的優點;並於脫水階段時,將該洗衣脫水槽(2)由橫向轉為直向,使該洗衣機進行脫水時,該洗衣脫水槽(2)內的衣物能沿其腹側內壁平均分布,改善脫水的效果,並減少高速旋轉時機體的晃動,降低對洗衣機內部構件的損害,而令該洗衣機可兼具橫筒式洗衣機之洗衣優點以及直立式洗衣機之脫水優點。
  綜上所述,本新型創作確實符合產業利用性,且未於申請前見於刊物或公開使用,亦未為公眾所知悉,且具有非顯而易知性,符合可專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
  惟上述所陳,為本新型創作在產業上一較佳實施例,舉凡依本新型創作申請專利範圍所作之均等變化,皆屬本案訴求標的之範疇。

Claims (4)

  1. 【第1項】
    一種洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,包括由外而內之一殼體與一洗衣脫水槽,該洗衣脫水槽兩腹側各設有一組樞轉機構,各樞轉機構包括一固定架,各固定架具有一樞軸,兩樞軸之軸心假想連線,以徑向貫穿該洗衣脫水槽,且各樞轉機構設有能以該樞軸為軸進行樞轉之一樞轉組件,該洗衣脫水槽與該樞轉組件相連接,以供該洗衣脫水槽於橫向與直向間互換;且該樞轉機構設有一組定位機構,供該洗衣脫水槽呈橫向與呈直向時進行定位。
  2. 【第2項】
    如申請專利範圍第1項所述之洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,其中該樞轉組件包括一設於該樞軸且與該洗衣脫水槽相連接之第一齒輪;該樞轉機構包括一馬達,該馬達之軸桿固設一與該第一齒輪相齧合之第二齒輪,供驅動該第二齒輪帶動該第一齒輪旋轉,進而帶動該洗衣脫水槽進行樞轉。
  3. 【第3項】
    如申請專利範圍第2項所述之洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,其中該定位機構包括一設於該第一齒輪或第二齒輪輪齒之限制開關,以及一與該限制開關訊號性連接之處理器,該處理器與該馬達訊號性連接,以供該限制開關感應該洗衣脫水槽呈橫向與呈直向時,產生並傳送一感應訊號予該處理器,該處理器接收並處理該感應訊號後產生並傳送一停止指令予該馬達,以令該馬達停止作動。
  4. 【第4項】
    如申請專利範圍第1項所述之洗衣機洗衣脫水槽轉向構造,其中該固定架朝向該洗衣脫水槽之一側壁設有一呈弧形之導軌,該洗衣脫水槽固設一納於該導軌之滾/滑件。
