Claims (6)

  1. 一種具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機之夾爪結構，包含：一固定件；一定座，固定設置於該固定件上；一壓座，一端具有一靠抵平面，且該靠抵平面一側形成一斜面，該壓座可彈性位移地設置於該定座的一側；以及一夾鉗座，可樞轉地設置於該固定件上並位於該靠抵平面遠離該定座的一側，且該夾鉗座可以圓弧表面相對該斜面樞轉，且該夾鉗座的另一端更設置二夾鉗。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機之夾爪結構，其中，該定座的一端具有二平行設置之套軸，且二該套軸沿一軸向延伸，垂直軸向定義為側向；二該套軸上更分別穿套一彈簧，各該彈簧的一端頂抵於該定座，而該壓座的另一端成形二容槽，該壓座以二該容槽穿套二該套軸，並使二該彈簧的另一端頂抵於二該容槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機之夾爪結構，其中，該壓座設置該靠抵平面的一端更成形及一夾口，該夾口內可樞轉地設置二滾輪，且二該滾輪部分凸出於該斜面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機之夾爪結構，其中，該壓座的該靠抵平面兩側分別形成一個該斜面，該靠抵平面兩側的斜面為對稱設置，而該夾鉗座的一端具有一抵靠頭部，該抵靠頭部概成蘑菇頭形而具有對稱的一第一側弧部及一第二側弧部，該第一側弧部及該第二側弧部為圓弧表面，該夾鉗座可以該第一側弧部或該第二側弧部相對該斜面樞轉。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機 之夾爪結構，其中，垂直該壓座的二該斜面中點分別形成一斜面垂直延伸線，二該斜面垂直延伸線形成一交點，而該夾鉗座係以一夾鉗座樞結點為樞轉中心樞轉，該夾鉗座的夾鉗座樞結點位於該靠抵平面與二該夾鉗之間的位置，而該交點位於該靠抵平面與該定座之間的位置。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有撞擊防損壞機制的吹塑成型機之夾爪結構，其中，二該夾鉗可樞轉地設置於該夾鉗座，且二該夾鉗之間以一拉引彈簧連結。
