以LED燈泡為例,現今的LED燈泡大多由具有散熱之金屬件及透光罩組成,請參考台灣之新型專利M454490(以下稱習知專利),其燈泡結構包含設置有發光基板之散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭及透光燈罩,其中,散熱基座以導熱性佳的金屬,如:鋁製成,並另外成型有複數散熱鰭片,散熱基座及透光燈罩可經由束框套環相互崁固,且散熱鰭片組與絕緣接頭連接後,即可成為裝設於燈座之LED燈泡。如同習知專利般之習知LED燈泡缺點在於,以金屬製成之散熱基座及散熱鰭片組,其外觀較複雜、成形不易,且散熱效果不佳又不耐高溫,另外,由於散熱基座及散熱鰭片組連接於發光基板,因此需要絕緣接頭使其與導電的部分作絕緣分離。Taking LED bulbs as an example, most of today's LED bulbs are composed of metal parts with heat dissipation and translucent cover.
