有鑑於此,本創作者提出一種磚體之砌合結構,使其足以去除現有磚體在砌合成圍牆時之諸多困擾。

2.本新型控制插塊高度係大於插槽深度,所以在上、下磚體組合後,可加大下方磚體之插塊底緣裸露面積,用以獲致一份空間陷入的穎異外觀性。

該磚體30頂面31中央另向上突設有一與插槽37匹配之插塊38,以便在插槽37頂端砌上一層混凝土40後,能與下方另一磚體30之插塊38頂端結合,其透過插槽37兩側壁厚W限制混凝土40在未乾涸時之流動性,以減少習用混凝土結合面積縮小情形,如此便可大幅提升上、下磚體30間之結合強度,且可去除混凝土40溢流出磚體30正面33之問題,故而本新型磚體30在砌上圍牆後,其完全無須另外進行修整;
本新型進一步控制插塊38高度H係大於插槽37深度D,是以,在上、下磚體30透過混凝土而結合後,可加大下方磚體30之插塊38底緣裸露面積,用以獲致一份條狀空間陷入的空間擴展外觀性,此外,本新型可在磚體30正面33與頂面31及底面32銜接角落各設有推拔狀之前修飾面391、392,以及在磚體30背面33與頂面31及底面32銜接角落各設有推拔狀之後修飾面393、394,用以流線的放大該插塊38底緣空間擴展視效,使本新型所砌成之圍牆,足以吸引眾人目光。
綜上所述,本新型磚體確具有結構新穎性,且在砌成圍牆後,具有無須修整以及外觀性佳之功效進步處,其確為一技術理念上的高度創作,應符專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本新型涵蓋之範圍內。
