Description
本創作涉及發光二級管(LED)顯示幕,尤其涉及一種柔性可卷折網狀便於懸掛的LED顯示幕。
目前發光二級管LED已廣泛地應用於照明和顯示領域,應用於顯示領域即利用LED矩陣模組製作出各種顯示幕,這些顯示幕可以顯示播放出各種動態變換的文字、圖案、動畫及圖像,有效地傳播各種各樣的資訊。
目前的LED顯示幕多為剛性固定結構,製作時通常先製作出一個剛性固定箱體,再將LED矩陣電路板及控制電路固定在箱本裏。LED矩陣電路板通常採用剛性材料製作,這樣製作出的顯示幕只能固定於某一地點,體積龐大,重量很大不便於運輸,更不可能卷折,現場安裝調試時間長,需要專業人員進行操作,剛性顯示幕製作安裝成本非常高,只局限於某一固定地方使用。對於需要短時顯示播放的場所普通剛性顯示幕顯然非常不合適。
針對現有技術的缺點,本創作的目的是提
供一種輕型、可卷折、通透防風、快速安裝及拆卸、體積小易於運輸、造價低廉、便於懸掛的LED柔性網狀LED顯示幕。
為了實現上述目的,本創作的技術方案為:一種LED柔性懸掛顯示幕,包括若干個離散的LED模組和柔性網,所述的LED模組以矩陣形式排列固定在所述柔性網上,相鄰的LED模組再橫向、縱向上均為等距離。LED離散模組排列在網上的整體圖形可以是矩形,也可以是其他異形。LED模組可以是RGB三色模組也可以是單色模組。
所述LED模組包括控制晶片以及與該控制晶片連接的複數個LED發光體。
LED柔性懸掛顯示幕進一步包括程式控制器和外接電源,該外接電源分別與程式控制器、LED模組連接,程式控制器與LED模組連接。
所述柔性網的材料為阻燃塑膠。
相比較於現有技術的剛性固定箱體,本創作將離散的LED模組固定在重量輕的柔性塑膠網上,這樣的製作預先在工廠裏已製作完畢,不需要在使用現場臨時加工。該網由阻燃塑膠製成,重量很輕且可卷折成一團,便於運輸及貯藏。網狀結構展開後上面固定的模組不變形,現場安裝時只需將網狀物懸掛於建築物外表即可,普通非專業人員就可進行操作,這就
大大拓展了顯示幕使用範圍,特別適合臨時性的戶外廣告及戶外燈光裝飾場所。網狀結構相對于原先的固定剛性箱體結構更具通透性,可抵抗大風侵襲。LED模組的離散結構便於將其固定在網上,固定速度快,個別模組在使用時如果損壞很容易就能夠維修更換,用其製作的屏成本較低。本創作尤其適用於節假日慶典、商業促銷等臨時性場所的動態顯示。
下面結合附圖對本創作作進一步的詳細說明。
請參閱圖1,本實施例的柔性LED顯示幕包含有LED離散矩陣模組1、柔性塑膠網2、綁紮固定件3、聯接電線(電源線及控制線)4、外接電源5、程式控制器6。
LED離散矩陣模組1按照一定形狀(矩形或其他異形)以矩陣排列被綁紮固定件3固定在柔性塑膠網2上,每個相鄰的LED離散模組縱向橫向均等距離。由眾多LED離散模組1組合而成的顯示幕,既可以為矩形屏也可以其他形狀的異形屏;LED離散模組1是由塑膠殼、二級管發光組、控制晶片、電熔電阻、膠體注塑而成的混合體。
綁紮固定在柔性塑膠網上的眾多LED離散
模組1通過多條聯接電線4(電源線及控制線)形成電性聯接,其中電源電線提供發光所需電能,而控制電線則提供LED模組變化信號。
柔性塑膠網2由阻燃塑膠製成,防火不導電安全性能高,它既具有一定的柔軟性又具有一定的韌性與強度,而且重量很輕,也就是說在運輸和貯藏時可以卷折起來縮小體積,使用時又可以方便的展開以顯示LED模組組成的矩陣圖案,網的強度高韌性好保證了其不易撕裂變形。
使用時將LED矩陣模組同時接通電源和程式控制器,綁紮固定在柔性網上的矩陣模組就會根據程式控制器6發出的各種不同信號顯示各種不同的變化圖案。
LED離散矩陣模組是一個一個單獨分散地固定在網上,這就使得LED模組與柔性塑膠網組成的混合體能夠卷折成一團,從而使其在運輸、貯藏時體積更小,使用時只要將網展開懸掛起來即可。
本顯示幕的特殊結構使得其很容易實現在工廠集中快速製作(綁紮固定接線),現場輕鬆懸掛使用及拆卸,運輸過程方便且不易損壞。
儘管本創作是參照具體實施例本描述,但這種描述並不意味著對本創作構成限制。參照本創作的描述,所公開的實施例的其他變化,對於本領域技術人員都是可以預料的。因此,

Claims (4)
- 一種LED柔性懸掛顯示幕,包括若干個離散的LED模組和柔性網,其特徵在於,所述的LED模組以矩陣形式排列固定在所述柔性網上,相鄰的LED模組在橫向、縱向上均為等距離。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的LED柔性懸掛顯示幕,其中該LED模組包括控制晶片以及與該控制晶片連接的複數個LED發光體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的LED柔性懸掛顯示幕,其中該LED柔性懸掛顯示幕還進一步包括程式控制器和外接電源,該外接電源分別與程式控制器、LED模組連接,程式控制器與LED模組連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的LED柔性懸掛顯示幕,其中該柔性網的材料為阻燃塑膠。
