M426734 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關一種烈火爐具之改良結構,尤指一種藉由汽化管達 到汽化,以及藉由盤體之折衝使燃燒之火燄集中,進而達到節能效 果’且可調整火力大小之烈火爐具改良結構。 【先前技術】 按;一般之烈火爐具的結構,無論以瓦斯或其他油類為燃料由 於其燃料之喷頭的設計係為向上喷射,當需要大火快炒時,常因燃料 與二氟無法充份混合,造成跳火現象使得燃燒效果差而無法達到烈火 之狀態,尤其當所使用之燃料為瓦斯時,更由於燃燒不完全而難以產 生烈火’使快炒之食物美味降低,且易產生—氧化碳造成環保問題。 申請人有鑑於此,乃秉持多年從事該項業務之經驗,經不斷研究、實 驗’遂萌生改良,祈使烈火爐具的使用更為方便,且可降低一氧化碳 之污染及達到節能之目的。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的’即在提供—麵域具之改良結構使烈火 爐具得以藉由汽化管達到完全汽話,且藉由盤體之折衝使燃燒之火後 集中,以達到節能減碳之效果。 則述之烈火爐具之改良結構,係設有—中空桿體,於桿體一端設 有座體’於該座體兩側分別設有一預熱開關及一火力開關桿體另 3 端則設有一承座,於該承座設有一上盤體及下盤體,並於該上盤體中 央設有一汽化室,並於該下盤體設有一連接於汽化室之喷頭。俾由座 體入口連接於燃料,於使用時先開啟預熱開關,於下盤體注入燃料並 將其點燃後,再開啟火力開關使燃料與空氣於汽化室完全混合達到汽 化,再由喷頭喷出碰觸上盤體後,構成折衝向外竄出且使外部空氣向 内集中,以達到完全燃燒構成大火,進而使爐具達到烈火及節能之目 的。 前述之烈火爐具之改良結構’其中該汽化室係由上、下蓋所組 成’以供開啟藉由高壓空氣清理内部汽化後之殘渣。 【實施方式】 請同時參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,並配合第三圖,係為本創作之 立體圖及汽化室結構圖。如圖所示,本創作主要係設有一中空之桿體 1,於桿體1的一端設有一座體2,於該座體2設有一燃料入口2工, 座體2的兩側分別設有一預熱開關2 2及一火力開關2 3,使其中之 預熱開關2 2連接於一預熱管2 4,該火力開關2 3係連接於一燃料 管2 31。桿體1的另端係設有一承座3,於該承座3的中央位置設 有一概呈碗狀之上盤體31及下盤體3 2 ’於該上盤體31的中央設 有一汽化室3 3,其中,該汽化室3 3係由上蓋3 31及下蓋3 3 2 所組成,使上、下蓋33 1、3 3 2以螺栓3 3 3固定,使該汽化室 3 3連接於燃料管2 31 ; 該下盤體3 2係設有一連接於汽化室3 3之噴頭3 4,於喷頭3 M426734 4設有一出氣口 3 41 ; 該預熱開關2 2,係連接於一預熱管2 4,使該預熱管24之端 部置於下盤體3 1上方; 藉由前述構件的組合,構成一烈火爐具之改良結構。俾由座體2 之燃料入口21連接於燃料,於使用時先開啟預熱開關2 2 ,於下盤 體3 2注入燃料並將其點燃後,再開啟火力開關2 3使燃料與空氣於 汽化室3 3完全混合達到汽化,再由喷頭3 4之出氣口 3 4丄喷出碰 • 觸上盤體31後,構成折衝向外竄出且使外部空氣向内集中,以達到 凡全燃燒構成大火,並藉由火力開關2 3的旋動以控制汽化後之氣 體,進而控制火力之大小,以供快炒烹煮食物。 本創作由於係使用液體汽化,每lcc所產生之汽化效果約為千 倍,是以,本創作之火力開關2 3於調整時,可使緝量之液態燃料流 出,即可瞬間汽化為大量之可燃性氣體,使火力開關2 3之調整更為 方便。且當火力開關2 3關至最小時’可留存微小之母火,於再次使 • 用時不需重新點火。而該汽化室3 3係可於使用一段時間後,藉由旋 出螺栓3 3 3將上蓋3 31開啟,俾使用高壓空氣清理汽化室3 3内 部汽化後之殘渣。 請同時參閲三圖及第四圖所示,係為本創作之使用實施例圖及另 一使用實施例圖。如圖所示,本創作於使用時,係將整個爐具平放, 由座體2之燃料入口 21連接於酒精之燃料,俾當烹煮食物時先開啟 預熱開關22,使燃料進入預熱管2 4注於下盤體3 2後,以火苗點 燃構成預熱作用,於燃燒前先與足夠的空氣完全混合,再開啟火力開 5 關2 3使燃料進入汽化室3 3,使燃料與空氣於汽化室3 3完全混合 達到汽化,再由噴頭3 4出氣口3 41喷出碰觸上盤體31後,構成 折衝向外E出且使外部空氣向内集中,以達到完全燃燒構成大火並 藉由火力開關2 3的旋動以控制汽化後之氣體,進而控制火力之大小。 前述本創作當火力開關2 3關至最小時,可留存微小之母火,於 再\使用時不需重新點火,如此,_般之小吃攤或快炒店等營業場所 於客人離峰時’得以藉由母火保持預餘態,而#客人上門時則可隨 時藉由火力開關2 3調整為大火,而不需重新點火影響營業效率。 前述實施例’僅為說明本創作之較佳實施方式,而非限制本創作 之範圍’驗由些微修飾、變更,财失本創作之要義所在亦不脫 本創作之精神範。 •综上所述,本創作以設於盤體之汽化室,配合控制開關,構成烈 火爐具結構’使烈火得以藉由汽化室使祕汽化,錢藉由盤體 之折衝,使燃燒之火談集中’達到節能減碳之絲,為一實用之設計’ 誠屬-倶新穎性之創作,轰依法提出專利之申請,祈㈣予以審 查,早曰賜准專利,至感德便。 M426734 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖係本創作之立體圖。 第二圖係本創作之汽化室結構圖。 第三圖係本創作之使用實施例圖。 第四圖係本創作之另一使用實施例圖。M426734 V.
