五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本新型係關於一種具導正作用之快速偶合套筒。 【先前技術】 習知用以旋轉螺帽或螺检之套筒用以偶合一板手之接桿一 般係於套筒頂面形成-圓形斜孔,於該圓形斜孔之令界定一方 形孔’每當扳手接桿扣入該套筒圓形斜孔時,因接桿之方形桿 頭每易卡撞於圓形孔之斜面上,必須扭轉接桿使其方形桿頭: 準套筒之方形孔,下壓該接桿才能偶合套筒,是,遂增加了 接桿與套筒偶合、扣接之不方便性,影響扳手之作業而現其 缺點。 本案創作人有鑒於此’乃加創新研究,揭示出本新型新顆 之具導正作用之快速偶合套筒。 【新型内容】 本新型之目的旨在提供一種具導正作用之快速偶合套筒, 係自一套筒頂面之圓形斜孔分別徑向地ώ設有多數凸角,令各 凸角以角錐(或弧形錐)形狀向著該套筒_央方形孔孔緣呈漸 斜、漸縮直至斜切、交匯於該方形孔孔緣為止;由是當下插— 扳,之方轉桿至該錢方形孔時,該接桿乃分職各該凸角 ^玄圓形斜孔之斜崎斜推、導正、滑扣人該方形孔之令而得 以迅逑將板手接桿與該套筒偶合以穩當鎖緊或鬆他該套筒所 套接之螺帽或螺检者。 以之可取實體’可由町實關配合所嶋圖式而得 【實施方式】 參閱第卜3圖’本新型具導正作用之快速偶合套筒,係自 一套筒⑴頂面之圓形孔⑴)[該圓形孔⑴)徑向向下呈斜面⑽ 向著該圓形斜孔⑴)所界定之—方形孔⑽徑向地凸設有多數 凸角(Μ),各該凸角(14)以角錐(或如第4圖所示之弧形雜彿狀 向著該套筒中央方形孔⑽孔緣漸斜、漸縮直至斜切、交匯於 °亥方形孔孔緣如編號(丨5)之交匯點。 各及凸角(14)係自套筒頂面圓形孔〇 ^之%圓圓弧段⑴^之 中央向著各該方形孔之方形邊(丨2〗)漸斜成兩凸角斜面⑽,向 下方之方形孔孔緣交匯於交匯點(15)。[當然,如第4圖所示, 該弧形錐凸角(Η)向下漸斜、漸縮后,已無明顯之 ''交匯點,,, 特此陳明]。 备下推扳手接桿(2)[註:為清晰表達起見,該接桿之方形桿 頭之検斷面以圖示之虛線來表達]進入該套筒(1)之圓形孔(11) 時,叹若如第1圖所示之、、落點”位置,亦即假設該方形桿頭 之各桿頭直角(21)恰下落於該凸角之斜面(16)上時,此時接桿 乃被凸角斜面(16)所斜推’故繞著中心(1〇)偏旋,因接桿(2)繼 續被下推,故乃順勢滑扣入方形孔(12)之中,而得以快速導 正、偶合’即可操作扳核躺錢所套接之螺帽或螺检以為 鎖緊或鬆弛動作者。 設若接桿(2)桿頭之桿頭t角⑵)'、落點„係落於該圓形孔⑼ 之斜面(13)上’如第2圖所示’而非落在該凸角斜面(16)之際, 此時桿頭直角⑼仍順著圓形孔(11)斜面〇3)下滑,而桿頭之方 形邊則跨頂於各該凸角⑽兩斜面所交合之一棱線(⑷)及部 份凸角斜面(16)上’因受下推接桿(2)之向下作用,接桿桿頭一 則向下π落,-則*著凸肖棱線(141)之頂持,以及部份凸角 斜面(16)之斜推,仍能很圓順地向下導正,迅速滑扣入該方形 孔(12)之中,而得以快速偶合接桿(2)與套筒(丨)以利螺帽或螺栓 之旋轉操作者。 原則上,本新型宜於4個方形孔孔邊(121)所對應之四個圓 弧段(111)中央分別凸設4個凸角(14),唯實際應用時,亦可加 以修飾變化,例如製作成至少含有一個凸角(14)之構造。本新 型並未加以限制。 各該凸角(14)之夾角宜為鈍角,例如圖示之15〇度,或其他 適當角度者,本新型亦未加以限制。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係本新型之俯視示意圖。 第2圖係本新型之俯視示意圖,表示接桿不同之落點位置。 第3圖為本新型之立體示意圖。 M398998 第4圖為本新型該凸角之另一可取實體示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1.... ..套筒; 2.... ...接桿; 10.··· ..中心; 11.... ..圓形孔; 12·.·. ..方形孔; 13.... ...圓形孔斜面; 14.… ..凸角; 15.... ...漸縮交匯點; 16.... ..凸角斜面; 111.. ....¼圓圓弧段; 121·. ....方形孔邊; 141.. ....稜線; A..· …凸角夾角; 21·... ...桿頭直角。
