M394273 . 五、新型說明： 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本案一種車輛用之擋泥板，係在擋泥板上結合一呈平 滑鏡面狀的金屬板爲一體，以爲在後方車輛的燈光照射下 而產生顯著的反光作闱，如此以具有提醒注意及安全標示 的實用效果。 φ [先前技術】 按，一般在各種車輛的輪胎後方的車體位置上、爲了 不讓在行駛時的使泥沙麈土給濺著在車體緣故，通常都會 再安裝有擋泥板，這尤其是大型車輛（如貨車、客車、聯 結車等）的車輪所產生的飛濺情形更爲劇烈，因此還會加 長擋泥板的長度、以爲儘量接近地面，如此即可降低飛濺 $的程度，以免造成行車安全的潛在意外發生的可能性；雖 .然如此，卻認爲該擋泥板應該可以再提昇其實用性才是。 【新型內容】 因此，申請人是開發了本創作內容，進而提出專利申 請，其中 本創作之目的，是提供一種車輛周之擋泥板，係在擋 泥板上結合一呈平滑鏡面狀的金屬板爲一體，俾當擋泥板 置於車輛輪胎後方的車體位置後，即可在後方車輛的燈光 M394273 照射下而產生顯著的反光作吊，如此以具有提醒注意及安 全標示的實用效果。 本創作之目的，是提供一種車輛用之擋泥板，其中， 擋泥板係以具可做彎折作甩的橡膠材料製成，並在擋泥板 上製有各式花紋變化。 本創作之目的，是提供一種車輛用之擋泥板，其中， 在金屬板周邊係設有數貫穿孔，以爲金屬板在置於模具組 時、藉由模具組中的凸柱來將之定位住，使其橡膠材料在 注入模具組成型的同時、亦進入金屬板周邊的貫穿孔中而 結合爲一體。 本創作之目的，是提供一種車輛用之擋泥板，其中， 並可在金屬板上貼設有一小面積的貼紙，以做爲廣告、宣 傳用之外，並可藉由不同的貼紙做數量的貼黏使用，以爲 在金屬板製作上的統一化，以爲降低製作成本及減輕客製 化製作時數量庫存囤積的成本壓力。 【實施方式】 首先，敬請配合參閱第一、二圖詳細說明所示：本案 一種車輛用之擋泥板，係指安裝在車輛1中所供輪胎1A組裝 的空間後方位置，其擋泥板2係以具可做彎折作用的橡膠材 料製成，並在該擋泥板2外表後方的下半段落位置上乃結合 M394273 -一呈平滑鏡面狀的金屬板3設置，其中在金屬板3周邊係設 有數個貫穿孔31，當金屬板3在置於模具組4時、係藉由模 具組4中的凸柱41來予限定位，之後再將橡膠材料注入於模 具組4成型同時、亦進入金屬板3周邊的貫穿孔31中而結爲 一體（如第二圖），如此一來，由於金屬板3置於模具組4 中以爲與擋泥板2的橡膠材料在注入模具組4之前，係由模 0具組4中的凸柱41來予限定位，這樣每次加工的結合即可十 分正確地將金屬板3做到位的製作了，而不會產生偏移走位 的問題發生，而且也因而可將橡膠材料正確地注入到金屬 板3周邊的貫穿孔31中而結合住，使金屬板3得以相當牢固 地與擋泥板2結爲一體，而且擋泥板2上亦可藉由模具組4上 的紋路變化而使擋泥板2表面產生上製有各式花紋21 (如第 • 二、四圖J ° . 是以爲將擋泥板2置於車輛1中輪胎1A後方的位置後 (如第五、六、七圖），即可在後方車輛的燈光照射下而 產生反光作用，以具提醒注意及安全標示的實用效果；同 時，並可在金屬板3上貼設有一小面積的貼紙3A，使其在不 影響反光作用下，以做爲廣告、宣傳用之外，並可藉由不 同的貼紙3A做數量的貼黏使用=以爲在金屬板3製作上的統 一化，以爲降低製作成本及減輕客製化製作時數量庫存囤 M394273 積的成本壓力。 綜上所陳，本創作確實具有以上所述的實用性功效發 揮，當符合新型專利第九十三條之成立要件，懇請鈞局 明鑒，惠予授准合法之專利權成立，至感德便。 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖：係本創作之圖示。 第二圖：係本創作製作成型之示意圖。 第三圖：係本創作製成另一形態之圖示（一）。 第四圖：係本創作製成另一形態之圖示（二）。 第五圖：係本創作之實施例圖（一）。 第六圖：係本創作之實施例圖（二）。 第七圖：係本創作之實施例圖（三）。 【主要元件符號說明】 1車輛 1A輪胎 2擋泥板 21花紋 3金屬板 31貫穿孔 3A貼紙 4模具組 41凸柱
