M3 64724 五、新型說明： 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作指一種制水閥盒、人（手）孔蓋座等類製品之蓋體、 座體組接結構’尤指有關於盖體、座體間組接結構更形穩固的技 術領域者。 【先前技術】 現代化都市中，路面均須預留地下管路通道口，以利通道工 程維護（如電線電信、消防栓座、自來水錶之水錶座..等），此亦 -鲁即制水閥盒（或人孔蓋座或手孔蓋座）之設置目的。一般之制水 閥盒包含一座體及上方之一蓋體，另外，地下管路工程之維修次 數頻繁，經常必須將其蓋體掀起或取出，以利工程人員進入工作 . 場所，且路面因行車之故，若蓋體與座體間之組接不穩固，則可 能造成蓋體跳開而造成行人或自行車、機車騎士導致交通意外之 — 發生，而有公共危險之虞。此可如我國專利公告第M334150號之 專利前案，其主要係利用蓋體之底面向下伸設有至少一延伸柱， 且延伸柱之末端具有嵌卡體，而座體之内唇對應於蓋體之延伸柱 設有穿槽，使蓋體之延伸柱可穿過穿槽，且旋動蓋體後，蓋體之 φ嵌卡體卡抵於内唇之底側而使蓋體與座體組接鎖掣，反之旋動蓋 體且使延伸柱對合穿槽後即可使蓋體上提，據可易於掀開、閉合 之操作。 承上，惟因蓋體之延伸柱穿過穿槽且旋動後，僅由延伸柱之 嵌卡體卡抵於内唇之底側而已，其並無定位之作用，故會因上方 車子來來往往行駛而使蓋體產生跳動、旋轉，而造成延伸柱對合 穿槽後而使蓋體跳離座體之現象，因此，仍有改進之必要。 【新型内容】 本創作人有鑑於上述之缺失，深覺若能在鎖掣穩固方面再予 加強，則可大幅提升其進步性，因此，遂以多年來從事此類製品 3 M3 64724 之生產製造經驗，積極研發改良，終於開發出本創作。 本創作之蓋體、座體之組接結構，該蓋體設有一把手，把手具有 一端部，且蓋體之頂面設有一容置槽，該容置槽之内底面設有二 =孔，而該把手利用二端部分別穿過該二穿孔，且該二端部之側 端設有鎖結元件，並該把手具有上下移位之裕度空間，且向下移 位後可納設於容置槽之内部，另該蓋體之底面設有二嵌勾體，且 該二嵌勾體與該把手係不成一直線排列，而座體之上方内緣設有 '一内唇，該内唇對應蓋體之二嵌勾體設有二穿槽，使蓋體利用嵌 勾體穿過穿槽且旋動後，嵌勾體適位於内唇之底側，承此，此時 -馨將把手向下納設於容置槽内部之後，可調整使該把手之二鎖結元 件適置入該二穿槽令而定位，以提升蓋體、座體之組接定位。 是以，本創作之主要目的係指制水閥盒、人（手）孔蓋座等 類製品之蓋體、座體之組接結構改良，主要藉由蓋體底面之嵌勾 體不與該把手成一直線排列之特色，且使蓋體底面之嵌勾體插組 於座體之内唇底侧時，使把手之二鎖結元件適置入該二穿槽中而 疋位，使達到禮實嵌掣穩、防盜、防跳動之功效者。 【實施方式】 • 本創作係一種「制水閥盒、人（手）孔蓋座等類製品之蓋體、 座體組接結構改良」，其中： 蓋體1(如第一圖）’其底面向下伸設有二嵌勾體i i，另外， 蓋體1設有一把手1 2，又蓋體1於頂面設置一容置槽1 3 (另 如弟二圖），該容置槽1 3之内底面設有二穿孔1 3 1，而把手1 2具有二端部1 2 1，且二端部1 2 1分別穿過該二穿孔1 3 1 ，而使把手1 2組接於容置槽1 3，且該二端部1 2 1之侧端設有 -鎖結元件1 2 2 (如螺帽），據以鎖結而使端部1 2 1不會脫出穿 孔1 3 1。另外，該把手1 2具有上下移位之裕度空間，且向下 移位後適可納設於容置槽1 3之内部（如第二圖）。又者，該二嵌 勾體1 1不與該把手1 2成一直線排列（圖中所示者為二嵌勾體 M364724 之連線適與該把手成垂直狀）。 座體2 ’其内緣設有一内唇21，該内唇21對應蓋體1之二嵌 勾體1 1設有二穿槽22，且蓋體1利用二嵌勾體1 1穿過二穿 槽22 (如第三、四圖），且旋動後，嵌勾體1 1適卡抵於内唇2 1之底侧（如第五圖），進者，蓋體1利用嵌勾體1 1穿過穿槽2 2及旋動後，可使該把手1 2向下納設於容置槽1 3之内部（連 續動作如第六、七圖），且調節面使該二鎖結元件1 2 2適置入該 二穿槽2 2中而定位（如第五、七圖），而使蓋體1與座體2之組 接更形定位鎖掣之效果。M3 64724 V.
