M327059 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係一種微型電源供應裝置,其係一種透過電路排列精細化,使所有 電路集中在一電路板上,同時使配合之電連接器上之導電片隨之改變至鄰近中 間位置上,而大幅縮減整個裝置之體積者。 【先前技術】 由於科技日新月異,電子技術亦相對提昇,使得電子產品已成為現代人生 活不可或缺之要件,而各電子產品更朝向短小輕薄以及多元化功效之目標邁 進,該短小輕薄結構之電子產品必須具有更密集之電子元件方能減少所佔據之 空間。 按,請參照第1圖所示,一般習知微型電源供應器,其設有一電連接器1〇〇, 該電連接器100 —面上設有兩棑相對之接腳101,該等接腳1〇1可插接在機板之 插槽(Slot)上(圖甲未示)’且該電連接器1QQ另一面兩側上則設有分別插套 在各接腳101中之導電片102,該等導電片102係呈凸出狀,而在該等導電片 102間則插套有一電源供應板2〇〇,該電源供應板2〇〇係由兩塊電路板連接而 成,該等電路板上設有複數個電子部件,且該等電路板上設有一輸入電源接頭 201及數組輸出電源接頭202,其中,該輪入電源接頭2〇1可與機體外之直流電 源相連接,而該等輸出電源接頭202則可與其他電子設備相連接(例如:光^屯 硬碟等等需要3· 3V或5V··等等電源之裝置),以供應所需之電源,$,該等電 路板表面與導電片1〇2接觸一端設有配合之導電接觸點2〇3(俗稱金手指),以使 該等導電片102可與導電接觸點203連接,形成電源通路。 惟因該電源供應板200係由兩電路板並列疊接而成,不但使其體積增大, 且使電連接器10G之導電片1〇2間距離必須隨之擴增,而安置在電連接器· 兩側面上,如此,不但容易造成接觸不良,且使整個裝置之體積亦無法縮減。 【新型内容】 創作目的: M327059 所述’本創作案完全符合創作專利之要件。 唯以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施_已 實施之範圍。即大凡依補作申物咖所作之均物〔轉^靡沐所 並祈惠准,是所至禱 於本創作專利涵蓋之範圍内,謹請貴審查委員明鉍, /、>白應仍屬 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係習知裝置示意圖。 第2圖係本創作之立體分解示意圖。 第3圖係本創作之立體示意圖。 第4圖係本創作組合時之前視示意圖。 第4A圖係本創作組合時之斷面側視圖。 第5圖係本創作實施時之立體示意圖。 第6圖係糊健猶於電祕絲之相轉賴之讀示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 電連接器 10 接腳 u 導電片 12 電源供應板 20 導電接觸點 21 電子部件 四 輸入電源接頭 23 輸出電源接頭 24 機板 插槽 膠物 40

M327059 w 0 \ 九、申請專利範圍: 、, 1· -種微型電源供餘m種安裝在電子献内之裝置,該電子機殼内 設有機板,且該機板上設有插槽,該裝置包括有! -電連接器,其係插齡姉上,該電連懸上設錢數谢目對排列且 凸伸之導電片,該等導電片之位置及數量係配合導電接觸點,且該等導電 片係設置在鄰近巾間位置上,又,該電連接器另_細設有接腳,該等接 腳内可供導電片個別穿套,並與插槽形成電性連接; ~ 一電源供應板,其係插接在電連接器之導電片間,該電源供應板一端表面設 有複數個導電接觸點,該等導電接觸點之數量及位置係配合導電片而設 k 置,又,該電源供應板上設有輸入電源接頭及輸出電源接頭,其中,輸入 電源接頭可與機殼外之電源相連接,並藉由該電源供應板以提供機板之所 需電源,而該等輸出電源接頭則可與機殼内之其他電子設備相連接,以供 =應所需之電源; ^ 如此一來,使該電源供應板恰可插接在導電片間,且因導電片集中在中間, 而縮減整個電連接器孓體積,進而使整個裝置隨之縮小,並減少接觸不良之 情形發生。
