本發明係在提供一種車用節氣門晶片,主要係設有一節氣門晶片,該節氣門晶片設有一框體,該框體之中間部位設有一主導流片,該主導流片係由二連接片與該框體連接為一體,該主導流片之外周緣及壁面上設有弧凸條,該主導流片之壁面上位於該弧凸條之間設有透孔,該框體之外側邊設有數個副導流片,該副導流片之外周緣及壁面上設有弧凸條,該副導流片之壁面上位於該弧凸條之間設有透孔,另該框體上向外延伸設有數支撐腳,該支撐腳上設有透孔,如此,將該節氣門晶片安裝於車輛引擎之節氣門前端,可提升車輛引擎之燃燒效果,增加引擎使用壽命。The present invention provides a throttle chip for a vehicle, which is mainly provided with a throttle chip. 一般車輛引擎之運作方式,係由中央控制單元(ECU)經由噴射裝置控制適量的燃油噴入引擎10的燃燒室內,將外部空氣由空氣濾清器11過濾後,經由空氣濾塵管12及節氣門13進入引擎內(如第一圖所示),使燃油與空氣混合成油霧狀,並由中央控制單元發出點火訊號給點火線圈,令點火裝置(火星塞)點火並將該油霧點燃,藉此來產生動力;而一般設於引擎10上之節氣門13,雖然可以使引擎10能維持固定的怠速運作,以達到引擎不熄火及正常運作之目的,且節氣門13內壁面設有漸縮狀的導流部130,然該導流部130係設置在非常靠近閥門131處,而因該導流部130與閥門131過於接近,致使由空氣濾塵管12被導引之氣流完全無流程可言而直接進入到引擎10內,而無法產生有效之導流效果,因此造成該節氣門13的實施進氣量無法達到應有之進氣效果,導致空氣無法確實結合於汽油之中,在車輛長時間使用後易發生耗油、馬力不足、產生廢氣等之不良情形,因而降低引擎之使用壽命。The general operation mode of a vehicle engine is that the central control unit (ECU) controls the appropriate amount of fuel to be sprayed into the combustion chamber of the
