Definitions
- Invention relates to fuel saving apparatus used in any inner combustible engine and explosive combustible engines.
- Invention particularly relates to fuel saving apparatus providing full combustion of fuel by means of optimizing air-fuel mixture of car, balancing oil circulation and oil pressure of car, used to enhance fuel saving, performance or prevent air pollution in fuel-injection engine and/or explosive combustion engines using fuel oil such as any diesel, gasoline, LPG or similar ones.
- the present invention relates to a fuel saving apparatus meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating potential disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.
- Main purpose of fuel saving apparatus disclosed under the invention is to provide fuel saving and/or performance increase.
- Fuel saving apparatus optimizes air, oxygen, fuel, oil, mixture and/or use rates and provides fuel saving. Fuel not burned in combustion chamber because of incorrect or wrong rates is wasted. While too much air/oxygen at low rpm causes extra effort for engine and increase in temperature, little air/oxygen at high rpm causes high fuel consumption. For that reason, optimizing air, oxygen, fuel, oil, mixture and/or use rates and provides fuel saving. Fuel saving apparatus optimizes these rates. While fuel is saved thanks to optimization, engine performance is also increased. In addition, the system cleans harmful gases such as CO, C02, HC etc. and makes life of engine longer and good for environment.
- Another purpose of the invention is to provide a system starting to run without any extra load for user. Pressing acceleration pedal once activates the fuel saving apparatus. Also, different from former system, even pedal is pressed more, fuel remains at the same rate. While fuel saving apparatus provides much higher performance, the distance taken by same amount of fuel increases by 30%. Besides, there is no need to change any original parts of the vehicle and it is easy to remove and fix.
- outer shield forming outer body of fuel saving apparatus and keeping parts together
- outer air hole located onto outer shield and providing regulation of internal turbelence effect of air pressure decreasing member connected to outer shield and pumping air emission and providing decrease in pressure
- inner air hole located on pressure decrease member and emission of air at low pressure
- pressure balancing member connected to pressure decrease member and providing regulation of pressure of air under effect of turbulence occurring in outer shield air compressor connected to pressure balancing member and providing pushing power upon pumping of air
- cover where air compressor is connected to cover connection member and parts are fixed inside the outer shield.
- Figure 1 Cross-section view of fuel saving apparatus of the invention.
- FIG. 1 perspective view of fuel saving apparatus of the invention.
- a fuel saving apparatus (10) provides full combustion of fuel by means of optimizing air-fuel mixture of car, balancing oil circulation and oil pressure of car, used to enhance fuel saving, performance or prevent air pollution in fuel-injection engine and/or explosive combustion engines using fuel oil such as any diesel, gasoline, LPG or similar ones.
- Figure 1 shows cross- section view of fuel saving apparatus (10) disclosed under the invention.
- Outer shield (17) constitutes outer body of the fuel saving apparatus (10) and keeps parts together. Outer shield (17) protects parts against external effects and strikes. It consists of air hole (18) providing regulation of air turbulence effect inside outer shield (17) on outer shield and/or outer air filter (19) holding dirt such as particulates, ashes or particles that might come from outside by air.
- Preferably wide channelled pressure decreasing member (11) providing decrease of pressure and pumping air emission is provided inside outer shield (17).
- Inner air hole (12) located onto pressure decrease member (11) provides absorption of air at low pressure.
- Inner air hole (12) and outer air hole (18) work in coordination.
- Pressure balancing member (14) providing regulation of pressure of air under turbulence effect generated inside outer shield (17) is connected to pressure decreasing member (11).
- Air compressor member (15) is connected to pressure balancing member (14) and provides generation of pushing power upon pumping of air.
- Air filter (13) holding dirt such as particulate, ash or particles and cleaning air is located Pressure decreasing member (11) and pressure balancing member (14) and/or air compressor member (15) and cover connection member (21).
- air compressor member (15) is connected to cover (20) by cover connection member (21).
- Cover (20) provides fixing the parts inside outer shield (17) and also prevents penetration of unnecessary air into fuel saving apparatus (10).
- Cover (20) and outer shield (17) are preferably interlocking and connected in sealing manner.
- FIG. 2 shows perspective view of fuel saving apparatus (10) disclosed under the invention.
- Pressure setting line (16) passing through cover (20) and connected to cover connection member (21) provides connection of fuel saving apparatus (11) to vehicle engine system.
- Pressure setting line (16) is preferably made from pipe or hose of flexible structure and not affected by high heat and temperature.
- Fuel saving apparatus (10) mounted inside engine cabin is not affected by engine temperature and may be used for longer time.
- Fuel saving apparatus (10) takes the air coming from outside at atmospheric pressure by pressure decreasing member (11) inside outer shield (17) and then regulates turbulence effect of air inside fuel saving apparatus (10). As a result of regulation, air is brought to low pressure and is transferred to pressure balancing member (14). After the air is condensed in pressure balancing member (14), it is transferred to air compressor member (15).
- Pushing force is provided in car thanks to air compressor member (15) and driving distance is also increased. After transferring air from outside into pressure decreasing member (11) pressure balancing member (14) air remains between pushing and pulling power. Car is provided to move at high torque at low rpms such as vehicles having speed fixing system thanks to this operating principle.
