Claims (9)

一種自動化球料整列設備,其包括:一出料裝置,包括一出料頭及一引導部件,所述出料頭經配置以沿一出料路徑提供多個球料初胚,所述引導部件設置於所述出料路徑上,以引導多個所述球料初胚沿所述出料路徑移動;一輸送裝置,與所述出料裝置作動連結,所述輸送裝置經配置以沿一與所述出料路徑相接的輸送路徑將多個所述球料初胚依序輸送到一整列區域內,其中多個所述球料初胚沿所述輸送路徑排成一排;以及一轉移裝置,與所述輸送裝置作動連結,所述轉移裝置包括:一推料機構,經配置以將在所述整列區域內排成一排的多個所述球料初胚從位於所述輸送裝置上的第一位置推送到位於所述輸送裝置外的第二位置;一翻轉機構,與所述推料機構作動連結,所述翻轉機構經配置以將在所述第二位置上排成一排的多個所述球料初胚翻轉到位於一載盤上方的第三位置,以分別置入所述載盤的多個定位槽中;以及一導向機構,與所述翻轉機構作動連結,所述導向機構經配置以沿一垂直於所述載盤的方向往復移動於所述第三位置與所述載盤之間,以使在所述第三位置上排成一排的多個所述球料初胚以直立的姿態分別置入所述載盤的多個所述定位槽中。 An automated ball material arranging device comprises: a discharging device, comprising a discharging head and a guiding component, wherein the discharging head is configured to provide a plurality of ball material embryos along a discharging path, wherein the guiding component is arranged on the discharging path to guide the plurality of ball material embryos to move along the discharging path; a conveying device, operatively connected to the discharging device, wherein the conveying device is configured to sequentially convey the plurality of ball material embryos to an arranging area along a conveying path connected to the discharging path, wherein the plurality of ball material embryos are arranged in a row along the conveying path; and a transfer device, operatively connected to the conveying device, wherein the transfer device comprises: a pushing mechanism, wherein the plurality of ball material embryos arranged in a row in the arranging area are pushed into the arranging area.
