一種防治空污抽風機,包含:主體,配置構成導流路徑,並在導流路徑上設置導風機及過濾清淨組件,其中導風機導引空氣對流,將空氣中之空污源導引通過過濾清淨組件進行過濾清淨;至少一氣體偵測模組,配置在主體之導流路徑上,偵測空污源,並傳輸氣體偵測數據。
Description
本發明係有關一種具過濾及偵測空污的抽風機,特別是指一種防治空污的抽風機。
由於人們對於生活周遭的空氣品質愈來愈重視,懸浮粒子(particulate matter,PM)例如PM1、PM2.5、PM10、二氧化碳、總揮發性有機物(Total Volatile Organic Compound,TVOC)、甲醛...等氣體,甚至於氣體中含有的微粒、氣溶膠、細菌、病毒...等,都會在環境中暴露影響人體健康,嚴重的甚至危害到生命。
目前室內空氣品質並不容易掌握,除了室外空氣品質之外,室內的環境狀況、污染源皆是影響室內空氣品質的主要因素,特別是室內空氣不流通所造成的粉塵、細菌及病毒。
有鑒於此,為了能提供即時淨化室內空氣品質減少在室內呼吸到有害氣體的淨化解決方案,並可隨時隨地即時監測室內空氣品質,提升室內空氣品質、快速淨化室內空氣,乃為本發明所研發的主要課題。
本發明主要目的係為提供一種防治空污抽風機,透過氣體偵測模組去偵測室內空污品質,即時了解環境空氣品質狀態,並能利用導風機引流空污源,透過過濾清淨組件即時過濾空污源,更可利用微控系統器接收
氣體偵測模組所偵測的數據,以控制導風機的啟動及調整導流風量,促使環境空氣品質能即時偵測及空污源能即時過濾處理。
為達上述目的,本案之一較廣義實施態樣為提供一種防治空污抽風機,包含:一主體,配置構成一導流路徑,並在該導流路徑上設置一導風機及一過濾清淨組件,其中該導風機導引空氣對流,將空氣中之一空污源導引通過該過濾清淨組件進行過濾清淨;至少一氣體偵測模組,配置在該主體之該導流路徑上,偵測該空污源,並傳輸一氣體偵測數據。

值得注意的是,上述之導風機2可以是一種電樞式的導風機2或者是一種離心式的導風機2,但不以此為限。凡是能產生氣流流體流動的導風機2,皆為本案實施例的延伸。此外,值得注意的是,過濾清淨組件3置放於兩氣體偵測模組4之間。另外,值得注意的是,微控系統器5以無線方式接收氣體偵測模組4所偵測的氣體偵測數據後,智能判斷並發出驅動指令控制導風機2的啟動或調節導風量大小,即能隨著氣體偵測數據越大於安全偵測值,其調整導風機2的導風量為越大,而氣體偵測數據越接近安全偵測值,其調整導風機2的導風量為越小。
請參閱第3圖至第9A圖所示,上述之氣體偵測模組4包含有:一控制電路板41、一氣體偵測主體42、一微處理器43及一通信器44。其中,氣體偵測主體42、微處理器43及通信器44封裝於控制電路板41形成一體且彼此電性連接。且微處理器43控制氣體偵測主體42之偵測運作,氣體偵測主體42偵測空污源而輸出偵測訊號,微處理器43接收偵測訊號而運算處理輸出,促使氣體偵測模組4之微處理器43形成氣體偵測數據,提供給通信器44對外通信傳輸。上述的通信器44對外通信傳輸可以是有線之雙向通信傳輸,例如:USB、mini-USB、micro-USB,或者是透過無線之雙向通信傳輸,例如:Wi-Fi模組、藍芽模組、無線射頻辨識模組、近場通訊模組等。微控系統器5透過無線傳輸方式接收通信器44所傳輸氣體偵測數據。
而上述氣體偵測主體42包含一基座421、一壓電致動器422、一驅動電路板423,一雷射組件424、一微粒傳感器425、一外蓋426及一氣體傳感器427。其中基座421具有一第一表面4211、一第二表面4212、一雷射設置區4213、一進氣溝槽4214、一導氣組件承載區4215及一出氣溝槽4216。其中第一表面4211與第二表面4212為相對設置之兩個表面。雷射組件424自第一表面4211朝向第二表面4212挖空形成。另,外蓋426罩蓋基座421,並具有一側板4261,側板4261具有一進氣框口4261a與一出氣框口4261b。而進氣溝槽4214自第二表面4212凹陷形成,且鄰近雷射設置區4213。進氣溝槽4214設有一進氣通口4214a,連通於基座421的外部,並與外蓋426的進氣框口4261a對應,以及進氣溝槽4214兩側壁具貫穿之透光窗口4214b,而與雷射設置區4213連通。因此,基座421的第一表面4211被外蓋426封蓋,第二表面4212被驅動電路板423封蓋,致使進氣溝槽4214定義出一進氣路徑。
其中,導氣組件承載區4215係由第二表面4212凹陷形成,並連通進氣溝槽4214,且於底面貫通一通氣孔4215a,以及導氣組件承載區4215之四個角分別具有一定位凸塊4215b。而上述之出氣溝槽4216設有一出氣通口4216a,出氣通口4216a與外蓋426的出氣框口4261b對應設置。出氣溝槽4216包含有第一表面4211對於導氣組件承載區4215的垂直投影區域凹陷形成的一第一區間4216b,以及於非導氣組件承載區4215的垂直投影區所延伸的區域,且由第一表面4211至第二表面4212挖空形成的第二區間4216c,其中第一區間4216b與第二區間4216c相連以形成段差,且出氣溝槽4216的第一區間4216b與導氣組件承載區4215的通氣孔4215a相通,出氣溝槽4216的第二區間4216c與出氣通口4216a相通。因此,當基座421的第一表面4211被外蓋426封蓋,第二表面4212被驅動電路板423封蓋時,出氣溝槽4216與驅動電路板423共同定義出一出氣路徑。
再者,上述的雷射組件424及微粒傳感器425皆設置於驅動電路板423上,且位於基座421內,為了明確說明雷射組件424及微粒傳感器425與基座421之位置,故特意省略驅動電路板423,其中雷射組件424容設於基座421的雷射設置區4213內,微粒傳感器425容設於基座421的進氣溝槽4214內,並與雷射組件424對齊。此外,雷射組件424對應到透光窗口4214b,透光窗口4214b供雷射組件424所發射的雷射光穿過,使雷射光照射至進氣溝槽4214。雷射組件424所發出的光束路徑為穿過透光窗口4214b且與進氣溝槽4214形成正交方向。雷射組件424發射光束通過透光窗口4214b進入進氣溝槽4214內,進氣溝槽4214內的氣體中的偵測數據被照射,當光束接觸到氣體內的懸浮微粒時會散射,並產生投射光點,使微粒傳感器425位於其正交方向位置並接收散射所產生的投射光
點進行計算,以獲取氣體的偵測數據。另,氣體傳感器427定位設置於驅動電路板423上與其電性連接,且容設於出氣溝槽4216中,供以對導入出氣溝槽4216之氣體污染做偵測,於本發明一較佳實施例中,微粒傳感器425為偵測懸浮微粒資訊,氣體傳感器427係為一揮發性有機物傳感器,偵測二氧化碳或總揮發性有機物氣體資訊;或為一甲醛傳感器,偵測甲醛氣體資訊;或為一細菌傳感器,偵測細菌資訊、真菌資訊;或為一病毒傳感器,偵測病毒氣體資訊;或為一溫溼度傳感器,偵測氣體之溫度及濕度資訊。
以及,上述之壓電致動器422容設於基座421之正方形的導氣組件承載區4215。此外,導氣組件承載區4215與進氣溝槽4214相通,當壓電致動器422作動時,汲取進氣溝槽4214內的氣體進入壓電致動器422,並供氣體通過導氣組件承載區4215的通氣孔4215a,進入出氣溝槽4216。以及,上述的驅動電路板423封蓋於基座421的第二表面4212。雷射組件424設置於驅動電路板423並呈電性連接。微粒傳感器425亦設置於驅動電路板423並呈電性連接。當外蓋426罩於基座421時,進氣框口4261a對應到基座421之進氣通口4214a,出氣框口4261b對應到基座421之出氣通口4216a。
以及,上述壓電致動器422包含一噴氣孔片4221、一腔體框架4222、一致動體4223、一絕緣框架4224及一導電框架4225。其中,噴氣孔片4221為一可撓性材質並具有一懸浮片4221a、一中空孔洞4221b,懸浮片4221a為一彎曲振動之片狀結構,其形狀與尺寸對應導氣組件承載區4215之內緣,而中空孔洞4221b則貫穿懸浮片4221a之中心處,供氣體流通。於本發明較佳實施例中,懸浮片4221a之形狀可為方形、圖形、橢圓形、三角形或多角形其中之一。
以及,上述腔體框架4222疊設於噴氣孔片4221上,且其外觀與噴氣孔片4221對應。致動體4223疊設於腔體框架4222上,並與噴氣孔片4221、懸浮片4221a之間定義出一共振腔室4226。絕緣框架4224疊設於致動體4223上,其外觀與腔體框架4222近似。導電框架4225疊設於絕緣框架4224上,其外觀與絕緣框架4224近似,且導電框架4225具有一導電接腳4225a及一導電電極4225b,其中導電接腳4225a自導電框架4225外緣向外延伸,且導電電極4225b自導電框架4225內緣向內延伸。
此外,致動體4223更包含一壓電載板4223a、一調整共振板4223b及一壓電板4223c。其中,壓電載板4223a疊設於腔體框架4222。調整共振板4223b疊設於壓電載板4223a上。壓電板4223c疊設於調整共振板4223b上。而調整共振板4223b及壓電板4223c則容設於絕緣框架4224內。並由導電框架4225之導電電極4225b電連接壓電板4223c。其中,於本發明較佳實施例中,壓電載板4223a與調整共振板4223b皆為導電材料。壓電載板4223a具有一壓電接腳4223d,且壓電接腳4223d與導電接腳4225a連接驅動電路板423上的驅動電路(未圖示),以接收驅動訊號(可為驅動頻率及驅動電壓),驅動訊號得以由壓電接腳4223d、壓電載板4223a、調整共振板4223b、壓電板4223c、導電電極4225b、導電框架4225及導電接腳4225a形成一迴路,並由絕緣框架4224將導電框架4225與致動體4223之間阻隔,避免發生短路現象,使驅動訊號得以傳送至壓電板4223c。壓電板4223c接受驅動訊號後,因壓電效應產生形變,進一步驅動壓電載板4223a及調整共振板4223b產生往復式地彎曲振動。
進一步說明,調整共振板4223b位於壓電板4223c與壓電載板4223a之間,作為兩者間的緩衝物,可調整壓電載板4223a的振動頻率。基本上,調整共振板4223b的厚度大於壓電載板4223a,藉由改變調整共振板
4223b的厚度調整致動體4223的振動頻率。噴氣孔片4221、腔體框架4222、致動體4223、絕緣框架4224及導電框架4225係依序堆疊設置並定位於導氣組件承載區4215內,促使壓電致動器422定位於導氣組件承載區4215內,壓電致動器422在懸浮片4221a及導氣組件承載區4215的內緣之間定義出一空隙4221c,供氣體流通。
上述之噴氣孔片4221與導氣組件承載區4215之底面間形成一氣流腔室4227。氣流腔室4227透過噴氣孔片4221之中空孔洞4221b連通致動體4223、腔體框架4222及懸浮片4221a之間的共振腔室4226,透過共振腔室4226中氣體的振動頻率,使其與懸浮片4221a之振動頻率趨近於相同,可使共振腔室4226與懸浮片4221a產生亥姆霍茲共振效應(Helmholtz resonance),提高氣體的傳輸效率。當壓電板4223c向遠離導氣組件承載區4215之底面移動時,壓電板4223c帶動噴氣孔片4221之懸浮片4221a以遠離導氣組件承載區4215之底面方向移動,使氣流腔室4227之容積急遽擴張,內部壓力下降產生負壓,吸引壓電致動器422外部的氣體由空隙4221c流入,並經由中空孔洞4221b進入共振腔室4226,增加共振腔室4226內的氣壓進而產生一壓力梯度。當壓電板4223c帶動噴氣孔片4221之懸浮片4221a朝向導氣組件承載區4215之底面移動時,共振腔室4226中的氣體經中空孔洞4221b快速流出,擠壓氣流腔室4227內的氣體,並使匯聚後的氣體經由導氣組件承載區4215的通氣孔4215a以接近白努利定律之理想氣體狀態快速且大量地噴出。
透過重覆第9B圖與第9C圖所示的動作,壓電板4223c進行往復式地振動,依據慣性原理,排氣後的共振腔室4226內部氣壓低於平衡氣壓會導引氣體再次進入共振腔室4226中,如此控制共振腔室4226中氣體的振
動頻率與壓電板4223c之振動頻率趨於相同,以產生亥姆霍茲共振效應,實現氣體高速且大量的傳輸。
請再參閱第10A圖至第10C圖所示,氣體皆由外蓋426之進氣框口4261a進入,通過進氣通口4214a進入基座421之進氣溝槽4214,並流至微粒傳感器425的位置。再者,壓電致動器422持續驅動會吸取進氣路徑之氣體,以利外部氣體快速導入且穩定流通,並通過微粒傳感器425上方,此時雷射組件424發射光束通過透光窗口4214b進入進氣溝槽4214,進氣溝槽4214通過微粒傳感器425上方,當微粒傳感器425的光束照射到氣體中的懸浮微粒時會產生散射現象及投射光點,當微粒傳感器425接收散射所產生的投射光點進行計算以獲取氣體中所含的懸浮微粒之粒徑及數量等相關資訊,並且微粒傳感器425上方的氣體也持續受到壓電致動器422驅動而導入導氣組件承載區4215的通氣孔4215a,進入出氣溝槽4216。最後當氣體進入出氣溝槽4216後,由於壓電致動器422不斷輸送氣體進入出氣溝槽4216,因此出氣溝槽4216內的氣體會被推引並通過出氣通口4216a及出氣框口4261b而向外部排出。
請參閱第1A圖及第1B圖,上述之過濾清淨組件3可以是多種實施態樣之組合,在一些具體實施例中,過濾清淨組件3可以為一活性碳31,或者過濾清淨組件3可以為一高效濾網(High-Efficiency Particulate Air,HEAP)32,或者過濾清淨組件3可以為一活性碳31、一高效濾網32及一沸石網33所構成。當然,上述之活性碳31或高效濾網32上塗佈一層二氧化氯之潔淨因子,抑制空污源中病毒、細菌、真菌;上述之高效濾網32上可以塗佈一層二氧化氯之潔淨因子,抑制過濾清淨組件3氣體污染中病毒、細菌、真菌、A型流感病毒、B型流感病毒、腸病毒、諾羅病毒之抑制率達99%以上,減少病毒交互傳染;上述之活性碳31或高效濾網
32上也可以塗佈一層萃取了銀杏及日本鹽膚木的草本加護塗層,構成一草本加護抗敏濾網,有效抗敏及破壞通過高效濾網32的流感病毒表面蛋白(例如:H1N1);上述之活性碳31或高效濾網32上也可以塗佈一銀離子,抑制空污源中病毒、細菌、真菌。
上述之活性碳31用以過濾吸附懸浮微粒2.5(PM2.5),沸石網33用以過濾吸附揮發性有機物(Volatile Organic Compound,VOC),高效濾網32用以吸附氣體中所含之化學煙霧、細菌、塵埃微粒及花粉,使導入過濾清淨組件3內之氣體污染,達到過濾淨化之效果。
在一些實施例中,過濾清淨組件3亦可為活性碳31、高效濾網32、沸石網33搭配光觸媒單元34所構成之樣態,使氣體污染導入至過濾清淨組件3中,藉由光觸媒單元34將光能轉化成電能,分解氣體中的有害物質並進行消毒殺菌,以達到過濾及淨化氣體之效果。
在一些實施例中,過濾清淨組件3亦可為活性碳31、高效濾網32、沸石網33搭配光等離子單元35所構成之樣態,光等離子單元35包含一奈米光管,透過奈米光管照射過濾清淨組件3所導入之氣體污染,促使氣體污染中所含之揮發性有機氣體分解淨化。當過濾清淨組件3將氣體污染導入,透過奈米光管照射所導入的氣體,使氣體中的氧分子及水分子分解成具高氧化性光等離子,形成具有破壞有機分子的離子氣流,將氣體中含有揮發性甲醛、甲苯、揮發性有機氣體(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOC)等氣體分子分解成水和二氧化碳,達到過濾及淨化氣體之效果。
在一些實施例中,過濾清淨組件3亦可為活性碳31、高效濾網32、沸石網33搭配負離子單元36所構成之樣態,負離子單元36包含一進塵板。過濾清淨組件3將室外B所導入的氣體污染透過經高壓放電,將氣體污染
中所含微粒帶正電荷附著在帶負電荷的進塵板,達到對導入的氣體污染進行過濾淨化之效果。
在一些實施例中,過濾清淨組件3亦可為活性碳31、高效濾網32、沸石網33搭配電漿離子單元37所構成之樣態,電漿離子單元37產生一高壓電漿柱,使高壓電漿柱中電漿離子分解過濾清淨組件3將所導入氣體污染中的病毒及細菌,且透過電漿離子使得氣體中所含氧分子與水分子電離生成陽離子(H+)和陰離子(O2 -),且離子周圍附著有水分子的物質附著在病毒和細菌的表面之後,在化學反應的作用下,會轉化成強氧化性的活性氧(羥,OH基),從而奪走病毒和細菌表面蛋白質的氫,將其氧化分解,以達到過濾導入之氣體進行過濾淨化之效果。
在一些實施例中,過濾清淨組件3可僅只有高效濾網32;或是高效濾網32搭配光觸媒單元34、光等離子單元35、負離子單元36、電漿離子單元37之任一單元;或是高效濾網32搭配光觸媒單元34、光等離子單元35、負離子單元36及電漿離子單元37之任二單元之組合;亦或是高效濾網32搭配光觸媒單元34、光等離子單元35、負離子單元36、電漿離子單元37之任三單元組合;或是高效濾網32搭配光觸媒單元34、光等離子單元35、負離子單元36、電漿離子單元37之所有組合。
簡言之,在一些具體實施例中,過濾清淨組件3可以為活性碳31、高效濾網32、沸石網33、光觸媒單元34、光等離子單元35、負離子單元36、電漿離子單元37之其中之一或其組合。
本案之空污源係是指懸浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、鉛、總揮發性有機物、甲醛、細菌、真菌病毒之其中之一或其組合。
上述之微控系統器5以無線傳輸方式接收氣體偵測模組4之氣體偵測數據,並作監測機制狀態智能比對,監測機制狀態為在氣體偵測模組4在空污源所偵測氣體偵測數據超過安全偵測值。在一些實施例中,安全偵測值是指懸浮微粒2.5數量小於35μg/m3、二氧化碳濃度值小於1000ppm、總揮發性有機物濃度值小於0.56ppm、甲醛濃度值小於0.08ppm、細菌數量小於1500CFU/m3、真菌數量小於1000CFU/m3、二氧化硫濃度值小於0.075ppm、二氧化氮濃度值小於0.1ppm、一氧化碳濃度值小於9ppm、臭氧濃度值小於0.06ppm或鉛濃度值小於0.15μg/m3。
由上述說明,本發明所提供一種防治空污抽風機,透過氣體偵測模組4去偵測室內空污品質,即時了解環境空氣品質狀態,並能利用導風機2引流空污源,透過過濾清淨組件3即時過濾空污,更可利用微控系統器5接收氣體偵測模組4所偵測的數據,以控制導風機2的啟動及調整導流風量,達到一種自主偵測模式之防治空污抽風機,促使環境空氣品質能即時偵測及空污源能即時過濾處理。
本案更結合雲端科技,請參閱第1B圖,本發明所提供防治空污抽風機在一些具體實施例中,可結合雲端處理系統7,微控系統器5透過無線傳輸方式雙向傳輸給雲端處理系統7。傳輸防治空污抽風機之氣體偵測模組4所偵測氣體偵測數據給雲端處理系統7。以及接收雲端處理系統7所傳輸信息資訊,以發出驅動指令而控制導風機2之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
值得注意的是,在第1B圖實施例中,連結雲端處理系統7的防治空污抽風機亦可透過微控系統器5以無線傳輸方式雙向傳輸給雲端處理系統7,傳輸氣體偵測模組4所偵測氣體偵測數據給雲端處理系統7,並且接收雲端處理系統7傳輸信息資訊,以發出驅動指令而控制導風機2之啟
動操作及導風量之調節。此外,值得注意的是,導風機2的啟動或是導風量之大小可直接透過微控系統器5手動直接控制,亦可透過雲端處理系統7人工智慧自動調節導風量大小,發出驅動指令調節導風機2之導風量;即,能隨著氣體偵測數據越大於安全偵測值,其導風機2的導風量之調整越大,而氣體偵測數據越接近安全偵測值,其導風機2的導風量之調整越小。另外,值得注意的是,如於同一室內空間放置多組本案所述之防治空污抽風機,雲端處理系統7亦可針對不同位置的防治空污抽風機之氣體偵測模組4所偵測出不同的氣體偵測數據,雲端處理系統7亦會依據不同程度的空氣品質狀況傳輸控制訊號給對應的防治空污抽風機,由微控系統器5控制導風機2之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
請參閱第2圖,本發明所提供防治空污抽風機在一些具體實施例中,可結合室內空污處理系統6,微控系統器5透過無線傳輸方式雙向傳輸給空污處理系統6,可以將微控系統器5傳輸防治空污抽風機之氣體偵測模組4所偵測氣體偵測數據給空污處理系統6,或者微控系統器5可以接收空污處理系統6所傳輸信息資訊,以發出驅動指令而控制導風機2之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
上述之空污處理系統6,包含:至少一室外氣體偵測模組6a、至少一室內氣體偵測模組6b、至少一氣體交換處理裝置6c、至少一室內清淨過濾裝置6d、一智能控制處理裝置6e。
上述之至少一室外氣體偵測模組6a設置於室外B,偵測室外B之空污源,並傳輸室外氣體偵測數據。以及至少一室內氣體偵測模組6b設置於室內A,偵測室內A之空污源,並傳輸室內氣體偵測數據。值得注意的是,導風機2的啟動或是導風量之大小可直接透過微控系統器5手動直接控制,亦可透過空污處理系統6人工智慧自動調節導風量大小,發出驅動
指令調節導風機2之導風量。室外氣體偵測模組6a係設置於室外B,並且偵測室外B的空氣品質,輸出室外氣體偵測數據;而室內氣體偵測模組6b係設置於室內A,並且偵測室內A的空氣品質,輸出室內氣體偵測數據。室外氣體偵測模組6a或室內氣體偵測模組6b可以如具有偵測空氣品質的氣體偵測模組4,並輸出氣體偵測數據。
至少一氣體交換處理裝置6c,以控制室外B之外部氣體導入或不導入室內A之空間,促使過濾交換室內A之空污源。至少一室內清淨過濾裝置6d,啟動過濾交換室內A之空污源。智能控制處理裝置6e,接收及比對室外氣體偵測數據及室內氣體偵測數據後,提供智能選擇氣體交換處理裝置6c操作導入或不導入室外B之外部氣體。
智能控制處理裝置6e,接收及比對室外氣體偵測數據及室內氣體偵測數據後,提供智能選擇氣體交換處理裝置6c操作導入或不導入室外B之外部氣體,以及智能控制處理裝置6e即時控制至少一室內清淨過濾裝置6d進行過濾淨化,以致在室內A之空污源能過濾並交換形成一新鮮空氣。值得注意的是,室內清淨過濾裝置6d可以為冷氣機、排油煙機、電風扇、清淨機、吸塵器、吹風機...等。每一室內清淨過濾裝置6d都組配一室內氣體偵測模組6b來偵測室內A之空污源,並控制室內清淨過濾裝置6d之啟動及運作。
因此,智能控制處理裝置6e接收及比對室外氣體偵測數據及室內氣體偵測數據後,判斷室內氣體偵測數據劣於室外氣體偵測數據時,發射控制訊號給氣體交換處理裝置6c,並將外部氣體導入室內A空間,並且發射控制啟動至少一室內清淨過濾裝置6d進行過濾淨化,但不以此為限。
當然,智能控制處理裝置6e接收室外氣體偵測數據及室內氣體偵測數據後,經比對智能選擇發出信息資訊之控制指令給至少一室內清淨過
濾裝置6d,也可以智能選擇發出信息資訊之控制指令給防治空污抽風機之微控系統器5啟動操作,以令微控系統器5發出驅動指令而控制導風機2之啟動操作及導風量之調節,促使在室內A之空污源能過濾形成一新鮮空氣。
在第2圖實施例中,使用至少三個室內氣體偵測模組6b,智能控制處理裝置6e接收及比對至少三個室內氣體偵測模組6b所偵測到室內氣體偵測數據實施智能運算,供以找出在室內A空間內之空污源區域位置,並智能選擇控制在空污源附近之氣體交換處理裝置6c或室內清淨過濾裝置6d啟動,供以加速導引該空污源保持吸引不擴散;以及智能控制處理裝置6e接收及比對至少三個室內氣體偵測模組6b所偵測到室內氣體偵測數據實施智能運算,供以找出在室內A空間內之空污源區域位置,在空污源附近之氣體交換處理裝置6c或室內清淨過濾裝置6d優先啟動,同時智能控制處理裝置6e得以應用人工智能運算將其餘複數個室內清淨過濾裝置6d啟動,供以形成氣流導引空污源指向在空污源附近之室內清淨過濾裝置6d快速過濾。
綜上所述,本發明係為一種防治空污抽風機,透過氣體偵測模組去偵測室內空氣品質,即時了解環境空氣品質狀態,並能利用導風機引流空污源,透過過濾清淨組件即時過濾空污,更可利用微控系統器接收氣體偵測模組所偵測的數據,以控制導風機的啟動及調整導流風量,促使環境空氣品質能即時偵測及空污源能即時過濾處理,不僅具有自主偵測環境空氣品質,而且搭配連結雲端處理系統或室內空污處理系統模式構成一完整即時處理系統,極具產業實用價值。

- 一種防治空污抽風機,包含:一主體,配置構成一導流路徑,並在該導流路徑上設置一導風機及一過濾清淨組件,其中該導風機導引一空氣對流,將該空氣中之一空污源導引通過該過濾清淨組件進行過濾清淨;至少一氣體偵測模組,配置在該主體之導流路徑上,偵測該空污源,並傳輸一氣體偵測數據,其中該氣體偵測模組包含一控制電路板、一氣體偵測主體、一微處理器及一通信器,其中該氣體偵測主體、該微處理器及該通信器封裝於該控制電路板形成一體且電性連接,且該微處理器控制該氣體偵測主體之偵測運作,該氣體偵測主體偵測該空污源而輸出一偵測訊號,該微處理器接收該偵測訊號而運算處理輸出,促使該氣體偵測模組之該微處理器形成該氣體偵測數據,提供給該通信器對外通信傳輸;以及一微控系統器,以無線傳輸方式接收該氣體偵測模組之該氣體偵測數據,並作一監測機制狀態智能比對,發出一驅動指令以控制該導風機之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該空污源是指懸浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、鉛、總揮發性有機物、甲醛、細菌、真菌病毒之其中之一或其組合。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該監測機制狀態為在該氣體偵測模組在該空污源所偵測該氣體偵測數據超過一安全偵測值。
- 如請求項3所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該安全偵測值是指懸浮微粒2.5數量小於35μg/m3、二氧化碳濃度值小於1000ppm、總揮發性有機物濃度值小於0.56ppm、甲醛濃度值小於0.08ppm、細菌數量小於1500CFU/m3、真菌數量小於1000CFU/m3、二氧化硫濃度值小於 0.075ppm、二氧化氮濃度值小於0.1ppm、一氧化碳濃度值小於9ppm、臭氧濃度值小於0.06ppm或鉛濃度值小於0.15μg/m3。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該微控系統器透過無線傳輸方式接收該通信器所傳輸該氣體偵測數據。
- 如請求項1或5所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體偵測主體包含:一基座,具有:一第一表面;一第二表面,相對於該第一表面;一雷射設置區,自該第一表面朝向該二表面挖空形成;一進氣溝槽,自該第二表面凹陷形成,且鄰近於該雷射設置區,該進氣溝槽設有一進氣通口,以及兩側壁分別貫穿一透光窗口,與該雷射設置區連通;一導氣組件承載區,自該第二表面凹陷形成,並連通該進氣溝槽,且於一底面貫通一通氣孔;以及一出氣溝槽,自該第一表面對應到該導氣組件承載區該底面處凹陷,並於該第一表面未對應到該導氣組件承載區之區域自該第一表面朝向該第二表面挖空而形成,與該通氣孔連通,並設有一出氣通口;一壓電致動器,容設於該導氣組件承載區;一驅動電路板,封蓋貼合該基座之該第二表面上;一雷射組件,定位設置於該驅動電路板上與其電性連接,並對應容設於該雷射設置區中,且所發射出之一光束路徑穿過該透光窗口並與該進氣溝槽形成正交方向;一微粒傳感器,定位設置於該驅動電路板上與其電性連接,並對應容設於該進氣溝槽與該雷射組件所投射之該光束路徑之正 交方向位置處,供以對通過該進氣溝槽且受該雷射組件所投射光束照射之該空污源中所含微粒做偵測;一氣體傳感器,定位設置於該驅動電路板上與其電性連接,且容設於該出氣溝槽中,供以對導入該出氣溝槽之該空污源做偵測;以及一外蓋,罩蓋於該基座,且具有一側板,該側板設有一進氣框口及一出氣框口,該進氣框口對應到該基座之該進氣通口,該出氣框口對應到該基座之該出氣通口;其中,該外蓋罩蓋該基座,該驅動電路板貼合該第二表面,以使該進氣溝槽定義出一進氣路徑,該出氣溝槽定義出一出氣路徑,藉以驅動該壓電致動器加速導送該基座之該進氣通口外部之該空污源,由該進氣框口進入該進氣溝槽所定義之該進氣路徑而通過該微粒傳感器上偵測出該空污源中所含微粒之微粒濃度,以及該空污源再由該通氣孔排入該出氣溝槽定義出之該出氣路徑通過該氣體傳感器作偵測,最後自該基座之該出氣通口至該出氣框口排出。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該微粒傳感器為偵測懸浮微粒資訊。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體傳感器包含一揮發性有機物傳感器,偵測二氧化碳或總揮發性有機物氣體資訊。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體傳感器包含一甲醛傳感器,偵測甲醛氣體資訊。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體傳感器包含一細菌傳感器,偵測細菌或真菌資訊。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體傳感器包含一病毒傳 感器,偵測病毒氣體資訊。
- 如請求項6所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該氣體傳感器包含一溫溼度傳感器,偵測氣體之溫度及濕度資訊。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該微控系統器透過無線傳輸方式雙向傳輸給一雲端處理系統,其中傳輸該防治空污抽風機之該氣體偵測模組所偵測該氣體偵測數據給該雲端處理系統,以及接收該雲端處理系統所傳輸信息資訊,以發出該驅動指令而控制該導風機之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該微控系統器透過無線傳輸方式雙向傳輸給一空污處理系統,其中傳輸該防治空污抽風機之該氣體偵測模組所偵測該氣體偵測數據給該空污處理系統,以及接收該空污處理系統所傳輸一信息資訊,以發出該驅動指令而控制該導風機之啟動操作及導風量之調節。
- 如請求項14所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該空污處理系統,包含:至少一室外氣體偵測模組及至少一室內氣體偵測模組,至少一該室外氣體偵測模組設置於一室外,偵測該室外之該空污源,並傳輸一室外氣體偵測數據,以及至少一該室內氣體偵測模組設置於一室內,偵測該室內之該空污源,並傳輸一室內氣體偵測數據;至少一氣體交換處理裝置,以控制該室外之一外部氣體導入或不導入在該室內之空間,促使過濾交換該室內之該空污源;至少一室內清淨過濾裝置,啟動過濾交換該室內之該空污源;一智能控制處理裝置,接收及比對該室外氣體偵測數據及該室內氣體偵測數據後,提供智能選擇該氣體交換處理裝置操作導入或不導入該室外之該外部氣體,以及該智能控制處理裝置即時控制至少一該室內清淨過濾裝置進行過濾淨化,以致在該室內之該空污源能過濾並交換形 成一新鮮空氣。
- 如請求項15所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該智能控制處理裝置接收該室外氣體偵測數據及該室內氣體偵測數據後,經比對智能選擇發出該信息資訊之控制指令給該防治空污抽風機之該微控系統器啟動操作,以令該微控系統器發出該驅動指令而控制該導風機之啟動操作及導風量之調節,促使在該室內之該空污源能過濾形成另一新鮮空氣。
- 如請求項15所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該智能控制處理裝置接收及比對至少三個該些室內氣體偵測模組所偵測到該些室內氣體偵測數據實施智能運算,供以找出在該室內空間內之該空污源區域位置,並智能選擇控制在該空污源附近之該氣體交換處理裝置或該室內清淨過濾裝置啟動,供以加速導引該空污源保持吸引不擴散。
- 如請求項15所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該智能控制處理裝置接收及比對至少三個該些室內氣體偵測模組所偵測到該些室內氣體偵測數據實施智能運算,供以找出在該室內空間內之該空污源區域位置,在該空污源附近之該氣體交換處理裝置或該室內清淨過濾裝置優先啟動,同時該智能控制處理裝置得以應用人工智能運算將其餘複數個該些室內清淨過濾裝置啟動,供以形成氣流導引該空污源指向在該空污源附近之該室內清淨過濾裝置快速過濾。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件為一活性碳。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件為一高效濾網。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件為一活性碳、一高效濾網及一沸石網所構成。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件上塗佈一層二氧化氯之潔淨因子,抑制該空污源中病毒、細菌。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件上塗佈一層萃取了銀杏及日本鹽膚木的草本加護塗層,構成一草本加護抗敏濾網。
- 如請求項1所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件上塗佈一銀離子,抑制該空污源中病毒、細菌。
- 如請求項21所述之防治空污抽風機,其中該過濾清淨組件為該活性碳、該高效濾網、該沸石網、一光觸媒單元、一光等離子單元、一負離子單元、一電漿離子單元之其中之一或其組合。
