綜上所述,本發明係提供一種轉轂型紙塑產品生產製程及設備,該轉轂成型單元2係利用連續循環圓周轉動而能連續吸漿並同時於另一工位擠壓成型,達到快速成形初胚品之目的,利用整列單元21之仿形治具板213呈縱向往復移動,同時移載轉轂成型單元2之初胚品與橫向移載至左、右成型區單元22、23內,可令不同時間產出之初胚品同時達成熱壓定型、切邊、成品出料或不良品篩檢之加工作業,可以更有效率製造紙塑產品之目的;本發明之左、右成型區單元22、23可依據實際需求任意增加不同加工設備或增加數量及排列數,只需配合增加相對應之移載機構(如24、25)即可輕易增加生產效率與空間利用率;本發明之整體排列為緊湊且互為縱橫相交移載之排列方法,大幅減少整體設備生產佔用空間比,大幅減少佔用空間且更增加空間使用率之目的。
