Abstract
本發明所提供之布口罩製造方法包含有:製備一底材,是由一第一布料層上貼附一聚四氟乙烯膜所構成。底材上再疊置一第二布料層形成一基材。將基材裁切成具適當寬度的加工料再取適當的長度在其週邊以超音波熱壓黏合,使第一布料層、聚四氟乙烯膜以及第二布料層可以被結合固定。將超音波熱壓黏合後的加工料加以裁切成一口罩單體,最後於口罩單體的兩側分別設置一耳掛,完成一布口罩成品。 The method for manufacturing a cloth mask provided by the present invention includes: preparing a substrate, which is formed by attaching a polytetrafluoroethylene film to a first cloth layer.
