Claims (4)

一種高爾夫球桿頭的多色鍍層製程,包含: 一遮擋步驟,準備一含金屬磁性物質的高爾夫球桿頭,該高爾夫球桿頭包含一球頭本體,及一設置於該球頭本體上的打擊面板,將一具磁性的遮擋件吸附於該打擊面板上,以遮蔽該打擊面板; 一鍍附步驟,對該球頭本體施以電鍍或真空鍍膜,使該球頭本體外表面附著一層鍍附層; 一貼附步驟,將至少一具黏性的高分子材料膠紙貼設於該球頭本體上; 一鍍色步驟,對該球頭本體再次施以電鍍或真空鍍膜,使該球頭本體在未貼設該至少一高分子材料膠紙處附著一層鍍色層,並將該至少一高分子材料膠紙撕離;及 一拆離步驟,若要再鍍上其它鍍色層,則再次進行該貼附步驟及該鍍色步驟,否則即可將該遮擋件拆離該打擊面板並完成製程。 A multi-color coating process for golf club heads, including: In a shielding step, a golf club head containing a metallic magnetic substance is prepared.
